  I think that its an exaggeration. You probably want to use VMware Workstation to this... it allows you to set the number of monitors used by a virtual machine. Or use VMware Player 2.5... It is available for Linux.

  I'm from Lightroom 6/CC.  I can import pictures and they show on the film along the bottom and one selected displays in the upper left corner of the screen.  If I select a photo, it shows in the middle of the screen. When I go to develop fashion, my image is replaced by a blue screen.  If I hit the 'R' key to crop, the image will flash briefly, but won't.  How can I get the image to display (or make the blue screen disappear)?  What I am doing wrong?  Please help as I can't make any progress.

• HP 17-g121wm: goes black screen, but the computer still running (Linux)

  I use HP 17-g121wm laptop. The screen turns off at random 2-5 minutes after the start, sometimes earlier. The computer will still run, but the screen will be black (the backlight seems to stay lit, however). Any buttons I press on, nothing makes the screen back on, so I have to press the power button to turn off the laptop and back on.
  
  This problem does not occur when I start in Windows, but when I boot in Linux (I tried Ubuntu and Arch linux), the problem persists.

  I tried to boot with the kernel parameter 'nomodeset' grub, but when I do that I can't enter a graphical environment, because the amdgpu driver is based on Kernel Mode Set (KMS) without nomodeset.
  
  I prefer to use Linux on this laptop for programming and development, preferably of Arch Linux. So, any help would be greatly appreciated.

  I run Linux distributions on my desktop PC and from your description, the problem is almost certainly the lack of video drivers, especially in the case of the AMD video chipsets.

  I'm not familiar with the Ark, but I don't know with Ubuntu, which I had problems driver AMD for several versions now, and the last, Xenial 16.04, fglrx drivers simply will NOT work because they are not supported with the new version of the kernel and will not be - as AMD is working on a new driver open source to replace fglrx.

  HP forums provides no support for Linux issues, if my suggestion is to check with the forums Linux appropriate for each distribution.

  Simulators will not work on just * nix. You can try the wine, but your best bet is parallels or VMWare.

  If you want to do everything and use only a device for the test, you still have a chance to be * nix only. I think he was talking about a plugin for linux, but I doubt he'll go anywhere if it isn't out yet. You can always use the BB Ant tools, make a maven plugin or build everything yourself via command line.

  Basically, it is not supported, but it is also not impossible... just search around to pick up the pieces.

  You have two options;
  You must include the SATA driver in Win XP using software like nLite or you would replace compatible SATA to AHCI mode in the BIOS.

  I created an Admin Server (prot is 7001) and 1 managed server (name: MS1, port is 7003) and I try to run the managed server, it works fine once I removed all the domain and created the field, also created 1 Admin Server and 1 (MS1, 7003) server managed with the same server name and port numbers, then I try to start the server managed using the console using startManagedServer.cmd MS1 t3: / /. 127.0.0.1:7001 but I got error like # < 1294642894256 > < BEA-002606 > < cannot create a server socket to listen on the channel "Default". The 0.0.27.92 address may be incorrect, or another process is using port 7003: exception java.net.BindException: cannot assign requested address: JVM_Bind. >

  Do not remove the domain without stopping the servers running in this area.
  Try to kill the instance that is already running on port 7003.

  As you said even on 7009, you are facing the same problem, try to modify the config.xml file and the address of the listening on 127.0.0.1.
  Make sure you take a backup of the config.xml file before editing it.

  I'm under ESXi 4.1 on a server of Dell T110

  I connect to ESXi with vSphere

  vSphere is running within a VM in Windows 7

  The Windows 7 VM is running in VMware Fusion on my Mac OS X system

  When I'm in vSphere and I selected a virtual machine and I click on the tab console on some systems the VM console release me when I press control + keys command as it should.

  pfSense (FreeBSD), Ubuntu Server and Windows Server 2008 (before installing VMware tools) behave like that. I can't get out of their screen of the console. I must stop these VM out of their access to the VM consoles.

  Windows 7, Windows Server 2003, Ubuntu Desktop, etc, that all behave as I expect. When I press control + command keys I am released from the VM console and I am able to navigate in vSphere.

  After I install VMware Tools on Windows Server 2008 I don't have to press anything to be released from the VM console can I just move my mouse outside the console and interact with vSphere, which is what I expected.

  Shouldn't be able to leave the console VM using Ctrl + Cmde in any virtual computer if VMware Tools is installed?

  Anyone know what could be causing this device or a way around it?

  If the tools are installed as you have seen, you can safely move out of the console.  However, without tools, have you tried to release the cursor?
