does not print in the margins of the pages smaller

HP Officejet Pro 8000 A809

Windows 7 32 bit

Word Perfect X 5

I have a custom labels page size (4.2 "wide). Impression of WP, sometimes it works perfectly. At other times, it prints as if the page of the label was to 8.5 x 11, and the labels on the right side of the page. I stopped and restarted the printer, run the utility of diagnostic on it (not), close and restart WP, tested on 8.5 "x 11" and found nothing that works. I can't put my labels on the right side of the tray paper because the bars automatically centers the document.

I have the newest firmware, software and the complete software package installed.

Any help?

Let me know what you find.

First, try a hard reset with the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall

    Take out the toner cartridges.

    Wait for 30 seconds

Plug the power cord into the printer and the wall (be sure that the printer is plugged into the wall and not a surge protector)

  • HP Officejet Pro 8620 does not print, but the document is sent to the printer without error

I bought a HP Officejet Pro 8620 and connect 2 computers via a wireless connection with the latest driver.
In the first computer (windows 7) I can print without any problem
On the second one (windows 8), when I try to print, I can see in the windows printer spooler file that I'm going to print. The file is sent to the printer, without error, BUT nothing happens.
I already tried reinstalling the drivers, restart the computer, the printer. I tried to connect to a wired network. It still does not. It's very weird but I got no error, just does not print. I thought that the printer does not work, but on the second computer I can print.
    Thank you for your advice

I do not know is that a problem?

As it is possible to allow for the press with the rights of the user.

    Toshiba e-studio 206

    Hello

You intervene on the Toshiba printer

According to your message, the printer does not and doesn't print because the user does not have authorization right.

You can change try to assign the admin right to the user account.
You can also try to assign only a right to the user account.
In this case go to-> printer & faxes Control Panel
Choose the printer-> right click-> properties-> tab security

There you can assign printer preferences

  • HP Officejet 4630 portable printer: HP Officejet 4630 printer does not print until the computer is restarted

When I send a document to the printer; It shows in the print queue, but does not print.  When I restart my computer, the document will print.

The same thing happens whenever I have send a document to the printer.  I have a WiFi connection from my laptop to the printer.  The blue icon on the printer lights indicating that plugged.

Why does only work when the computer is restarted?  I ran the HP Support Assistant, and it does not find the printer; even if the printer seems to find the computer once I restarted the computer.

It's embarrassing to say and I'm not very technical interest.  Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @Maggie78

    Thank you for your patience.

    You can try the following:

    Creating a TCP IP port

    1. print a Configuration Page to get the printer IPv4 address (you can also tap on the icon wireless on the front panel of your printer to obtain the IP address)
    2. on your PC, go to the Panel control, devices and printers, right-click the printer and on the left, click printer properties, select the Ports tab.
    3. click Add Port, select the Port TCP/IP Standard, then New Port and follow the instructions in the wizard.
    4. Enter the IP address of the printer.

Note that you can ALWAYS go back to the original port the HP software installed by selecting the HP port on the Ports tab (in the properties of the printer)

    Hope that helps!

  • HP deskjet 3620 does not print on the internet

My hp deskjet 3620 is taken offline whenever I try to print a page of IE 11. Is the problem of the printer? I can print out IE 11.

    Hi esac42,

I understand that you are not able to print from Internet Explorer to your HP Deskjet 3620, your printer goes offline. You are able to print from other programs without problem, until that we know there is no problem with the DJ 3620. Can you please let me know the exact operating system you use?

I would like that run you HP print and scan doctor- it was designed by HP to offer users the features and troubleshooting problem needed to solve many common problems experienced with HP print and scan the products related to Windows computers.

If you run the PSDR and still get the error the printer offline, I would like to continue you here: "Printer is off-line" Message appears on the computer and the printer does not print, I know it's only IE that you are having problems with, but please fill out all of the recommendations.

    I'll watch for your reply.

  • Samsung SCX-4100 does not print on the computer Windows 7 x 64

I have a Samsung SCX-4100 printer.  It worked fine on two different computers of precedents, one with Vista and the other running Windows 7 (x 32).  I updated to Windows 7 Professional 64 - bit and charge computer driver Samsung x 64.  The printer appears installed but do not print.  It is listed on all my programs and, when told to print, the printer icon appears in the taskbar lower, but no document don't appear in the queue and the printer does not print anything.  Printing only that was the case, the installation, it printed on the test page correctly.  I used various troubleshooters in Windows, I've deleted and reinstalled the printer several times and nothing has changed.  I tried to re - setup the USB port to which the printer is connected, but I received this statement each time: "an error occurred during port configuration" and so I can't try to re - port.  I must tell you that I've initially left the programs and settings 32-bit for the 64-bit computer using the program PCMover, and I wonder if somehow I sent some incorrect settings to the new computer that are now interfering with the installation of the correct printer.  You have any ideas how I can fix, or help out at least that?

