Do not supported properly, turn on, or reset, any suggestions?
My zip clip does not illuminate. When I got it, I updated the software and loaded with songs and it worked fine the first time and the second time, even if she has lost its charge faster than it should have (2-3 hours). Definitely sounds like you have a defective unit. If you can't return or Exchange through as you bought since then, and it was bought as 'News' and are not-furbed' SanDisk may be replaced under their warranty. Call Technical Support and they should be able to manage it for you.

I hope that you have verified that the flash lights up completely and you get the red light showing that it is ready to fire.
