Up to Windows Vista, the internal workings were very similar. Starting with Windows Vista, Microsoft has done a lot of work on the internals of the operating system. Although, if I remember correctly, the core system has not changed since Windows 98 (maybe even Windows 95). But of course, since then, many new features have been introduced, and bugs have been fixed.

You must upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate for this feature. Only Windows 7 Ultimate includes support for MUI (language). You can then install the Spanish language pack under regional and language settings in Control Panel.

It is very difficult to juggle several OS disks to install the correct OS. My question is:

As well noted Veritas, as long as you use Windows, you use IE (or a version of it) because it is integrated into the system. It is literally impossible to "remove all components of Internet Explorer".

How to get Vista recovery Media or the Vista recovery Partition on your computer back to factory settings.
There is no Vista free download legal available.
Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.
Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.
In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.
See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.
Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...
Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.
Ask them if you can also make recovery disk/s for the recovery Partition in case of a system Crash or hard drive failure.
