  If this is the only app that does not work on your printer and after uninstallation and reinstallation of the application, it still does not work, the problem lies in the app and its manufacturer.   I have the photosmart 6520 and like the printer.  There is a major problem that I have with the disney app and the app promo.  There is no way to disable these applications.  I do not want as they print constantly.  Even when I run out of ink, these applications print, print, and print without interruption.  I feel that I became a poor person that I am constantly running to the store to buy ink.  I even considered going to the store to buy another printer and not a mark of HP because of all of the ink that is wasted by these applications.  What can be done to stop these applications?  My son and I spent hours trying to find ways to disable them.  I am at my wits end and I hope that I find help from the experts.

  The best way to stop the applications would be to go the app on the front of the printer, and if it is scheduled you will have an option of settings at the bottom right. Click that and then highlight at the bottom of the list to stop automatic printing, push that, and it should take care of things. I know its not displayed on the first screen of options, then it can be easy to forget.

  The other option is if you have an application on the printer called to manage, you can go and it lists all of the applications on-demand printing, you can then press on and stop there, too.

• Bluetooth 3.0 Infinity Disney base no not matching on AppleTV

  I have the new AppleTV 2015 and the Disney Infinity 3.0 starter edition that I ordered from the Apple Store a few weeks ago.  The box indicates that this is the version of bluetooth of the Base of the infinite and compatibility of Apple devices lists.  The operating system is updated to tvOS 9.1 and Disney Infinity 3.0 is installed, we have been able to play one of the Starter levels (battle of Yavin).  But there is no sign anywhere of the AppleTV, be able to communicate with the Base of the infinite, even after a few iterations of the electric based bike and restarting the AppleTV.

  Is there an indication of mating or communication which should be evident outside the game?  In the Bluetooth configuration in the system preferences panel, I am able to see the controller that comes with the game starter pack and it pairs and works.  But, no sign anywhere of the Base of the infinite, which is turned on, nearby, and flashing her little blue light.

  Should what steps I take to understand on which piece is broken, the Base, the AppleTV, or something in the software?

  I have the same problem with the same material. As far as I know, the base will not appear in the menu bluetooth tvOS. Our base finally showed after power cycling a few times and made the right base against or on top of our Apple TV. Then, inside the Infinity Disney app, our base appears with full signal strength but we cannot choose to play with our numbers. We can only play the digital edition, while the base just flashes blue on the disk space of power. Very disappointing.

  I was wondering why the Picasa or Crayola web applications are available for the D110a.  As this is a photosmart printer you'd photo apps would be first for this printer.

  Coloring pages on the subject (which provides the Crayola app) - I think you will also find colouring in the apps of Nickelodeon, Dreamworks, Disney and PBS Kids, so I hope that that offer enough acceptable alternatives.

  There is currently no information if the apps will come to the D110a.  If they do, you will see them available on the HP ePrintCenter.

• Bought a WNR2020 and is no longer able to play the game "LINE: Disney TsumTsum.

  I replaced my old equipment with NETGEAR N300 wireless router with antenna 5dBi external high-power (WNR2020v2) recently and now I'm not able to access the LINE: Disney TsumTsum game on any device (phone or Tablet) when it is connected to my home network. Please wait a moment and try again"all other internet activities seem to work very well, and if I disable the wifi on my phone or connect to a different wireless network, far away from home (phone and tablet), I am able to connect and play the game very well. I left all the default router settings and double checked that there is no blocked sites or on parental controls.

  Someone at - it ideas? I contacted the creators of the app if you count the necessary special security settings, but they have been no help.

  Just to update everyone, I finally got this work (and I don't know why it works). I updated my DNS server Google public DNS servers and I am able to connect properly to my game now. My ISP is Comcast.

• When Windows Media Player is available for Surface RT so that I can play my Disney movies to the digital copy are a format WMV DRM?

  I have dozens and dozens of Disney films to digital copy in DRM'd WMV format that I downloaded from the packs of Disney DVD/Blu Ray / Digital Download that I bought.  They play fine on Windows Media Player on Windows 8 Pro.  But there is no media player everywhere where they will play on the Surface RT. I think it was very bad judgment and taste do not include Windows Media Player with Windows RT.  Before purchasing a program to remove the DRM and convert the file format, I have no way to watch the movies I paid for and legitimately possess as digital copies on my RT of Surface. The #1 reason why I bought a Surface RT was so that we can watch movies on the go. I'm really disappointed in the experience of the RT and the value for money. When Microsoft released Windows Media Player for Windows RT to correct this gross oversight?

  The short answer is probably never. Surface RT doesn't have a license to play DRM content, so unless Microsoft Gets a license, you will not be able to play your DRM WMV files... or can you?

  Basically, you need to download a DRM remover, run it and transfer it to the surface. It explains how to convert the format of WMV to mp4 say however, there are enough apps in the store play WMV files that you shouldn't have to be converted if you do not want. With respect to the transfer to the surface, personally, we use Skydrive, but you can use any method you want. In addition, you do not have to use the Remover suggested in the article, now that you know that they exist, you can search and find your own.

  • Close the watch application, and then restart your iPhone and your watch:

• Preview.app stuck on the first page of the PDF in single page mode

  I regularly Preview.app view PDF files and want to use the "Single Page" function to display an entire page at one time. I have 'Single Page' display set as the default behavior.

  Lately when I open a PDF file, they properly open the first page, but I am unable to navigate to another page via the drop-down page, touch up/down arrow. If the PDF file has a table of contents, I am able to go beyond the first page through it and then proceed to navigate normally. If it is not a table of contents, the only solution is to continuous scrolling mode and continue to navigate beyond the first page.

  It's very annoying! Unfortunately, I can't remember where this started happening. It could be when I upgraded to MacOS Sierra, but I can't confirm.
