  There is a sort of invisible box around characters in a font. The measures of the frame of the lower part of the characters below the baseline (such as p or j) to as high as high as the tops of the Capitol letters for diacritical marks such as umlauts and accents. Given that most of the characters are not completely going toward the highest handle or down to the lowest decender, it may seem that the text is not centered between the two vertical points.

  If you need the text to be centered exactly, you can cheat it by applying the vertical offset, but keep in mind that if you change the text, you may need to adjust the amount of vertical offset again. You can use the vertical offset for the text itself, or change text frame options and change the Baseline Options. Also, in your screenshot, I see you have rounded edges on your block of text. The vertical justification works on rectangular text blocks, it's why that doesn't work.

  On such a project, you should set the paragraph Styles you want. Then, it's a simple matter to change Style definitions.

  You should be able to amplify it upward with scaleX/scaleY properties, although no doubt quality will suffer somewhat (but probably not significantly, for most people).

  I am a novice as AE is going, but I'm working on a script to dynamically change a project.

  The project in question has a text layer has a single string, but with variable font size (the text is a price, where the hundred part is a smaller font to the different initial values).   I want to use a script to change this text, but it is enough to assign a new text document does not retain the variable formatting - all figures are found with the same font size.

  AFAIK, there isn't a convenient way for a script to maintain several font sizes once it changes a text document.

  You can however, use sourceRectAtTime() to get the actual span of text in a text layer, positioning and three text layers to get the desired spacing is not difficult.

  Hold down the ctrl key and the mouse wheel. This should change the font size in some applications. Some applications also have their own settings of police out of their menus in things like or etc (for example). This will vary by app.

  For WLMail it appears this and this should offer some control on WLMail fonts used, but only the 2nd seems to work OK. This application there is a bug? and certainly it does not work for me.

  Hello.  I recently created a Flash Professional help AS3 .apk file (probably obvious in this forum, but I wanted to be clear).  I tested it on a Tablet Android from ASUS.  However, I realized that even if I had the app to look good on this tablet, there are other tablets out there with many different sizes that could have the strange gaze of app.

  I searched on Google for advice on this, but a lot of it is not sensible.  Is there a fairly easy way to get your application to 'read' the Tablet dimensions and fits these dimensions?  I know I could do a different file for each screen size, but does not require put several files different app on the app store?  It sounds ridiculous.  Any tips?

  I'm having a problem with my yahoo email using windows 7 on my laptop Aspire, that's what's happening: I'm composing an email when all of a sudden, a key is struck or a shortcut or something, but what results is the police turns lowercase.  I tried to use the magnifying glass as a default option so I can at least read the emails until I have find it but it doesn't help, he enlarges but is distorted.  I want to know is how to get back my email to its normal font.  It did not appear on my other laptop nor has it affected other windows I have open at the same session. • Display of Acquisition sample done with a USB-4431

  Tried a bunch of examples, code the DAQ Assistant, mega-search time. At the end of the road. It's about my first traditional appointment to programming DAQmx after years of programming DAQ followed a long hiatus.

  I use a hammer strength IEPE hit to begin sampling of a USB-4431. I'll be post-processing fft; I want ten seconds of data to 4096 samples per second (40960 samples).

  As I am acquiring data, I want to update a chart to display the contents of the buffer, adding data to the chart every 125 mS up to what the end of the second 10 captures.  Relaxation, start sampling data and acquisition works very well. The problem becomes it to the chart control.

  The graph is updated in spurts and incompatible adjustments. The second set of 10 shot finally makes the curve, but it takes anywhere from 30 to 120 seconds to display, sometimes in quick "pieces" with long breaks. Sometimes the initial trigger data gets poster immediately, and it takes sometimes 15 seconds just to display the first 512 samples!

  I obviously had something fundamentally wrong here.  Could someone please have a look at the code below to me. TIA ~!

• I'm looking for a simple list of available applications with different levels of creative cloud subscriptions?

  Boy, the Adobe web site is incredibly frustrating. It is very difficult to accomplish some very simple tasks. First of all, there should be an email address for contact. I shouldn't be forced to submit my question on a forum. It's cheap and lazy on the part of Adobe, especially when they charge a lot for their subscription applications.

  My biggest complaint is that I can't find a simple list of the applications available with the cloud creative in different subscription levels. When I search, it sends me to a video of slick 'overview' of the creative cloud which tells me zero in on specific applications available. It should be a simple list of available with creative cloud applications and a side-by-side comparison of the applications available with the different levels of subscription creative cloud. Why can't I find something like this on the web site of Adobe? I found a page that lists 15 adobe applications, but not a page that describes to me what apps come with what levels of creative cloud subscriptions.

  Go to your page template, look for the section that contains the string ' #LOGO # ' (see the 'header' or 'body' of the page template sections). This is where the logo (image or text) is replaced.

  For example my page template reads (just the line that contains the logo)

  So if you want to have a picture and some text, add the image directly in the model, then use the #LOGO # substitution string to place the text in the logo. You can play with the HTML structure for that so that the logo image and text can be positioned/place you like on the page.
