  Although I use Oracle databases for many years, I must admit that I am rather new to APEX. I build a first prototype project to convince our project managers and managers of the usefulness of the product for future projects (as for interfaces Visual of the database where the focus is on forms and reports, it is often quicker and cheaper to build an APEX application instead of a webapp in Java or c# full blown).
  
  I have a few problems however.
  
  I'll start with a quick description. I have the following structures of parent/child:
  
  Provinces > cities > Intersections > earrings > detections in loop.
  
  Basically, I want to do a report on detections of loop. Now, as we have thousands of detections someday, I did kind of a mining structure down. First, you choose your province, then the city, then the intersection and finally the loop. Do not use the lists to make the selection. Instead, I did a (classic) report on each side because it allows me to give detailed information for each part. In each report, I made a link on the identifier. For example, when I select a province (by clicking on the link), I pass the identifier of the province of cities report and use it in the query to restrict my report to these cities in the province. I repeat these step for different parts, which, in the end, gives me the selected loop loop detections. The good news is that all this works very well. However, the person who will use this application made a suggestion and asked if it would be possible to select different loops and thus get the detections for several loops (the rest of the application remains the same). However, this means that I can't use the link in the column more. Now, I thought in the sense of a checkbox control. The link to the column is still there, but the user would also have the possibility to select several items in the report. I have managad to add a checkbox control to the report, associated with the loop identifier column. It's not really hard. I can't understand, however, how I can pass the identifiers found in the next report (detections for the selected loops) and use it in the report's underlying query. The problem is, I do not know how to pass the values checked to the next page and how to use these values in the request of the State of this page. I guess it must be possible, but I couldn't figure out how. I tried to play with APEX_APPLICATION. G_Fxx and others. Don't forget I'm a newbie and this seems to be more advanced features.

  A second point that's bothering me is this. In the loop detection report, I show a link column (I chose an icon instead of the value of the column) for each line. I also have a column that displays the number of detections for the given line (and one day). Now, for some lines, there is no detection that has emerged. Therefore, there is no point in the selection of this loop, because the result will be a blank report. However, I still want to show the loop in the loop selection report, as it is always present (it is not as if he suddenly disappeared). Of course, no big problem and most users probably have sufficient intelligence to understand this. However, it would be nice if I could do the icon (link colum) visible only for these loops with detections, or in other words, for these recordings in which number_of_detections (COUNTY of underlying column) is greater than 0. I couldn't find a way to do it either. The conditional display for a column option didn't really offer me a solution here.
  
  Before I forget, I use APEX 4.0.1 on an Oracle XE database.

  You can store the values checked into collection and then use it in another report where clause

  As far as I know, in OPM attributes of an entity type can be added to any given screen.
  
  According to operating conditions of my current project Ihave to view more attributes of an entity type in some of the screens.
  
  I have found a workaround for entities which has only one instance (singleton in version 10.1 entity), but could not figure out how to view the attributes of entities which has several occurrences.
  
  For example:
  We have an entity called < b > "child" < /b > that has many attributes. It may be more than one child bodies defined in a given assessment session.
  
  This particular screen should have the attributes that belong to the "global" < b > < /b > and < b > 'the child' < /b > instances.
  (The names of all children must be displayed on the screen as the checkboxes < b > < /b > so that the user can select the children who are affected by the global attributes displayed on the screen.)
  
  Is - this achievble in OPM 10.1?

  Display global attributes and attributes in the entity-level nested on the same screen of question cannot be done to the OPM 10.1 with the out-of-the-box feature. Need a custom screen. (For the record, I'm not a programmer so I can't advise on how to build such a personalized screen.)

  Before generating customizations, you should also consider whether you really need to use an older version of the product. OPA 10.1 came out early last year; the current version is 10.3.

• At startup, Firefox still displays my windows and labels last time, even though I have selected the option to view my homepage.

  Question: Although my option is to show my home page at startup, Firefox still displays my my windows and tabs from last time.

  I use Microsoft Surface Pro 3 with Windows Pro 10 and Firefox v 40.0.2
  I chose option to start Firefox to display my home page. Please see attached screenshot. The homepage is the Mozilla Firefox Start Page. However I tried other sites such as www.cognizant.com, www.cnn.com.

  I also tried to start by selecting a blank page. Always on starting Firefox displays the windows and tabs from last time.

  I also deleted the (renamed) prefs.js file and restarted firefox. This step NOT solved this problem.

  You can check if you have a user.js file in the Firefox profile folder that affects the pref browser.sessionstore.resume_session_once true value.

  The user.js file will be present if you or a other software created this file and normally will not present.

  You can check its contents with a text editor (right click: 'Open with'; do not double-click).
  The user.js file is read whenever Firefox is started and initializes the preferences to the specified value in this file, so the preferences set via user.js can be changed temporarily for the current session.

  You can remove the user.js file if you do not create this file yourself.

  Among them .html and .ini and .js and .txt, and you can see only a file name without file extension.

  In my opinion, it is bad material work and as far as I know only way to fix it is motherboard Exchange. I n t have this model of laptop, but I can presume that the GPU is fixed on the motherboard and cannot be traded separately.

  Here is something you can try:

  1. Click on tools and then click Options.
  2. Select the Advanced tab
  3. Select the general tab
  4. Uncheck the use hardware acceleration if available.
  5. Click file and then click on exit.
  6. Launch Firefox normally.

  Once you have followed these steps, you'll want to follow these establishments and see if the lines are gone.

  Click the Help menu and select Restart with disabled modules.

  Let me know if this has eliminated the problem.

  Yes, you can do it. The minimum must be large enough to contain an image of the core. If the maximum is too small, you will get the unpleasant results.
