Do the Invisible tab or inactive

I develop in 2013 of LabWindows/CVI.

I have a tab on a panel with 3 tabs control.  The 3rd tab is "features of the future".

Currently, I put tab to "initially grayed out.

When the Panel is displayed you can still see the tab and click on it and see all the controls on this tab.  (you cannot step on them and it's good)

I would have rather it is not accessible to all.

Is it possible to make the invisible tab?

Or make sure when you click on the tab, this tab is not addressed?

I don't want the operator to see the "work in progress" on this tab.

Kirk

To hide a tab page, you can use SetTabPageAttribute with the ATTR_VISIBLE attribute. There is no built-in way to make a visible but not selectable tab page, but you can set a reminder for the tab control and trap EVENT_ACTIVE_TAB_CHANGE to return to another page when the undesirable path is selected, but the operator will briefly see that "forbidden".

  • Hi, after about half an hour I can not select the open tabs or see new tabs. When I reboot and restore previous session new tabs appear.

Unable to activate the existing tabs. I have no problem with the restoration of a previous session or by opening the previous tabs, but although the new tabs are created - because I see them when I restart Firefox - they are invisible until I restart. In addition, some, but not all menu options are not available, until I restart.

    Any advice would be appreciated,

    See you soon,.

  • After a download, but only when the download tab is opened, Firefox crashes.

The following message is displayed in a text box "WARNING: the Script does not": "a script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding." The download window can be opened in a tab in the background and this same error occurs, or Firefox can even be reduced with the download either on top or in the background tab. The error window appears under other software and sits on the desk, often invisible. Sometimes, but not always, all of the computer may hang on it. The problem is particularly bad, when I have Firefox and Photoshop CS2 both race. At the same time that happened, Firefox also began to refuse to play flv (YouTube) in full screen videos. The computer is a Dell Inspiron older with a Pentium M 1600 Mhz processor and a gig of ram. I am running Windows XP Professional with service pack 3.

This is the Download Manager Tweak. I was getting this problem from 2012-04-14 and have not either of the other two addons that suspected a_grush.

For me, the problem was * primarily * bypassed with DMT put the download tool in a tab instead of its own window or the sidebar. I even made a permanent app tab. The 'error' message still sometimes arises especially when you go to the downloads tab.

I have * some * worked around the bug when I experimented with the downloads tool in the sidebar. The false error always does appear quite often in this arrangement, especially if you try to interact with the sidebar, reloading for example a transfer failed, but much less often then when it was in it's own window, which caused the almost constant "errors." That said, the sidebar function is essentially useless anyway, because you can't see the full file name, nor any useful buttons, as the reload-this-download button.

To get rid of the message 'error' entirely, get rid of it entirely DMT.

For me, even the few dialogues pop up in the mode tab were too, and I've disinstalled DMT.

  • set up the invisible network

How do we establish an invisible network? No name should appear in the menu Wi - Fi network.

There is no such thing as an 'invisible' network, but you can refer to what is called a "hidden" network

Therefore, any number of free utilities are available on the Internet which will reveal a hidden network in seconds, so those who want to really see your network will not have problems to do very easily and very quickly.

The idea of being 'hidden' network is pretty much an illusion, since the name of the network is still distributed by the wireless router. In addition, mobile devices like iPhones and iPads tend to have a time more difficult, try to connect to the network.

If you still want to "hide" your network... and you have a router from Apple...

On your Mac, open Finder > Applications > utilities > AirPort Utility

Click on the image of the AirPort base station

Click Edit in the window that appears

Click on the Wireless tab at the top of the next window

Click the Wireless Options button at the bottom of the window

Enter a check mark in the check box create hidden network

    Click Save

Click Refresh at the bottom right of the window and give the router airport a full minute to restart

  • The invisible taskbar icons

If this product was something else I would have taken this back to the store for a re - Fund now.
I'm lucky that I can still post this question because after I installed Win7, I couldn't even on the ' net (fortunately I can dual-boot XP, which worked well and I was able to get a response (disable the network card, and then re - enable - EVERY time that I boot)).
Anyway, as well as to renounce characteristic streaming music which I was very excited by (the TV adds forget to mention that only a small number of devices will actually support this function) and the dumping of Media Player for Mediamonkey (the new Windows Media player is terrible), I now have what appears to be another common problem, namely that after believing the hype that I could clean up in my office by pinning the icons more used to most of these icons have become 'Invisible '. They are all still there, they all work it is just that I have to right click on each in turn to find the one I want. Hardly a great feature.
Someone would like to restore my confidence?
    Thank you

    Hello stu_cj,

Thank you for visiting the Microsoft answers community.

