Disappointed on the Apple Support

I'm very disappointed on the Apple Support, my Apple ID has been compromised, and 2 devices Apple cannot use for almost 3 months. I had reported my case since April 7, 2016 and talked to little advise so far, to date still my case still sort and all the advise as ignore my cases, never followed my cases and never update me my status of the case, even I sent mail had no response from them. Can someone advise me in this case?

    Adobe has not yet been able to offer suggestions of what-so-ever, aside from telling me that it is there no real person for this product customer support and that I should try this forum. I hope that, apart from the many people with the same problem, there may be even one person out there with a solution!

    I bought the Publisher of 12 elements in March 2015 on the Apple App Store. Apple has confirmed that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my Mac. He has had problems since bought and installed on Yosemite, now the new O.S. El Capitan is installed, and 12 elements editor now refuses to open at all.

    My opinion is that if Adobe and Apple do not provide professional support for the products they sell to us, then they should say at the outset that there is no support for these products. This is not the first time that I was sold an adobe product that doesn't have any product support, product durability or reliability of product.

    If all goes well there's someone out there who can help me!

    As you have the version of the App Store, you will need to re - install. Your download should always be available in the Mac App Store under "purchases".

    Apple has had problems with security certificate expired affecting all applications downloaded from the Mac App Store. Here's a solution that worked. Give it a try by following each step:

    I had the same problem on the Mavericks and your suggestion worked for me.  FYI, I deleted the items, empty trash, disconnected from the App Store, restarted the computer, signed in to the App Store, then downloaded items.  I use OS x 10.9.5 and 11 elements.  Hope this helps!

    In general, Apple will provide support for 5-7 years after a product is discontinued.  But they must not offer updates to the firmware at all once a product is discontinued.

    For example, the 5th generation AirPort Extreme was abandoned in June 2013. No update firmware of the product have been since then.

    With regard to the flaws of security and bugs... it isn't usually the router that is the problem... it's almost always the operating system of the computer.

    No, but there is an option in the lower left corner of the authentication dialog box, which allows to reduce the number of times that you have to do.

    I bought my iPhone 6 and 16 gb and they gave me one year factory warranty. my phone started having a few problems in 10 months.

    August 2015

    I went to the apple store and they said "it's a common problem with 6 more" spent with a new 6 more since my warranty still good... as costume designer for more than a decade, it wasn't a big problem for me because I love I phone and I think that his greatest phone ever.

    my phone doesn't work for some reason, and nobody seems to know what happened. I don't know there is no water damage or other damage that I went to the apple store. the person who worked there said "since my warranty has expired they will not be able to help us!" and advised me to buy the new phone.     Yes, it seems more unfair. This is a user to user forum. The best I can recommend is possibly ask for a Manager in the store do not settle the first genius you get.  If there is documentation in the service record of apples, you can have a better chance. If not out of warranty is out of warranty.
