Display content while device is in Airplane Mode

Is it possible to display the content that is stored on the media player with a device that is in airplane mode?

No, flight CONTROL wifi on the phone mode so that you wouldn't be able to connect to the media player wireless if your phone or Tablet is in airplane mode. You could connect it to a computer via USB, but you would not be able to connect wirelessly.

  • Apple Watch series 1 (38mm) - battery drain in airplane mode

    Hello

I've had my Apple Watch series 1 (38mm), on Friday. So far, I really like and love what I can do with it. Never thought I would do so many things with it :-)

However, I've lived a strange behavior... To save battery, I turned today into airplane Mode while I was at work. It was just in my coat in my locker. So I use it and it has not moved for 9 hours... I left in there with battery to 90%... when I'm out, he just got 50% left... This is way too much.

Background refresh is disabled, I just installed 2 apps... also I just the icon weather stock on my dial of the watch. Not much in the dock or the other.

Maybe it's a bug of software? Or is my watch may be defective?

Restarted and will need to examine more closely, when its load to 100%.

Anything else I can do for now?

  • Turn on airplane Mode is not stopping being delivered text

    Hello!

I tried to work around this problem for hours now, and I would really appreciate the help! This is my first time on the Apple Support post, so please bear with me while I try to offer as much information as possible.

Exactly two hours ago I accidentally sent an audio recording embarrassing someone. However, as I acted quickly, I was able to activate the mode of the aircraft while it was still trying to send him, and the bar went from blue to green.

However, two hours passed, and the audio is still trying to be sent. It does not say that it has not been delivered, and I fear disable airplane mode and try something else in case the second I do audio recording are sent.

If it makes a difference, the bar is pretty close to hitting the right part of the screen, but it isn't completely there yet and has been in this post for what feels forever now. It says, "sending...". "at the top.

In addition to having kept my phone in airplane mode all this time, I also restarted (pressed the lock button on top) which made no difference.

In addition, Wifi and iMessage are disabled, while I turned on the MMS messaging to see if this changes nothing. (He didn't).

Please help me! How turning airplane during the sound recording mode (it was only a second long) was still in the sending process has not prevented to be delivered? (It's still in "sending... ("process.)

Any ideas about what I can do here?

It is in Quebec to send and end the process the minute it reconnects to a network. It's design in case, for example, you've lost the network connection to a time for some reason, your message will resume sending as soon as possible.

I have no idea how or even if you can stop it now that never turn your phone on. You could try powering on and outside, or try a reset. In the extreme, you can go into the General settings and clear content and settings, wiping everything off your phone and then restore your backup later.

  • Cannot delete the airplane mode

Even when I turn off airplane Mode on my phone, it remains on my watch. Mirror of my iphone is not really

work, or turn it off manually. This is crucial, so any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, HAP

    w

    Hi Peter

It is possible to put the flight to be mirrored between the devices, but the same does not apply to get off airplane Mode, that needs to be done separately on each.

To change the setting for mirroring of the turn on airplane mode:

-On your iPhone, in the application of Eve, go to: Watch My > General > airplane Mode - enable or disable the iPhone, to choose mirror.

When the watch is in Airplane Mode, Bluetooth and Wi - Fi turned off, so there is no way for it to receive additional instructions from your iPhone (including a statement to exit the airplane Mode when the mode on your iPhone).

To turn off the airplane on your watch Mode:

-When you view the time on your watch, drag to the top of the lower edge of the watch face > drag left/right to the gaze of settings > press airplane Mode to turn off the mode > slide down on the screen to exit the looks.

  • Dell Inspiron 17-5748 Airplane Mode is not turned off, WiFi and BlueTooth turns off

I may have made a mistake in believing Dell had together when I upgraded to Windows 10. I can not connect to any Bluetooth device and no WiFi at all. Laptop remains in Airplane Mode and it cannot be cut.

I tried all the options I know to correct the problem, except to 8.1, that I can still do since I have had nothing but problems since his arrival at 10 Windows.

If return to Windows 8.1 is a viable option, even if that would mean reinstall all my programs, I guess it's a solution.

Worse, it is now is no longer under warranty and I'll have to pay for support. I'm hoping to find a viable solution here.

The device in question is the map of 1704 802.11 WiFi b/g/n 2.4 mhz.

Any help would be welcome. This Dell is barely a year.

  • Stop let me in Airplane Mode and NOT off (XPS 13)

Hey I want to stop (no sleep) my new XPS13. I go to the power menu and click on stop. Instead of turn off, it disconnects me and let me now in Airplane Mode. Does anyone have an explanation for that? Is there a configuration setting somewhere? How did I pull that off. I don't think that sitting on the power button is the right thing to do.

I tried searching for it but cannot restrict in a similar position.

I can log into the device. I can leave the airplane Mode. I just can't stop.

If it has updates behind the scenes, he has to say. If it turned out eventually? I guess I'll see. I'm done for the day and it will be in the bag for the ride (not in a plane).

An hour later is still on.

So after detailed review, I see that you can scroll to the bottom on the dialog box define what power options you set the buttons including the power button. There are additional parameters.

Down below the horizon of this box, there is a checkbox enable 'Fast Start Up'. Maybe this should be more appropriately labelled 'Ignore Shutdown' or ' confuse and frustrate customers. Unchecking this box allowed me to turn off the laptop.

  • Unable to connect after live password change and the airplane mode is on...

I have a huge dilemma here

I change my live password and before turning off my Surface RT was in airplane mode IT

Now when I try to log on my RT Surface, it is rejected with the message

Your PC is in offline mode.  Please sign in with the last password used on this PC

But I'm trying with the old password and the message remains displayed

    An advise please!

    Hello again,

BitLocker can be the thing to aim for. Airplane mode is so new that there probably isn't much (if any) documentation on how to change these settings in command line.

I tried everything I could according to tiny knowledge I have of the technical aspect of the Surface RT

so I finally made a Reset which has no less then 02:45 hours to return with all the tweak, settings, installations and updates, I had on my Surface.

I'll never use this button to plane more until my Surface RT death even if I'm on a plane that will soon be passing.  I prefer crashing somewhere than to have to redo this RESET the horror!

Hope one thing.  Microsoft should listen to this carefully:

Do the airplane mode with any available behind the lock screen internet connectivity just before sign you so we can ensure that we're not stuck outside.

Oh yes you suggested to have another user as a Local account. Well, maybe, but let's say that a lot of people don't want to have another user on their Surface, even if it's to be safe outdoors.  I don't even know if it would have saved my butt anyway.  I have my lesson for good.

Mark this answer - Yes not exactly an answer that someone would want to read.

  • Airplane mode turns off (continuous WiFi turn on)

    I have this problem.

I can not activate airplane mode because after a few seconds it shuts itself.
I noticed that this is caused by Wifi. Every time I have disable Wifi (or activate airplane mode) comes on again after several seconds causing Airplane mode is turned off. Although bluetooth remains off.
Does anyone know any solution for this?
The computer is DELL XPS 12.

    Hi Robertas,

Some computers have the ability to enable flight WIFI mode. You must use the help file on your computer to know how to turn off wireless. Dell computer mostly for example using the function keys with a turn on that radio icon.
