  Same problem here. There was no picture printing problem until the upgrade. Now, they won't print and it's ruin how I run my entire business. Image logo printing on the packaging of the lists, codes bars printing of shipping labels. I deleted the cache and restarted. I also tried other browsers and is it not the problem.

  Hi, I have recently updated to EL Capitan and attempted to add epson Stylus 435 with no luck. The problem is that it appears in the list of printers so I choose what it but then under 'use', I try to look for the model but number 435 was not found. I only see epson 24 pins series and epson 9-pin. I tried both choices of 24 and 9 series. My mac connects to the printer, but does not print anything. There is nothing wrong with the printer because when I print from windows 7 is very good.

  I also tried to connect my mac to the printer via the usb port and it's exactly the same as above, it does not list my model.

  What should I do?

  When you connect to this model of Epson, by network or USB, you should get a prompt indicating that a driver is available at Apple and you want to download. • My Officejet 4620 do not print black ink

  just in case someone else has this problem, heres whats really past and heres how to fix this annoying problem. its relatively easy to do and more efficient than wasting money on a new printer or have that he repaired as most people eventually do.

  (1) ok. lets start. !!! FIRST UNPLUG THE PRINTER RIGHT NOW, IF YOU DO NOT ACCIDENTALLY DIE BY ELECTROCUTION!  I forgot and when I started unscrewing the first 6 screws, kept chime jump and im like * beep *? I was impressed by the security measures hp took as model engineering.

  (13) now remove the cart ink, cartridges and all, by lifting the front first.  Be careful of the transparent tape little there that moves the carriage from left to right and vice versa. you don't want to damage this little guy. now take the transport to your paper plate. not some ink or accidentally get it on your fingers without knowing or will make a mess.

  (14) remove the ink cartridges and put them on the paper plate, side ink to avoid a mess, these things sometimes drip. put the plate side. its time to clean the print heads.

  (15) then go to the sink, to the distribution of empty ink and turn on the hot water and then let the transport of empty ink sitting there with the water mainly through the clogged color screen (inspect and make you is not a small rubber seal surrounding the small screen, if there is do not waste it. I didn't look too closely and I don't think that hp has them but I have a few other printers).   (18) now look on the lower side of the transport. these strange looking things are the leaders. Rinse in hot water and dry them with paper towels. then flip it over and the breath on the side of the screen again. also between the screenside and heads (on the side of the transport) is an opening which is also probably gunked up. It blows with water too. Then, turn it over and wipe the head again. Repeat this step until no fades or until you are sick and tired.

  (19) shake, then use paper towels to dry the entire unit. Make sure that the device is dry.  especially inside the female plugs. blow inside or out dry hair and dry gently. do not stand there and melt the but with the blow dryer. but the sooner it dries less your ink cartridges, sitting on the paper plate will dry out. the custom of the ink dry quickly just do not take a NAP or go on a date until you're back with part of the ink.

USE IT. also make sure that the 2 hinges to the scanner portion/cover are placed correctly before the fixing of the top with the 6 black screws.

  now raise the printer and reinstall the ink cartridges. then plug in the appliance and turn it on.  If you get notifications on the control panel telling the custom of transport move, then open the trunk and remove the ink cartridges, hustles and ensure that transport is installed and that the tensioner springs are in place correctly. • HP officejet: Hp officejet 4630 does not print

  I try to print a document from my computer and all I'm getting are dashes or white sheets. I've only used the pronter 4 times because I got it and 2 out of 4 times are to print or copy. There is ink in both cartridges so I don't know why, it's just Govind me white pages. I tried to clean the cartridges and to align it to see if it works, but the alignment page was not printed correctly. His lack of the printer image and most of the lines on who should be present. I know because I still had the first copy, when I did the alignment. I had this for less than a year and hardly used lrinter so I don't know why this isn't the impression that it should.

  (1) once the page opens, please select the country in which you are located. Then enter your model of HP on the right number.

  (2) then choose "Contact the Support" tab at the top and scroll to the bottom of the page "HP Support - contact" to fill out the form with your details.

  (3) Once finished, click the "Show Options" at the bottom right.

  (4) Finally, scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Get a phone number." A file number and telephone number will now fill for you.

  I have a new HP Photosmart 5520 printer all-in-one.  Black ink ran out so I replaced it with a previously used ink cartridge which is of the same type # 564 but a XL version.  This cartridge has been barely used.  Now, I just can't get anything to print in black.  It will print in color, but not black.  I tried to turn off the printer.  I put the cartridge in my printer and it worked fine.  What should I do?

• Given that I've upgraded to Windows 10 my laserjet p2055dn does not print

  I upgraded my 2 computers to 10 Windows over the weekend and since I can't print to one of my printers from my desktop but my laptop is printing OK.  I tried to uninstall and reinstall the printers.  When I install they appear on my network, but when I try to print I get a message that says: it can not print with the current configuration.

  When I try to print a PDF document, I get the error message that "no pages are selected for print.

  Finally, I uninstalled all HP software then reinstalled both of my printers and everything works.

  I'm on a mac and it sends the document to my printer (Hp Photosmart 4680 all-in-one), but the printer does not print. My printer worked fine and now it will not print. I'm doing something wrong. This has happened once before and I am frustrated with and left for about 2 days, I had tried everything I could think of, unplug the unit for an hour or more, uninstalling and reinstalling, checked ink levels they were very good.   Make sure that your OS X is healthy:
  
  1. download and install OS X Combo Update.
  2. download and install the printer driversHP from Apple.
  
  Finally, download the latest version of the software for your printer from the "Support & Driver" link at the top of this page (if you want).

  Do not connect your printer via a USB hub, connect directly to your Mac.
