  Cellular data 4 G/LTE is a function of carrier.

  Contact your phone service provider to resolve the problem.

  V31 has significant changes in the UI and it could well cause problems in modules and themes that stable for years.

  After installing day put newer operating system I can't delete my email messages by using the del from the keyboard or by using the options on the screen.  Remove screen opens upward, but the delete option is greyed out.  I am able to delete messages using select more and then delete.
