docx without MS Office document generation
I'm trying to understand if it is possible to generate a .docx document or change a docx/docm without having MS Office installed.
There is no library G pure lang who create docx documents?
.docx is a quite complicated XML file format, I doubt that there is a native LabVIEW application for this anywhere. You may be able to do some simple find/replace on strings inside XML or try to use xml for find/replace analytical tools that you need - try opening up with something like Notepad and see what you can do.

I need to convert Office Documents using Java JDK running in the Linux VM to PDF without human interaction, is this possible? How?
It could be a service web or other solutions, but it should work on Linux and must be callable from java.
You shot yourself in the foot because with accuracy of conversion of Office documents requires Office. Which requires Mac or Windows (preferably Windows). Solution server of Adobe's LiveCycle PDF generator. Has a Java interface, but you will need Windows server for it.
How can I use Office Update without the Office CD? On the microsoft Web site, I clicked the options which mean that I would not need the CD (which was not provided with the laptop), but poartway through the service pack update, I get a request for the Office 2000 Professional CD.
Did you mean an office or a note?
As far as I know the a Note is part of the recovery Image and the CD is not supplied with the unit. In addition, Toshiba units are not delivered with the Office 2000 software.
However, have you checked to aid either in Word update function?
You will find an option called verification of updates
As I installed the toshiba bluetooth stack (on my Satellite Pro U200) last week, MS Office documents are very slow to open when I choose them by double-clicking from windows Explorer. If I first start Office then use "Open" to open the document, the document opens very quickly.
The problem disappears as soon as I uninstall the Bluetooth stack.
This issue is documented on the nokia.com website and can apparently be solved using the instead microsoft bluetooth stack.
However, I don't seem to be able to install this driver on my laptop.
Is there a solution from Toshiba?
See you soon,.

I met the same problem. The problem disappeared after the installation of the previous version of v4.88 Nokia Suite.
If you come across printing number where you will be not able to print only Microsoft Office documents or print documents disappear in Windows 7.
It is caused by changes to security settings on the user's profile. You can either create a new user, login with the new user profile to the printer
Or disable UAC from the control panel and reboot the PC. Here are the steps for Configuring UAC
Hope it helps
Thank you for taking the time to post this solution.
I was pulling my hair out for several hours now and it worked like a charm.
7640 was printing test print, .pdf and Notepad files but it wouldn't print anything from office, chrome, firefox or thunderbird.
Power Googling finally turned to the top of your message and I have not seen anything to suggest it is common knowledge, but I think this problem is quite regular, so I hope others find your post.
See you soon,.

I'm looking through the various fixes for it but none works for me, the main reason being that I can not save the file. When I try and open an Excel file from Windows Mail, nothing happens. I right click to save money, but save it under the bar says type "attachment (*.)" *)"and no .xls. I click on save and get the message "the command cannot be run." It also doesn't let me print. It is a very recent problem that I can't seem to get a fix for. A suggestion made online, I got Microsoft Office but the problem persists. Can someone please help me because I really need to be able to open Excel documents to work on it and return the people.Your help would be very appreciated.
It seems that Windows Mail opens to 'open Office documents '.
I would refer to the procedure proposed by Radio2000wave July 30, 2009 from this link.
After completing the methods suggested above, answer us with the State of the question.
Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600
OS: Max OSX Lion 10.7.3
I met a problem when printing borderless with my Officejet Pro offline 8600. While the printer print without margins (edge to edge), it also scales the document a bit. So, by example, if I have a document 8.5 "x 11" that has margins of 1 "and a background color I want to print without borders when I choose the option without borders, the document comes out without borders, but the document is furred so that margins are now approximately. 5 ". In other words, the document is put across as I lose half an inch around the entire document. I can not fine any way around that. Suggestions?
I found the answer. On my Mac, to the title of the page setup it is a format of paper called "Borderless 8.5 in X 11 in. I used which makes it a perfect borderless printing and print normally!
HP CM2320 does not print office documents. Instead, an error report prints as follows...
PCL XL error
Error: InternalError 0 x 50
How can I get this printer to work?
Print a Configuration Page of Net work before continuing as this will reset your machine to factory default. You should turn off the machine. With the machine off, press in and hold the right button and the X button (cancel). With two of these keys pressed at the same time on the machine power, then release the buttons when you see a Permanent init storage. displayed.
It worked for me after unistalling and reinstalling the machine several times with no results
My HP Officejet 4500 does not print Office documents or info online. goes through the process, but, not ink. Removed and reinstalled. Same thing. Don't know how to solve this problem
As OEM HP is responsible for the good operation of the printer and their
drivers provided. Check with HP support, their documentation online and
drivers and ask in their forums.
Try printing HP and Scan Doctor for Windows
Good luck, you need to update or reinstall the latest driver.

