• iPad iOS Adobe Photoshop difficulty App crashes

  How can I fix iOS iPad App of difficulty Adobe Photoshop crashing.  I try to import a photo from my iPad camera roll and the application crashes.  I tried two images and it worked OK, now it just hangs.

  I have removed/re-installed application and re-start of the iPad.

  Do you mean in a Fix, you open an image, save, then open the second image, Fix will crash? I'm not sure what made the "downloading" means?

  I have trouble reading the Wall Street Journal on my iPad.  I log into wsj.com.  I am able to read an article.  IPad forget that I signed the.  A second article, I have to sign in again.  Are cookies involved?

  I understand that the Wall Street Journal will not retain your account credentials in Safari.  You can adjust the Safari settings for cookies and set via the first link below, but the best option would be to use their free application optimized for the iPad.  Take a look at the second link below for more information on this application.

• Difficulty in getting set up Hotmail on my Ipad

  My username & password work fine me into my Hotmail, but when you try to add the account to my Ipad, I get her "cannot be verified" with the same user name and password.   Can not get directly to customer service @ Windows Live or Hotmail, so don't know where to go from here.  Thanks, Jeff

• Difficulty for iPad

  I have a picture with several faces in it in my iPad album and I'm trying to select what face I want to fix it with fluidity. When I select the fluidity/face the first face on the left side of the image is always on and I was not able to select any other face in the photo to fix. Can someone help me with this please?

  When multiple faces are detected, each face is highlighted with a support. You can type the face brackets to select. Sometimes all the multiple faces cannot be detected. Please copy - paste your image here so that we can watch. Thank you.

• Difficulty opening the ipad app.

  Already tried to remove and reinstall from iTunes to the iMac.  The application in question is jsonline, the app for the Journal Journal / Sentinel in MIlwaukee.

  I suggest you look at the comments of the application. I know iOS9 beat some of my apps - they lost compatibility and refused to work. If this is the case with your application, customers can reflect the it. You will probably need to change the kind of 'very useful' to 'most recent '.

  You can also contact the developer of the app and see what questions they don't know or if they have a fixed.

• DIFFICULTY on ipad 2 and mini ipad 2 resizes the photo

  On these 2 devices under IOS 9.1 Photoshop correction gives the message, "re-sizing image quality and performance. Any image regardless of size is reduced to 2000 x 1500 pixels. This may be fine for social media, but it is not useful otherwise.

  Images are reduced due to the memory of the device.  If an image is too large for the device, it is automatically included in the sample down. However, these guidelines are still being updated and should improve in the future. I apologize for the inconvenience... I know that does not solve your problem now. • iPad 2 Air jump DFU Boot Up sequence

  Hi all

  I am a corporate IT and we have an iPad that gave us some difficulty, the last two days. He was stuck in a boot loop sequence that would flash a loop about 3 times before freezing on the screen of the Virgin white apple logo screen and Red boot.

  I was able to get into recovery mode and try to do a restore and update on the device, but when I try to go through the process of restore and update, without interruption, I get an error "iPad"iPad"could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (9).

  I studied the error code and I followed these instructions several times. Different USB cables, different USB ports on my MacBook Pro. I tried the iMac to my office. I even tried the process on my windows via bootcamp partition. All have failed and left me with the same error.

  I did more research and discovered the DFU mode. I tried to run the sequence through a separate set of instructions found on the site Web of you to boot DFU here. I followed these instructions completely without fault.

  My problem is that whenever I plug the iPad in any machine, it will automatically now in recovery mode. I try first press and hold power for 3 seconds button, then the button home for 10 seconds, but before I can even hold power for 3 seconds button, the iPad starts in recovery mode. I know it's a long and complicated situation, but if someone has encountered this problem?

  DFU mode is very very difficult to get that timing is absolutely essential. You're not the only one who has noticed this. I recommend that you keep trying until you get it in DFU, your last alternative other than an Apple Store. Good luck.

  What difficulty copy/paste? Ask yourself if the update to iOS 9.3.3 will solve your problem? Probably not. There was no problem of copy/paste identified with iOS 9.3.2 so there was no reason for Apple to 'fix' anything. You are gong to need to work to understand the problem and how to fix. Have what troubleshooting steps to resolve your problem you taken?

  Our meticulously cared for iPad Air we paid about $600 for 3 years it is abruptly stopped working last week. He was accused beautiful a day of work at 100% and would not regain power on the other.

  Here, I thought that I invest in a good quality unit, shelling out the extra for 64 GB, etc. seemed worth it. Well, I can not yet wrapped my head around to be able to justify the replacement of something that can stop just "inexplicably" working on a coin, and there is nothing they can do.

  This is a user to user support forum. You do not discuss Apple here. What is your technical support question? The unit is, by your admission, 3 years old, two years outside of the manufacturer's warranty. You can either buy a new iPad as engineering explained, or you can buy a similar device in the form of a replacement under warranty for a discounted new, refurbished and with a 90 day warranty. The decision that belongs to you.
