Display of original filenames of the photos?

My older photos have file names that provide a description of the content of the photo.

In the latest version of Photos for Mac, only a limited number of characters is visible in the details pane.

is it possible to display the full name of the original file to the photos? (There used to be an option "Show in Finder", but that seems to have disappeared).

Thank you

You can click the Info Panel file name field, enter ⌘A to select all, then copy and paste the name of the file where you want, for example, the title field or description.

The title will be shown, if you enlarge the photo.

I love PowerPhotos.  This companion Photos app allows you to view the pictures in mode list like Aperture, and and you can display the names of files and other metadata in list or display filenames under thumbnails.
