  December 12, 2012, I ordered (sold) by mail an official copy of the Adobe Photoshop elements 11 software box B & H Photo (New York, NY). I installed it successfully without any problems on my computer then. I appreciated the help of the program since then, it's great. Last week, however, that computer died and I was force to buy a new computer (Windows 8.1).

  To my surprise, the elements drive wouldn't load on my DVD player. The drive just kept "clicking" for 20 minutes.  After trying several times to reboot, for an hour and a half, I tried and then install on my laptop, just to see if my drive is defective. No, it wasn't. He went too immediately in an endless "by clicking on" routine tries to read the disc.   I tried all the possible suggestions on these discussions in the forum, I can not always install it. The product is authentic, I bought it in 2012 at a local apple store and ran it on my Macbook Pro for 4 years without problem. I spent countless hours trying to find a solution (8 hours straight a day) and I am finally at my wits end having tried everything!
