• Customization of the preview of the Finder or the Display Options tab

  Hi guys,.

  I'm looking for a way to customize the information displayed in the tab preview Finders or in the Display Options for the Finder.

  I deal with a lot of video files (about 6 TB) and I'd LOVE a way to get the Finder displays which Codec to use the files. Cmd + i to see this info in the section of the Finder's ' Get Info', you can, if the information is already there and Finder is reading. I would like a way to add a custom column for the options that says "Codec" or to have that information appear in preview just beside where the resolution of the video are already displayed. Y at - it a third-party application that would make this integration in Finder? Or y at - it a script that can be written in the code of the OS to add these fields? I have 3rd party apps that can display this record in the batch lists, but I use just Finder (a step less) especially since the Finder already stores this info, I want just a way to put these data out in front where I have to cmd + i to dig for it.

  You can do it in the 'Movies' folder, on the main road from the computer.

  Edit: I see that you are using Windows 7 where the menu bar is hidden as a Firefox orange button by default. Some menus objects much may not be visible in the menu of the Firefox button. Show the Menu bar or use the - and + Zoom controls buttons.

• iCloud status is missing from the Display Options Menu

  I am currently using iTunes 12.3.2.35, and I am also subscribed to iTunes game.

  When I go to view / menu display Options, there is no available under "Songs" for "iCloud status" column

  I helped just a friend yesterday who is also a subscriber of Match and run iTunes v12, but all iCloud menu items were available.

  I tried from you disconnect from the iTunes Store, stop, restart and log back, and he shows me than iCloud status as an option.

  I also tried to delete all iTunes preferences in ~/Library/preferences, as well as delete the iTunes folder in ~/Library/Caches.

  Not sure why this menu item disappeared.

  To show and hide columns in the songs view, right-click on the row of column headers.  In the context menu, currently displayed columns have a checkmark, currently hidden columns are not.  To show or hide a column, select it from this menu.  If you want to move a column, click and hold and drag the header of column (left or right) to the desired location.

• FN + F5 does not display options - Satellite A60

  Two days ago, when I used Fn + F5 I could scroll through the options and choose different display options. Yesterday when I did the same thing the options were not available. Both times I connect to a projector. Restart does not help.

  Is there a way to reset the default settings? Perhaps, I hit a button and changed? This happened to someone else? Looking for a solution.
  I am running XP on Satellite A60.

  It seems that the Toshiba Hotkey Utility and Hotkey utilities for display devices stop working.
  Go to the page of the Toshiba driver, download utilities and reinstall!

  PS; I recommend that you first remove the old tools of the operating system. Then restart the laptop and install Hotkey Utility, restart again and follow the installation with Hotkey utilities for display devices.

  It could be hardware or software related. You can view these methods:

   

  Method 1.
  Computers get slower for various reasons: files become disorganized, unnecessary software consumes resources, readers of network unused slow start or too many programs run automatically at startup. Larger, serious questions can dramatically too slow down your computer's performance. You may have a virus or have need troubleshoot clean start.

  Check to see if the problem exists in Safe Mode, if the computer works as expected in mode without failure, then we can solve the problem in the clean boot state.

• C: drive turned into raw and now I can't see file display options etc on my computer.

  I have xp s3. I had trouble with my main drive lately. Previously, I had my shot raw c drive and I can either logon in safe mode. I used checkdisk by my slave hard drive someone to another disk and it comes back with a few interface problems. Yet once the obtained c drive turned into raw and now I can't see file display options etc on my computer. I tried to use to start the system restore but not its use before and now. I have avira for antivirus and Registry Mechanic only. Is there a way I can fix my windows without formatting evrything?

  I had a similar problem also and it turns out that the hard drive is dead. You can probably do is to connect the hard drive to a working another computer & use data recovery tools to recover files from it but usability will always be a question.

  Data recovery is an another stressful job as for me it took 3 days to recover data to a 500 GB drive.

  After which I tried to format it own it but has not as well so I poured the reader.

  You can try my snack suggestions if your drive starts to work again I strictly recommend you to use it as a primary drive.

  When this happened to me, it was malware that didn't stop my computer, probably because she wanted to do something with it. • Want to change my screen external external screen to the mirrored display option.

  I'm trying to connect my Acer laptop to my Sony with HDMI TV.  When I plugged the the area of the external screen HDMI cable appeared offering me 3 choices; display mirroring, extended or external only.  I took an external display only.  However, instead of showing the screen of the laptop to the TV, two screens were black. The signal wasn't going to the TV. So I thought I could at least change external display only to in reverse, so if nothing shows up on the TV, then at least the screen will become not empty for the laptop. But now when I connected the HDMI cable to the laptop monitor and the TV are empty, so I can't change the settings. I can't return the new display detected, where I could change the setting. When I unplug the HDMI cable to get my rear monitor, the external screen does not give me the 3 options because there is no HDMI cable.  How do I get external display to change the only mirrored external display option?

• Problem with the extended help display option for multiple displays.

  I have a laptop with an internal (#1) designated as my screen main screen. At work, I like to use the 'extended display' option for several screens to use the external desktop as #2 display monitor. However, at home I have the screen internal one on my laptop. So when I open an application like Excel at home, the window does not appear, but the application is running, as I confirmed with the Task Manager. So far, the only way I know to solve this problem at home is to change my display settings for multiple views to show on display #1 only. Is there a practical way to deal with this issue in addition to change the display settings whenever I move from work to home and vice versa?

  Some views are available only when you have stopped on a breakpoint.

  Regarding the breaking points that have stopped working.  Please ensure that the version of the app in BlackBerry JDE matches that on the BlackBerry handheld computer/Simulator.  If the code is different breakpoints will not work.

  There are two ways to find items in the Panel:

  • Use the search. To find a setting that you are interested in or a task you want to run, type a word or phrase in the search box. For example, type "sound" to find specific settings for your sound card, system sounds, and the volume icon in the taskbar.

  • Browse. You can explore Control Panel by clicking on the different categories (for example, system and security, programs or ease of access) and display of common tasks listed in each of the categories. Or, less view by, click large icons or small icons to view a list of all the items in the Panel.

  The CC2015 ranges are found on a "Lumetri Scopes" tab in the top left panel so the color workspace and the central panel Lumetri Scopes tab in the workspace of the effects.

  

  Looks like you're clicking in the program monitor, but this is not where the scopes...

  LR 3.5 running XP v5.1. See all options are checked, does not show if the adjustments, cropped, pick, etc. And it does not show in the display of the grid. Works fine in LR 3.4.1 v6.1. This bug can be fixed easily? Thank you.

  For the film, there are two controls to show badges. First of all, the possibility to display must be set, not in Display Options, but in Edit > Preferences > Interface tab > segment of film strip.  Then the film itself must be large enough to display the badges you've chosen... If it is too small, it will not appear.

  So, first check your preferences, then make sure that the film is big enough.

  If labels are not displayed in the grid view, go to view > Display Options > tab grid view and if sure in the segment of the icons of the cell that you have enabled the option for the flags and insignia of the tile.

• As States of the history display options

  In InDesign CS3 on my PC, the display options are saved as history States. This means that, if I switch between the Normal and preview modes and you want to cancel my last changes, Ctrl + Z cancel it display mode changes before the cancellation of the previous action. It's very frustrating when I want to quickly undo and redo an action to compare changes. I tried to look in the preferences, but have not worked out how to change the setting again. I have not experienced the same on other computers or versions of InDesign. Am I missing something?
