  No one knows what the numbers for the installation discs that would come with a June 2003 MDD? I see the latest Apple G4 never released, configured by default with a single processor 1.25 and could boot OS 9 natively.

  I did a lot of digging on this subject and what I found, it seems that it there was only a single disk. Although I'm not sure about this but it seems previous models of the G4 had apparently come with multiple drives as part of the package, such as the restore disc and a separate Apple Hardware Test disk. But as I say as far as I can tell, the end MDD models came with a solitary DVD that had all of this out there, including software for OS X (10.2.3) and OS 9.2.2 installations Classic environment as well as Apple Hardware Test (version 2.0.2 was apparently only for the MDD Mac released in 2003). Also hidden on the disc was a picture called OS 9 General who was actually a specific bootable OS 9.2.2 on that version.

  It is part number related to what I can find I * think * 691-4161-A. I found several references to previous reference numbers, but they seem to be associated with previous G4 and models models actually prior to the DDM too. So, does anyone know if this is that correct? Thank you.

  I have a laptop Toshiba A500-1GL.
  I wanted to upgrade with a backlit keyboard, so I went to an authorized Toshiba reseller in my area (Portsmouth, UK) and after checking the laptop, they said yes, it supports a backlit keyboard and it cost around 90 pounds (about 140 dollars) the price of the backlit keyboard and the cost of installation.
  So I said okay, let...

  But the keyboard does not work!
  I went back to the place where I bought, and I asked the guy (yet) "are you sure that my laptop takes in charge the backlit? ... He said yes, and in fact he removed the keyboard and showed me 2 connectors (one to attack the keyboard and fix the lighting cable)

  Then. My computer supports portable backlit keyboard... But it's not working!
  I tried to reinstall the package added value, Flash card... Chipset... almost anything!
  But it still does not (it should work when I click Fn + Z)

  What can I do now?

  I can't return the keyboard, because the guy said "sry its now use!
  So, what should I do? Is there something I should install/remove I'm missing or what?

  What to say either the technician has done something wrong or the laptop is not extensible.

  As far as I know the keyboard lighting is controlled by the BIOS.
  In my case, I can disable and enable it in the BIOS.

  I don't know if your BIOS contain this option, but you could check it
  Please note that each model of mobile phone is supported and some BIOS each BIOS is different.

  In my opinion if the BIOS does not support this feature you so would not be able to activate the lighting, even if the keyboard has been installed.

  I finally called the Blackberry technical support service and they solved my problem.  I had remove databases (because there was probably a corrupted entry) and remove the books of CICAL service on the device.  Thanks for the comments.

• ITunes skipping after upgrade to clean boot of Windows 7 64 bit HP Pavilion m9500y

  I recently updated my m9500y to vista 64-bit home premium to windows 7 Professional via an upgrade to boot. Since the update iTunes ignores intermittently. Can I close iTunes and reopen it and it will play OK no problem jumping. Sometimes it takes to open and close the program several times before that it will play correctly no problem jumping.

  I won't have the same problem with Windows Media Player as I've seen in other posts on this and other forums for the problem of Itunes jump.

  I completely uninstalled iTunes such as recommended by HP before you perform the upgrade to windows 7 and I have all the HP windows 7 and the Microsoft updates, including the drivers and firmware.

  I even tried to uninstall completely the 9.2.1 64-bit version of itunes, including registry keys and installed the previous version of Vista 64 bit which worked perfectly before the upgrade. However, I still had the same problem.

  Just in case my driver realtek HD audio version 6.0.1.5910. I do music professionally and HP Smart Media and Windows Media Player simply do not cut it. I have my iTunes works properly all the time.

  This is the only problem that I have. Everything else works perfectly.

  I did the same windows 7 Professional upgrade exactly the same way on my Inspiron 1545 Dell 64 bit machine and I do not have the itunes problem to jump on this machine. I hope someone has a solution.

  Thanks for the suggestions, however, neither worked. However, all is not lost. I finally found the solution and cause, and the problem is solved.   I give detailed instructions on the way which we MSCONFIG to solve conflicts in Windows Vista and 7, which could be the cause of problems with iTunes. After change startup programs and services, then by adding them one at a time after restarting whenever I finally was able to hide the indentify the third specific add on that was originally my itunes jump like a needle to jump on a vinyl record when the weight of the pick-up arm is set to lowest.

  In my case, it's a tool bar add-on in my Explorer window.

• What it takes to upgrade with?

  Hi, I have a hp G62 XF230EA #ABU (I'm guessing that this is the model # because I can't find any others). It has 3 GB of RAM and 320 GB HDD with i3 350 processor, and I wonder what would be the maximum RAM upgrade with a sensitive SSD to replace the HARD drive based on the processor which I won't replace because I have an another laptop with an i5 and better spec than the G62 and want to keep costs as low as possible for these upgrades. Somehow, this G62 became a toy so want me to upgrade and started messing around with linux with the vision to use it as breaking a core staff and to make all the mistakes on a computer it is spare. Thanks for reading and advice are greatly received.

  Please check whether your current operating system is activated. You would not be able to upgrade to any edition if it is not enabled.

  PC runs, but does not start. Monitor, keyboard and mouse with no signal. Pretty much. And when you want me to remove the battery of the bios, or whatever, it seems tight and hard to get out because it is surrounded by other elements.

  All fans work, the power/battery or anything that works I think that, since there is a fan on the right where it is and it seems to work. I remember what happens before, I don't know, but before that, there are many gels. This error below was made before all this happened, but I managed to run f8 and then run normally until it freezes again. Then, after that, it runs but does not start. No beeps etc. The best fans will have plenty of vouches and Bravo to wherever you like me to vouch or maybe send the great service that you provide to administrators if that's even possible, haha.

  It is a sign of a lack of food.  Looks like you have a desktop computer?

  Power supplies run about $50.  It is a rectangular box at the corner of the system in which the power supply will from the outside.  It's a pretty standard form in most of the PC and with a little investigation thorough replacements can be found.

  It is usually held in place by 4 screws and can be held in place with a spring clip.

  Most essential, is that you need to buy a replacement with the right number of straight plug forms to adapt to your PC.

  This seems more complicated than it really is and takes about 5 to 10 minutes to do the replacement.

  Look at the power output of the power supply failure and buy a new, more powerful.  New desktop PC usually come usually with a diet under size and what are the causes these failures is too strong a request for devices you have connected.  So, buy one with a higher power rating.  Usually about 500 Watts does the trick.

  If you do not feel upwards to this task, a technician should not charge you much like this.
