I have a HP TouchSmart of 15-d083nr running Windows 8.1. I was careful to write down my password to turn on, but decided to change it using the bios utility. I never put a password for Admin. Power on password worked once and now I just get the error system disabled 8561666 after three trials. The original password or a new work. I do not get the power on the screen, I just get a black screen with a blue box asking the Admin password or power ON password. It happens immediately after pressing the power button. I searched this forum and have failed to find a solution. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Administrator account is disabled - system 5 error when trying to access
So I created a user account with administrator rights because I had problems with other accounts of user download of malware and viruses on my computer. Unfortunately, I've changed the password one night when I was very tired and now draws a complete blank on what it might be. Time has passed and I have tried everything I can think enough to know that I'm up a Creek trying to remember this password. After that some searching around, I learned to start safe mode to access the hidden administrator account, which does NOT produce the hidden administrator account. Then I read about access to the cmd as administrator, but that doesn't work either because he asks me the password I don't remember. If I try to run cmd with "net users administrator / Active: Yes", receives a message indicating "system error 5 has occurred, access denied. Same thing if I try to enter "net user
*", and then click the password twice to clear it. I know that I have set up with administrator access the user account is different than construction administrator b/c if I go 'lusrmgr.msc' in the search/run box on the start menu, then clicking on 'users' I can see that they are two separate accounts. When I click with the right button on the built in Admin and select Properties, it shows a check in the box "account is disabled". If I uncheck this box, I gives me the error message "access denied." If I try to go the other route and check the "account is disabled" on the user account that I set up with administrator access, I gives me the same error. If I try to delete the setting of administrator group of the user account that I set up with administrator access I'm access denied once again. All this is considered... other ideas or tips? I read somewhere that apparently since I created a user to have admin access, hidden admin is disabled by windows automatically for safety. I really hope this isn't the case! I'm very hesitant to use a tool to reset password to a third party if I have to, but I'm running out of options and it's been months. I appreciate any help, tips, reviews, etc. Thank you! You cannot administer a computer unless you are an administrator.
The built-in account is disabled if there is another admin account.
There is no way around it, or it would not be safe.
Don't forget the computers are not safe during execution.
MS sites will not discuss hacking password.

"An internal system error has occurred" when you try to install DirectX.
A week or so, I tried to install a game requiring the use of DirectX. Well when I go to install DirectX, it gives me an error that reads, 'an internal system error has occurred. " "Please refer to DXError.log andDirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine the problem."
I can't find the files mentioned above on my computer, so therefore, I can't see them.
Here's my DXDIAG:

Error blue screen Stop: c000021a {fatal system error}
I am unable to get my computer after the Windows XP screen without a screen blue, continues to restart.
I was able to get to the Windows Advanced Options menu and was able to "Disable automatic restart in the event of system failure" to get the full error message.
Stop: c000021a {fatal system error}
The Session Manager initialization system process ended unexpectedly with the State 0xc000026c (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.Twice I was able to get in "Safe Mode", words ran across the screen as they will normally in "Safe Mode", but both times the computer restarted again.
I tried to launch a repair several times with a borrowed Windows XP disc, every time after the repair, he says that the system contained errors, but had been repaired, but the problem persists, just guard computer restart, stop with the error again in a loop. Hope this helps.
CHKDSK c: /p detects errors, I ran this command before asking for help on this site... ut as an update... I contacted Microsoft, given that the problem was an update... I received a new operating system CD, crossed the same repair with the new CD with Microsoft... Talked to five different people... Kings different phone calls... the Division to the top to the box start... BSOD... But I won't give up easily... I'm back in my BACK screen... nd was finally able to repair the operating system... The problem was due to the CD have installed IE6 repair who wrote too my IE9... including the confusion in the trunk-to the top.... went on the computer is not not able to recognize Windows Explorer... etc etc etc.
Nine days later... I'm back running... Phew!
Thanks for trying to help...
I work on computers in 10 - 20 Sep... It was rough...