The main issue is probably the drivers, but these can help:
Add or remove a printer
Solve printer problems (Vista)
Open the printer (Windows 7) Troubleshooter
Find the manufacturer's Web site
Find and install printer drivers in Windows 7
I hope this helps.

The OPA 10.4.5 Install Guide mentions J# Redistributable Package installation for PDF Document generation, but it doesn't seem to be a server document generation binary equivalent to the installation of the document-generation file - server.war in a J2EE environment.
The Server Document provided with the OPA 10.4 generator is Java only, as this is a wrapper to several Oracle BI Publisher JAR libraries. The developer of the OPA's Guide explain how it works if you are interested (http://docs.oracle.com/html/E54502_01/toc.htm#Extensions/Extensions_Doc_Gen.htm).
To enable the generation of document with IIS, the simplest method is to install Apache Tomcat and configure specifically for WAR Server-generator of documents (http://docs.oracle.com/html/E54502_01/toc.htm#Extensions/Extensions_Use_Def_DG.htm).
The reference to J# in the installation guide is misleading, because it is no longer relevant for the generation plugin legacy document used before the OPA 10.3. While it is still supported, it doesn't have the ability to easily create models of document for the legacy plugin and I would discourage to use it for any new project.
Why not convert a Document Microsoft Office 2013 in PDF format using the options in the context Menu? (Ex: convert to PDF, combine taken files supported in PDF?)
I've recently upgraded to Acrobat PRO of XI, but now I am unable to combine or convert microsoft word documents to PDF format.
In Adobe Acrobat X, I had this function below, and he could combine the Microsoft Office Documents in a single PDF. Now I have over this issue in Adobe Acrobat Pro XI. It seems as if it was the program called Adobe Elements having performed the conversion.
You can try to repair the installation of office 2013 by using the microsoft Support article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2464297/en-us
Try to repair the Acrobat pro also, you must use the same options
Trees try to repair office and Acrobat. Re start the computer and try once more.
My Acrobat 9 Std installation was damaged, so I re-installed 9.0 and added all updates to 9.3.4. When I try to create a PDF from an Office document, I get a pop-up window:
Additional files need to be installed to create PDFS from this file.
You want to run the Acrobat installer in repair mode?
I clicked YES, with the CD in the drive; the process lasted more than 15 minutes and ended normally.
But when I try to create a PDF file, I get the same message again.
Any thoughts on how to fix?
Have you put safety of Ofrfice allow PDF Maker to run?
Client has a requirement where he wants access to the Office Document (located in the shared location) of OBIEE report when clicked on the value of data. Can someone let me know, if that's possible, and what are my options. A line of guide in the right direction will be first.

A standard link by using a UNC path to your shared drive should work fine. See:
I am trying to download a cover letter & their system will not let me in its current form. It was written in the microsoft office 2007 program. Thank you
Microsoft Office 2007 uses the .docx format, which they should support. If they are not, here's how to convert the file to .doc or .pdf format:
Click the office button
Click on "Save as".
Click on the menu "save as type".
Select "Word 97-2003 Document" to convert it into .doc
Choose 'PDF' to convert to PDF
Click 'Save', and then upload it.
