  Looks like a problem with the tnsnames file / wrong sid. try using tnsping > that you will be in your tnsnames.ora.

  I saw a good amount of messages on this lately, enough to make me think that there is some malware floating around the cause.
  This error occurs usually after a computer has been infected then first make sure the computer is completely virus/malware-free. Do not skip this.

  At the very least do the preparatory work and then scan with MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware in addition to your regular antivirus program.

  Then locate the disk quotas that can be defined. If the machine is clean and there is no set of disk quotas, copy the lines between asterisks a Notepad document and save it as undopolicy.reg. Double-click undopolicy.reg to merge into registry.

• I never had trouble with my server out log out before. I'm travelling and my first day I can receive but not send mail. I went through all of the suggestions of support, nothing helps. I can not send emails. I El Capitan on my Mac

  I have a macbook of El Capitan and my first day on vacation to halfway around the world, I can receive but not send emails. I had a conversation with my provider and all the settings, usernames and passwords are correct. I tried everything I read so far related to this topic from Apple and I can not send. Any other suggestions?

  What happened to me several times over the years, as different local networks may not connect in order to SEND email but without reception problems.

  My solution is to always use the WEBMAIL service belonging to the service of your email provider... be it Apple or Blueyonder, or anyone.

  Occasionally, a national internet service - for example; the Sultanate of Oman, in my experience - can refuse to deal with mail because the discussion on a particular topic is not permitted in the jurisdiction of that country, but it is very rarely the problem. Try just using the webmail online pages - for example; webmail service to iCloud in the case of an Apple (.mac, .me, .icloud) email address - and who usually works for me, anyway.

• HP Officejet 6500 more: printer will not e-mail program scan

  My Officejet 6500 more will not scan to my e-mail program, Outlook Express, taken care of by Yahoo. I have re downloaded the HP print and installed software. Tried again to scan for "e-mail address as PDF", but get the error message "the HP Application scan was unable to save the file at the specified location"

  I use the upgrade of Win10 of Win7. The printer is connected to my cpmputer via a USB cable.

  Any suggestion would be appreciated.

  Thank you for your reply, I tried your suggestion, but it did not work and the reason was a driver error. I have re-installed the driver software of HP and so far that seems to have solved the problem! I guess time will tell. Thanks again for the help, much appreciated, this a great forum help those in need.
