Does not download updates of Adobe - available but error "try again later" with link to "non-qualifying serial number.

I just put the computers (PC w/Windows 8 64-bit) and I did a new install of my copy of Adobe Photoshop CS5 (with Bridge and Camera Raw).

Installing asked for the numbers that I have provided and the installation was a success - however, I can't view images in full resolution, only inches

in Bridge and I can't open RAW files from my Canon 5 d Mark III (However, I my files with the older Canon 7 d).  I WAS able to view and work with

the new RAW files on your old computer.

Under 'Help', 'Updates', he says they are available, but after being appeared to download on my computer, I get this:

Then there is a link to the customer service that brings back me to this:

Error "this serial number is not for a product calling it" | CS6, CS5.5, CS5


What gives?  It was a product calling it a few months back.  Even though Adobe has stopped supporting the CS5 (?), I should always have access to the latest updates

that I had already once received.


I tried 3 times in 1 hour - no chance to return to a State in which that I was only yesterday and months earlier.

Apparently, Adobe has very little interest for its customers spent at least that they spend more money.

I've never seen such an approach because it - to REMOVE the support and the old links updated on the Web in an effort to force an upgrade.

My technical support (after the first notifier that I was simply no chance) has stated that he has graciously allowed to make an exception and gave me a link to support what is strangely

hidden or removed from public access.

    Windows Security Essentials (MSE) is supposed to close Windows defender.

    WSE has his own Defender. To have 2 defenders running will create conflicts.
    What happening IS normal. You have no problem.

    I have windows xp 32-bit.  I have a LifeCam VX-1000.  I do not have the CD, but when I plugged it the first time, Microsoft Wizard found the driver and installed it without a problem.

    Ran fine for 2 months, then I plugged it in today, I got the "new hardware found".  First OFF... what happened to the driver?  I have not installed anything new.  And then, it will not re-intsaller driver.  He invites me for a CD when I try to update the driver through the Device Manager, and when I try to run LifeCam 3.22, I've downloadedMicrosoft , he says "Setup cannot continue because the downloaded file was not signed digitally by Microsoft. "Please try again later."  WTF?  I downloaded from microsoft. How could he not be digitally signed by microsoft?

    I wouldn't say that you need to access an exchange of the good news is this. Updates will start rushed to phones that have not updated. So, between now and Thursday, you should have a patch pushed to your phone and then within two days it will start to download and install it automatically. It will depend on if you are connected to WiFi and what your signal strength.

    My son, who uses his computer with installed parental control, trying to send a request by e-mail to me to approve a site that he wants to visit. It also gets an error message by. Family Safety properly blocking sites that I programmed to block, so that part works.

    I did a chat live with a person with MS, which I linked to a response that did not work, then it disconnected. I spoke with another person who told me to call 1-800-642-7676 again. I did, but all the options that I chose was told to visit a Web site or another, then disconnected. So now I'm here.

  • Remote Update Manager does not download updates

    So we have recently updated our infrastructure update to adobe for the most recent versions provided by the CCP and I get failures on Mac (have not yet been windows tested). There seems to be some kind of problem with libraries or binaries used in the download process, because he abandoned after downloading the first set of files, indicating that another download is ongoing.

    I had another issue earlier with the error code 125, which, thanks to wireshark (and not the Adobe installation guide) I decided that I had to add a MIME type of wildcard character for validation in VAC, services, fcc, validation files. After that I did that I was able to 'download' files, but facilities did not exist.

    And just to clarify, I did a complete refresh of the files on the server (which takes only 5 hours this time!) to exclude the corrupted files.

    Here are the logs for the tests of RUM:

    Just FYI RUM has now been updated to v. 1.9.6.17

    I also saw the same questions, until I updated to the latest version.

    You can download the latest version in your Enterprise Console > deployment > creative cloud

    I also noticed that the CC Packer does not build in this latest version (yet).

    Recently, I received several complains of students said that they cannot download Adobe update on Mac computer working net campus, including the costume CC Adobe and Adobe Flash Player.
