display shows 4g and changes once unlocked wifi sign

Having an iphone 6 and downloaded new ios the other day.  Just noticed that when I first unlock the 4g phone appears after a few seconds, it shows the wifi symbol... it takes all place home where the wifi router is on and works fine.

If you have not used the camera for a while, and it is not connected to the power, a wi - fi connection goes to sleep and will reconnect only when you wake up it. Which is what it looks like you do. It is by design.

    Every time that I starts my Mac my library of Photos said that it was open and modified. If I open and change it - this specific date and time cannot be updated in the Finder. He holds the boot time.

    Yes, I can confirm this is the case, and it seems normal.  I'm guessing it is briefly activated in order to establish contact with iCloud, so he can make any necessary synchronization since it was the last stop.

    This who exactly are you referring to when you say "change unwelcom why I do?"

    If the taskbar is hidden, point to where you saw last it show again. If you don't remember where you saw it, try pointing to the bottom of the screen first, then to the sides or top of the desktop, if necessary. You may need to move the pointer almost off the desktop computer to show the taskbar.

    What version of Windows?  You can change the DPI on Windows XP but right click on your desktop, choose Properties, selecting the tab settings, clicking on advanced and change the dropdown to DPI.  Other versions of Windows have similar steps.

    If the problem still persists, there may be a chance that the problem is due to system files, so I suggest you to check the system files are they work very well or not and to check who are trying to run the (SFC) System File Checker tool.

    Scan SFC will be scans all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.
