  First of all, you can not install SP3, except if you have SP2 installed successfully. Since you have SP1a, you need install SP2, then try to install the SP3 and IE8.

  In addition, this can happen if your SP service pack is damaged/corrupted.

  Looks like DLL file or the missing link between the Dynamic link Library & the missing registry entry. To replace the Dll files missing please go ahead and run the scan by following the simple steps below using the System File Checker tool and check if it does the trick.

  To help resolve this problem, use the tool (SFC.exe) System File Checker to determine which file is causing the problem and then replace the file. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click principally made programs, Accessories, right-click guest, and then click run as administrator.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click allow.
  2. Type the following command and press ENTER: sfc/scannow (Yes there is a space after sfc) the sfc/scannow command analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions. This analysis do take some time to complete.

  It is in Windows Media Player? If so, I suggest that you try to reset the media library. Note firstly reset the library will make you lose all play counts and ratings too. Then, follow these steps:

  -Restart the PC.
  -Click Start, type services.msc in the search field and press ENTER. In Services, locate the Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service . If its status is started , double-click the service, and then click stop .
  -Click Start, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft in the search field and press ENTER. This folder opens in Windows Explorer.
  -In this folder, rename the folder Media Player as Old Media Player . If you do not see the folder, then it is probably hidden. Set Explorer to view the hidden files and folders and show protected system files.
  -Launch WMP, your library will have been reset and will be rebuilt. Check if the problem persists.

• Vector graphics I created in Illustrator and then downloaded to the library of my CC no longer editable vectors when I shoot them in a file have.

  I created a set of vector icons in Illustrator, a few months ago and downloaded in the library of my CC. I have not had a problem so far with pulling them in various Illustrator files and be able to edit/change colors on them.   I have 6 of Lightroom installed on a Macbook Pro with images, catalog and previews on an external drive. Without apparent reason, today previews do not appear in the library mode. If I click on a gray rectangle and pass it to develop the mode, the image is here and there when I go to view library. I tried 'optimize the catalogue', stop and restart and curse under my breath.   One number of others have experienced this problem - please add your vote and details of this bug report in the Adobe official feedback forum: Lightroom: keyboard shortcut 'G' does not not in the library module.

  A few others have reported that restart the computer immediately after resetting preferences seems to fix the problem.  Also note that you can use the ESC key to exit the view library Loupe return to the display of the grid.

  What happened to me once, it was I downloaded with Filezilla... the fact even more on the site and downloaded the changes... but it would not be updated... even with refresh.

  Then I used ccleaner and it erased my browser temporary files and history. Then it worked fine.

  Setup CCleaner is straight forwar. No need to tweek more. I've set up with options for a click on my locked (open ccleaner and run ccleaner)

  moment of its installation.