For all those who may have been following this thread, as stated above, I have been unable to solve the problem using the recommendations provided by the technician above.

However, after endless research and several experiments, I found a fix on another site:

In Regedit, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > policies > Microsoft > Windows NT > printers.
Right-click on the Printers folder and select Delete to remove it.
    Restart the computer.

It was the only thing that has worked to enable printers to work on my 64-bit machine.

I hope this is useful to someone else who was pulling her hair on this issue.

    Brad

  • items of tag p does not show on the pages using css

I converted to a site in GoLive to DreamWeaver and all the text by using the < p > tag does not appear on the site, but other styles appear, including < h1 > tags, etc.

-J' have confirmed that the links to the css are correct and tact.
-J' I cut and pasted the text in the < body > tag, which is the same specification as the < p > tag in place to check that it was not a typo. Did not help.

Well, if you have a page on defined style that affects your diplay with white text paragraphs. This might be a reason.

    On your page privacy.php watch line 21;
    p {color: #fff;}

the parameter of color to the fff everything make your text are white.

Don't forget that on the styles page to replace the external styles.

    I hope this helps.

Since you are using includes can't tell you where this code exists!

  • C4795 HP printer does not print in the browser firefox, but in IE

I have a printer HP C4795 and HP windows 7 and the printer will not work with firefox. It works fine in IE. I had trouble with firefox crashing yesterday so I uninstalled and reinstalled and printer does not work. has worked in firefox before my test yesterday.

I see that you started another thread of question - https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/888892 - so I guess that your problem is not resolved.

If it is printing in an XPS file, your printer is not selected as the destination for the copy. You must select the printer in the printer - name box. See the screenshot.

  • Printer does not print despite the installation apparently OK

I have a HP Deskjet F380 all-in-One.  I know it's old, but that's all I can afford.  I am running Vista Home Basic.  Again, I know it is old but... Long ago he began to resettle whenever I used it.  This problem has been fixed and he started that recently still do.  Until copy 11.

I tried to reinstall the driver and that seemed fine, but now the printer does not work.  He made all the right th 'noises', but nothing happens.

I'm REALLY desperate.  Even though I know that printers are also good markets that... these days, my budget running on fumes abd replacement is not a viable option at this time.

REALLY hope someone can help.  Thank you very much.

    Hello

Try to install the following hotfix, restart your PC and check differences:

    http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=MP-69585-1&cc=us&DLC=en&LC=en&OS=2093&product=1128296&sw_lang=

If that doesn't help try to install this patch as well:

    http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=OJ-69124-1&cc=us&DLC=en&LC=en&OS=2093&product=1128296&sw_lang=

However, ensure that the harware is unctioning by creating a copy of the device itself, if it works and all the fixes above does not help, try replacing the cable USB... so make sure that it is not longer than 2 meters long and directly connected to your PC (and not by extensions or hub USB.)

    Kind regards

    Shlomi

  • C4480 printer does not print on the internet

I hope I'm doing this right.  I tried searching for this problem.  I'm awfully lack of navigational skills.  And many computer skills, I'm afraid.

I have Windows Vista and just downloaded IE9, but the problem started when I was with IE8.  The upgrade did not help.

My printer is an all-in-one printer, model C4480.

It works with other computers very well.

He has a lot of ink work.

My problem arises when I am physically plugged into the printer and if I use a wireless connection. I use a laptop computer, if it's important.

If I print from a word processing document something, everything prints fine but I'm tired of cut and paste what I want to print.  When I try to print directly from the internet I have a line at the top (page 1 of 1, line type) and a line across the lower part (usually a (?) path to the location of a temporary file, I think) with nothing in between.  It is a blank page otherwise.

I feel that I can have left the information that anyone who is willing to help me may need.  I hope I did well.

I'm usually good following the clear instructions, as long as they are written so that someone who doesn't speak not "computer" can understand it.

If anyone can offer advice, I would really appreciate it.

    Thanks in advance.

    Angela

I can't thank you enough for trying to help me.  I did run this diagnostic utility you suggested and, naturally, it turned up without error.  I'll try another browser to see if it worked (although I do not want another browser), but then I had a thought.  So I decided to try my idea first, before installing a new browser.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the software (I think it's the right word... the disc that came with the printer with drivers etc on it).  Guess what?  I can print on the internet even once.  I can't believe that none of us don't think of that earlier.  I still don't know why it crapped out, but it works now so I'm not too concerned about why.

Again, thank you very much for taking the time to answer my call.