STOP: 0XC000021A
Can be a difficult problem to solve, and you indeed need a technical help in a real store of the computer
(not the leeks and the glances at a BestBuy or other BigBox stores) or system manufacturer support.Cause
This error occurs when a subsystem of mode user, such as WinLogon or the Client Server Run-Time Subsystem (CSRSS), irremediably compromised and security can not be guaranteed. In response, the operating system goes into kernel mode. Microsoft Windows cannot run without WinLogon or CSRSS. Therefore, it is one of the rare cases where the failure of a user mode service can stop the system.
Incompatible system files can also cause this error. This can happen if you restored your hard disk from a backup. Some backup programs may skip restoring system files which they determine are in use.
Solve the problemRun the kernel debugger is not useful in this situation because the error occurred in a user mode process.
Resolve an error in the user-mode device driver or system, third-party application service: Because the bug 0xC000021A control occurs in a user mode process, the most common culprits are third-party applications. If the error occurred after the installation of the new or updated device driver or service system, third-party applications, the new software should be removed or disabled. Contact the manufacturer of the software on a possible update.
If the error occurs during the system startup, restart your computer, and then press F8 to character-based menu that displays the choice of operating system. In the Windows Advanced Options menu that results, select the last known good Configuration option. This option is most effective when a pilot or a service is added at a time. If the error is not resolved, try to manually remove the offending software. If the system partition is formatted with the (FAT) file allocation table, use a MS-DOS boot disk to access the hard disk of the computer. If the system partition is formatted with the NTFS file system, you may be able to use Safe Mode to rename or remove the defective software. If the defective software is used as part of the start-up procedure of the system Safe Mode, you must start the computer by using the Recovery Console to access the file. If a room newly installed if material is suspected, remove it to see if that fixes the problem.
Try running the emergency recovery disk (ERD) and allow the system to repair any errors that it detects.
Solve a problem of file system do not match: If you have recently restored your hard disk from a backup, check if there is an updated version of the backup/restore program available from the manufacturer. Make sure that the latest Windows Service Pack is installed.

HP xw4600 workstation lsass.exe system error - please help
Hello
A few days ago, I tried to restore to an earlier date and crashed the computer. I now can not connect at all I get the lsass.exe - system error message, which reads, the Security Accounts Manager initialization failed because of the following error:
Error status 0 xC0000001.
If please, click ok to shut down the system and reboot into safe mode, etc etc.
Unfortunately, I can't go in Mode safe mode or boot from the disc, the only options that the system gives me is a total restoration, which will be deleted from my hard drive.
I can't afford to lose all my data.
Can anyone offer advice on how to solve this issue.
Thank you
If the old sata drive is about the size of your current player you can plug it in and try your disks to restore HP for this drive. If it is too small then the restore process fails. Unplug your current drive or disable it in the bios before the restoration of the old drive or as possible a new player if you want to buy a new drive. Installation of the old sata drive could be an option, but if it's a sata 1.5 MB transfer rate and keep you installed then your sata controller transfer rates will be limited to 1.5 3.0 verses.
Buy a new drive could be an option as later you can separate your data from disk to the operating system. Will need you another sata cable and if all goes well, there is a marker of extra power on the sata power cable or you'll need a power cable adapter Y sata. Keep the new drive less 1 GB as some PC have problems with large hard drives. You can look inside your PC and follow the power cable of your hard drive to see if it has power outlets extra.
Another option is to remove the old drive and bring it to a local PC repair shop and have then extract the data to a certain type of external media such as DVD, CD, or an external USB hard disk.
Another option is to buy an external USB disk, an imaging software that comes with a physical boot disk and restart it and copy your data to the USB key. Rebuilding your original hard.
Or, if you are not comfortable with this then making a local PC repair workshop of your PC and make them extract your data from the PC or perhaps to recover your system for you.