Try these few things and determine if they have solved your problem.

    ========================================================================================================

    Perform a clean boot:

    ·          Click on Start Orb > type msconfig in the search box

    ·          Click msconfig in the results of the research

    ·          Click the general tab, and then click Selective startup

    ·          Under Selective startup , clear the load Startup items

    ·          Click the Services tab, select hide all Microsoft Services and then click disable all

    ·          Click OKand when prompted, click restart.

If the problem does not reappear when your computer is in clean boot mode, a background program probably causes interference. You can try to determine which background program is causing the problem when the computer is in clean boot mode.

To try to determine which background program is causing the problem, start by turning off all drivers, third-party programs or services and startup items that load with Windows. Then, if the problem is resolved, go back on half of these services to try to isolate the interferent service. If the problem is not resolved at this stage, you will repeat this process until you have isolated the interferent service. Finally, if you are able to determine which specific program or service is causing the problem, contact the manufacturer of the program to determine if there is a solution. You can also disable the program or service to solve the problem.

Enable half of the service points:

In this step, you try to isolate what background service is causing interference with the program. Start by half of the services turn on and off the half.

    ·          Click on Start Orb > type msconfig in the search box

    ·          Click msconfig in the results of the research

    ·          Click the Services tab, select hide all Microsoft Services and then click to select half of the check boxes in the Services list, leaving the other half not controlled.

    ·          Click OKand when prompted, click restart.

Determine if the problem is resolved:

If the program works after you restart your computer, then you know that interfere service is not among the services that were turned on. So, it must be among the services that have been disabled.

If the program does not work after restarting the computer, then you know that interfere service may be among the services that were turned on.

Now that you have eliminated some services as the cause of the problem, you can use a process of elimination to determine which service might be the cause of the problem. You can keep selectively turning services or turn off until you isoliez a service that might be causing the interference. To do this, follow these steps:

Run the program and see if the problem is resolved.

If the problem returns, follow these steps:

    ·          Start the System Configuration utility. (msconfig)

    ·          Click the Services tab, and then click to select the hide all Microsoft Services check box.

    ·          Click to clear half of the check boxes that you have initially activated in the Services list.

    ·          Click OKand when prompted, click restart.

Run the program and see if the problem is resolved. If the problem returns, one of the services that is enabled may cause interference. Continue to repeat steps, disabling services to try to isolate a service that is causing interference. If you are unable to isolate a service as the cause of the problem, these services are likely not to cause interference. If the problem is not returned, then one of the authorized services is originally the interference. To isolate this service, follow these steps:

    ·          Start the System Configuration utility. (msconfig)

    ·          Click the Services tab, and then click to select the hide all Microsoft Services check box.

    ·          Click to select half of the check boxes that you originally disabled in the Services list.

    ·          Click OKand when prompted, click restart.

Run the program and see if the problem is resolved. If the problem returns, one of the services that you selected in step c is an interferent service. Continue to repeat steps, by disabling services until you to isolate the service that is causing interference. If you find that the services in the Services list cause this problem, go to ' activate half startup items "in an attempt to determine whether a startup item is causing the interference. If you were able to isolate a service as causing interference with the program, go to 'solve the problem '.

Enable half of the startup items:

In this step, you try to isolate the startup item might be the cause of interference with the program.

So start by half of the elements start turning on and off half the points.

    ·          Start the System Configuration utility. (msconfig)

    ·          Click the Startup tab, and then click to select half of the check boxes in the startup list.

    ·          Click OKand when prompted, click restart.

Determine if the problem is resolved:

If the program works after you restart your computer, then you know the interferent service isn't among the startup which were on items. So it must be one of the startup items that were disabled.

Otherwise, if the program does not work after restarting the computer, then you know that interfere service is among the startup which were on items.

Now that you have eliminated some startup like items being the cause of the problem, you can use a process of elimination to determine which startup item might be the cause of the problem. You can keep selectively turning startup items or off until you isoliez a service that could be the cause of interference.

Run the program and see if the problem is resolved.

If the problem returns, follow these steps:

    ·          Start the System Configuration utility. (msconfig)

    ·          Click the Startup tab.

    ·          Click to clear half of the check boxes that you have originally selected in the startup list.

