Trying to install a web camera and get control of the alert, you have an installation of DirectX under video set up

1. What is the full error message that you receive?

2. did you of recent changes on the computer?

3 - is the first time that you install web camera on the computer?

4. What is the number of brand and model of the webcam?

Make sure that the computer has the latest version of DirectX installed.

DirectX error when you install the game: "an internal system error has occurred. See DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine the problem.

I am trying to install a game open source called Rigs of Rods on my dual-boot MacBook Pro with Windows 7 installed via Boot Camp. I get an error that prevents the installation of DirectX. I know that Win 7 includes DirectX 11, but this game does not currently support the DX 11. If I get this error when you try to install DirectX 9. I had a similar problem with another game that I tried installing on another machine Win 7 which is not started in dual mode, and install DirectX 9 worked perfectly. Here is my DXError.log and my DirectX.log.

Error when installing update 11.0.16

I get an error when I try to install the update for Acrobat Pro 11.0.16. Initially, I tried to upgrade to 11.0.14, and the update would fail. So I've updated to 11.0.15 (which worked). However even on 11.0.15, when trying to install 11.0.16 in addition to this the installation retrieves almost completely finished and then generates the following error message:
"The instruction at 0x72ad4ac2 referenced memory at 0x72ad4ac2. The memory could not be written.
I tried on two machines here and both are the same error. We are the Windows pro 8.1
OK to make it even more strange... I ran the update once more to get the exact error of the second text machine and the installation worked. I tried again on the other machine and worked as well (it was after he failed at 2 or 3 times). Getting error when installing VC Server 5.1

I am trying to install VC Server 5.1 inside the VM Ware 9 workstation, but get error like not processor support. (Attached screenshot for reference to screen).
Is someone can you please tell me why I get this error when I installed other components such as Esxi 5.1, VC Client successfully.
My host config are:
Processor: Core i7 3rd Gen
RAM; 16GB
And I use Win Server 2008 Data Center inside the workstation to install VC Server 5.1
