Director of office of Smartphones blackBerry for Blackberry 8300 (curve)

I installed the version 4.2 Desktop Manager but has problems.  So I deleted the software and now I want to do another full installation.  Anyone know the correct version?

For the 8300, you can really use any version 4.2 SP 2 with version 4.7

I would recommend 4.7, however. It's the last.

  • Director of office of Smartphones blackBerry V. 6.0 and Outlook calendar problems

I have recently updated my office to the new V 6.0 Manager and have problems with the calendar not updated device to Outlook. I use outlook 2007 and I have a Bold 9650. I don't get any errors and am able to spend in the Organizer data select option synchronize and make adjustments to the way I want the data to be transferred. If I'm going from Outlook to device I have no problem, but if I leave peripheral to Outlook entries do not give in and all future entries there where already on the calendar until I upgraded disappeared. The only problem I have with it is the calendar option.  When I press the sync button, he thinks that for a short period of time is as he transferred the data then nothing. If I can give you more info to help solve this problem please let me know.

Must say that I am disappointed by the fact that this message was for a while with absolutely no response. Desktop Manager 6 is useless for me. And have already deleted. Will download an older version and I hope it helps.

Try to do this, first of all.

    1. on your BlackBerry, open the browser > Menu > Options > Cache operations and delete the browser's cache.

    2. with the BlackBerry device powered time, remove battery for a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

Then try a backup and let us know.

  • Smartphones blackBerry with curve 9320 problem: I need to disconnect and reconnect to receive mails and browse

    Hello

I have the following problem with my BB Curve 9320: several times per day email stop and I can't use the Internet (while telephone calls normally).

Whenever this happens I have to disconnect and reconnect to the network. As soon as I reconnect to the network again starts the flow of electronic mail and Internet is available.

I contacted my mobile operator (wind, Italy) and told me that it is not for lack of wind, but a technical problem of the phone.

Thanks in advance for your support.

Please do not use foul language.

Operating system device provided are "released" by specific carriers once that they are certified and trained to their support technicians, but still, you are able to load any carrier the same model by following the instructions below. Apparently '3' is not from the same upgrade as O2.

See the link below to download and follow the simple installation instructions to install 6.0.0.668 in your 9300 OS.

Make a backup of your device first, using Desktop Manager > backup. Close the office at the end Manager.

    1. download the OS files to the PC then install on the PC by running (double click) the downloaded file.

    https://swdownloads.BlackBerry.com/downloads/contactFormPreload.do?code=D840CC5D906C3E9C84374C8919D2...

    2. go in c:\program files Research in motion\apploader and delete the file named "vendor.xml."
    3. plug in the BB and double-click on "Loader.exe." It is located in the same place as the above vendor.xml file.

Note: Some users may be concerned they will void their warranty of device by loading an OS from another carrier. There is really nothing to fear. Please read more information about it here: http://www.port3101.org/power-users/296-blackberry-os-upgrade-including-betas-myths-dispelled.html

    Hi GraceAlexander

Welcome to the Forums of the BlackBerry Support

Please try this > on your Homscreen to open your browser > press the Menu key > Options > scroll down to clear browsing data (mark all fields) and then click clean now.

Once it's done perform a reboot of traction battery like that, even if your device is power on remove the battery, wait for a min. then reinsert back. After restarting, please check if you are able to check your email.

  • Director of office of 5.6 for Blackberry Curve blackBerry Smartphones

When the upgrade of this software for my 83330 should I be upgrading to 4.6 with media manager or 4.6 without media manager?

Hi and welcome to the forums

I would STRONLGY recommend not to download Media manager. The program is not stable. Research on the grey box at the top

to the left of the screen and see the problems.

For the management of the media that is the easiest way, drag and drop through the windows. BB came out with a new program called Media Sync.

Here is the link to download a demo and.

  • Question Smartphones Email for a personal curve blackBerry

    Hi all

I will receive my curve 8330 for Verizon Wireless in a few days.

My question is this: I use this to my personal email.  no tricks work/business.  Do I still have to keep my computer on at home in order to receive emails on blackberry?

    Thank you!

    Ross

    Welcome to the forums.

No, your PC didn't need to be on.  If you install Desktop Manager on your PC, do NOT select the option "Desktop Redirector" (or company).  The redirector option causes more problems than I counted.

You must create a BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) account, follow these steps: http://blackberryfaq.net/index.php/How_to_add_/_delete_email_addresses

Then you're email will be delivered to your BB anywhere you have coverage.