    ·          Click OKand when prompted, click restart.

Run the program and see if the problem is resolved. If the problem returns, one of the startup items that are turned on may cause interference. Continue to repeat these steps to isolate. If the problem does not return, among the previous authorized startup items is a service interfere. To isolate this service, follow these steps:

    ·          Start the System Configuration utility. (msconfig)

    ·          Click the Startup tab.

    ·          Click to clear half of the check boxes that you have originally selected in the startup list.

    ·          Click OKand when prompted, click restart.

Run the program and see if the problem is resolved. If the problem returns, one of the startup items that is enabled may cause interference. Continue repeating steps a through d, turning off startup returned to try to isolate a service that is causing interference. If you cannot isolate any an element start as being the cause of the problem, these services are likely not to cause interference. If the problem is not returned, then among the disabled at step 2 startup items is a service interfere.

    Solve the problem

If you have determined what specific context program or service is causing the problem, contact the manufacturer of the program to determine if the problem can be solved. Or, you can disable the interferent in the System Configuration utility. To disable the service, follow these steps.

    ·          Start the System Configuration utility. (msconfig)

    ·          Disable this service.

    ·          Click OKand restart

Safe mode starts Windows with a limited set of files and drivers. Startup programs do not work in safe mode, and only the basic drivers needed to start Windows are installed. Safe mode is useful for troubleshooting problems with programs and drivers that might not start correctly, or that might prevent Windows from starting correctly. If a problem does not reappear when you start in safe mode, you can eliminate the default settings and basic as possible cause device drivers. If a program recently installed, device, or driver prevents Windows from running correctly, you can start your computer in safe mode, and then remove the program that is causing the problem.

    ·          Remove all floppy disks, CDs and DVDs from your computer and restart your computer.

Click the Start button, click the arrow next to the lock button, and then click restart.

    ·          Do one of the following:

o If your computer has a single operating system installed, press and hold the F8 key as your computer restarts. You need to press F8 before the Windows logo appears. If the Windows logo appears, you need to try again by waiting until the Windows logon prompt appears, and then stop and restart your computer.

o If your computer has multiple operating systems, use the arrow keys to select the operating system you want to start in safe mode and press F8.

    ·          In the display Advanced Startup Options , use the arrow keys to select the option of safe mode you want and press ENTER. For more information about the options, see Advanced startup options (including safe mode).

    ·          Log your computer with a user account with administrator rights.

When your computer is in safe mode, you'll see the words Safe Mode in the corners of the screen. To leave safe mode, restart your computer and let Windows start normally.

    Hello

  • invisible tabs

I exported my APEX 3.1 app and importation which, to my APEX 4.1 test area.
When I open the app in 4.1, my tabs (not the parent tabs) are not displayed.
When I fly over the area where the tabs should be, they appear in orange.
Remove my mouse in this area and the words are still invisible.
The two apps in 3.1 and 4.1 are exactly the same theme.
    Clues?

I went in the CSS tab and nothing seemed strange and all the boxes have been checked.

It wouldn't seem strange, just that the way that the CSS is to be applied is now different.

On the script tab, I did a search for doctype in my app page, but it wasn't in the script.
Is there anything that has x - ua or documentmode as well.

Change your model page and add this line to the right after the < head > tag:
    < meta http-equiv = "x-ua-compatible" content = "IE = edge" >

He'll tell IE to perform the highest quality of available rendering.

But it had references css. They are here.

Right, it's all the standard of the APEX.

One of the words that have disappeared is version and nothing seem strange, but it's here
    < span class = "Créancesc" > < a href = "javascript:apex.submit ('T_VERSION'); "> Version < / a > </span > < b > | < / b >

Since you found in the HTML code, then just not displayed more or is not visible. Probably a similar problem with the tabs.

Try the tag meta and afraid to see what the results are that yields.

  • Invisible to Visible to the Invisible - boxes filled to the turn invisible back after save/close

    Hello

I spent the greater part of these hours couple is trying to develop a work around to my current dilemma.

I have a dynamic PDF that has a bunch of invisible fields in it.

The user, by the entrance of a drop down menu, triggers a javascript switch that sets the visibility for text fields in the form accordingly.

The form itself works very well at the start. But when one of my users save the PDF with informed information (using the player with extended rights)... when the file is reopened all visible fields redefine their presences on default (which is invisible). No data is lost, it looks like the flip flops back to the invisible presence.

