  You forgot to tell us something about your computer. You hear any sound from the computer at all once you turn it on, it? It sounds like the hard drive turning upward?   Additional information: there are 2 computers that I use on the first Gallery Photo of Windows will open the image and allow me to use the left and right buttons to scroll through the rest of the photos in the folder, that's what I want.

  On the 2nd computer when I open an image it will open the Windows Photo Gallery in an index with thumbnails of the displayed record.  How can I change so that it opens the same thing as the first computer?

  I did the following on both computers; Right-click on the image and select open with...--> choose the default program--> go--> Program Files, Windows Photo Gallery, but it will be open always differently on computer 2.

  Both computers use Windows Vista 32-bit.

  This would happen if the file associations are corrupted on the computer, try method to set Photo Gallery Windows as the default program for opening files jpeg or png below image types.

  (a) open default programs by clicking the Start button, click default programs.

  (b) click on associate a type of file or Protocol with a program

  (c) in the following list of file protocol search jpeg and make sure that you have associated with the program that uses it and then check if it works.

• JPEG image is displayed in the selected image files folder

  When the discovery of the computer and selecting the image file folder - I use to get the small real individual images of each image in the folder without having to enter in the Windows Photo Gallery.  Now, I have only an icon, the same as that for each of the images and the only way I can see that the actual image is to select a specific icon and hope that is the image I'm looking for.  Can someone tell me how I can get all the individual photos in the folder of image file to display when I select that folder?

  I first suggest you to change the display of the photo icons folder type medium or large icons and check if that helps.

  To do this, follow these steps:

  Open the photo folder. Click view > select icons medium or large icons.

  Make sure that default programs > associate a file or protocol type with a program, file types .bmp, .ico, DIBs, .jfif, .jpeg, .jpe, .png, .png, .tiff, .tif, .wdp file names must have the default program like Windows Photo Gallery.

  Otherwise, select the type of file name, click on change program and browse to choose as default Windows Photo Gallery.

  Additionally, set the global folder options

  To specify the global settings that apply to all folders, follow these steps:

  1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Folder Options.
  2. On the general tab, click the options you want.
  3. In the view tab, click the options you want.
  4. Click OK.

  Note To restore the default settings for all folders, click restore defaults on the general tab or on the view tab.

  Use the same display settings for all folders

  You can apply the same view settings to all folders on your computer. You cannot apply the same view settings for all folders, images icons, toolbar settings or tasks folder. To apply the same view settings to all folders, follow these steps:

  1. Locate and open the folder which includes the display setting you want to use for all folders.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
  3. On the view tab, click apply to all folders.
  4. Click Yes, and then click OK.

  Note To reset all folders to the default display settings, repeat these steps, but click reset all folders in step 3.

• Animated images in the display of the grid in LR3beta2

  Frustrated. In LR3Beta1 I could manually move and place the images in the grid or view the display of the slide down for purposes of "same subject" sort content within a text or the specified attribute name. All of this has been accomplished in the Parent folder, without the need to drill down from the tree.

  Now, since the installation of LR3Beta2 I can no longer manually move (tri) in the display of the grid... unless I'm in the bottom most folder in the tree. This change is not practical as a folder tree may not correspond to the relevance of my text/attributes specified.

  Someone can tell me what I can do wrong, or is the ability to sort manually the folder Parent is no longer an option?

  I configured my H1 style so that it has a gray background color and a background image that I've specified to display to the left and down with no recurrence. I also added a quantity of filling down so that my background image is forced to land. The effect I created looks like this:

  Background-attachment is the culprit, you also had two background images specified, so I deleted the redundant style:

• I love Personas, but I can't figure out how to display the part of the image that can be displayed at the bottom of the window; How can I activate this part?

  Beautiful image shows the upper part of the window, where the toolbars. But the part that can be displayed at the bottom of the screen (above the taskbar (I think it's called?)) does not appear and I can't remember/find a way to work in so that it is displayed too.

  "Personas" are basically dead. The name was changed to 'Lightweight thèmes' and the Mozilla seems to have lost all interest in this feature. IMO, it is corporate ADHD - build, promote, many users ignore the hook on the feature, of it do not continue to "show the love" and in two or three years 'kick on the sidewalk.

  Basically, the add-on bar went in Fx29 - so there is no image at the bottom. There is an extension that restore the bar of the add-on, and it seems that it supports Personas - based on the screenshots on the page to download add-on.

  Make sure that your security software (antivirus) is not blocking attachments.

  You can install the add-on Old Style of Image by default (you don't have to restart Firefox to make it work)