My workaround solution provided has been to build an event Doc: ready that will be used to check each field invisible when the file opens, then set it to visible in the non-empty fields. However, I had difficulties with the text fields, properly assess.

    If

    (DocumentAffected1.length > 0) { }

    DocumentAffected1.presence

    = 'visible' ;}

I tried length RawValue... used '0' and ' "... and nothing seems to work."»

Is there a better way to check if my text fields are given? And if so, could you give some examples of code?

I'm not a coder strong. All my Javascript was pinched from examples elsewhere in this forum. But it's nothing more simple if and switches.

Looks like you need save the State of your form as well. You can do this through code, or you can leave the product to do so. As file/properties, click the default tab and choose the button radio on the preserve of script changes automatically option.

  • How to remove the invisible jpgs of library

    Hello everyone!

I shot a wedding with RAW and jpg... all have been imported to the LR and see the place on my hard drive.

I only want to keep the RAWS and delete the jpg files that were imported.

However, jpg files are not visible in LR, so I don't know how to get rid of them.

I heard that you should never remove whatever it is off the coast of the HD but remove only from LR... anyone know how to make these visible jpgs so I can delete them?

    Thank you, Teri

You must make it visible JPEG files. Follow these steps:

    1. go in the preferences panel, then choose the Import tab

2 place the check against the JPEG files to deal with next to raw as separate photos files

    3. go back to the library module and select the folder that contains the raw + jpeg files

    4. right click on the folder to open the context menu

    5. Select synchronize the folder. Step 5 will find all of the JPEG files that were previously invisible.

    6. click on the synchronize button. JPEG files are now imported and in the end will be visible in the display of the grid (previous import should already have sifted all the other files)

    7. Select the JPEG files to delete choose Remove the command in the menu Photo

    Edit (PITA) forum

8 thumbnails for raw will be always displayed the symbol of Raw + JPEG and a symbol of ? to designate the missing files. You need to click on the ? and choose Forget option in the dialog box that appears.

  • Yellowing of the feeder on the Organization tab

    Hello discussions of Macbook Pro,.

I recently went to the Apple Store for other reasons, but I mentioned it to the person I was talking to the one under the Organization tab I had kept in the same place for a long time the power cord has become yellow. It was not a big problem for me one little bit my son was yellow, but because I was under warranty on my laptop, they replaced. I was wondering if it was normal for a nearly year-old cable power, if it was caused by excessive heat or something else preventable or if it was a sign of a faulty power supply which could cause problems in the future?

    Thank you ~ Bryce

    Hello Bryce,.

    What is the tab "organization"?

  • set the new tab to open AGAIN homeVersion 43.0.1 breaks new tab homepage

I don't know why the development team is so God awful ready on forcing me to use this terrible miniature of the previous pages as the new screen of the tab, but it SUCKS. I use FF because I don't want to be forced to use my browser as I want it to work. Correct this flaw and I would like to give the new tab homepage. 43.0.1 broke the new tab override add on which historically corrected this weakness / FF stock.

Can I assume that your real problem is that the extension new tab replace does not work in Firefox 43?
based on your similar thread in September - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1084993#answer-784907

The developer of this add-on is aware that it is broken - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/new-tab-override/reviews/769315/ - and says he'll fix it.

"The nature of the lack of the new tab should be without a doubt, opening to what the user has defined for its home page".

You are entitled to your opinion on that, but Mozilla feels differently about what the default should be for the new tab.

My opinion [that does not count be] is that it would be ridiculous to have all of the users 'Homepage' to be the default value for the page tab. How would this work when a user like me has two home pages? Two new tabs open all the time? Or complicate the issue and only open the first home page for the new tab instead?

  • Firefox on Windows 7 keeps opening the Options tab &gt; how to fix?

Without clicking to open the Option tab, it opens on its own. Sometimes 2 or 3 tabs are open but not all at the same time.

One of the possible reasons are that if the Options page has been added as a second 'Home tab' in which case it will be displayed in each new window (Ctrl + n) and every time that you click the Home button.

To verify that you can use the page Options, as described in this article: start-up, homepage, tabs and download settings.

Look for a vertical bar character at the heart of the area that separates the two addresses. A simple example with short URLS:

    https://www.mozilla.org/|about:preferences

The bar certainly can be hard to spot with long URLs, but when you find it, delete everything to the right of the bar, then the bar itself (I suggest to remove the last bar so things don't accidentally get it together).
