Don't download apps on my iPad

It is not the usual case that plays to the App Store or whatever it is, it's more specific update/download problem. I mean a few months ago I clicked to update my applications (Facebook, Instagram, tumblr), so they changed to the little circle with the bottom of the square in the Middle stop, but there no step at all as it would usually be.

So I deleted the applications to see if it would help, restarted all that snazz, but then he did not 'get', he stayed right with the same circle with a square icon (not download). I press it, but it still does nothing. I don't know how to download these applications again! It's all about my iPad Air and everyhing works but on iPod 5.

I am also having exactly the same problem Update 2 apps. One of them is Pinterest. As suggested by others, I deleted Pinterest, reset my iPad (by holding down the home button and the sleep/wake button) and returned to the App Store to download Pinterest. I got the same problem - no GET button (just a circle with the small square in the middle). So, I now even have the app on my iPad Pinterest. I have an iPad with IOS 9.2 Air and would appreciate any help or suggestions on the restoration of this app on my device.  Thank you!

  • Difficulties to download apps on new iPad

    Hi people,

This afternoon, I received my new iPad and all is well in the introduction and in transferring my old settings iPad and active applications.

However, now that I have more storage space, I decided to go to the iTunes store and download apps I had bought, but deleted to reclaim space.  The problem is that many of these applications is more resident saved on my Mac because of the new Apple backup policy not apps, music, etc., which are stored in the cloud or purchased on the App Store on the assumption that they can be easily downloaded and would otherwise space on a Mac.

In iTunes, I have my iPad showing on the left and a list of all the applications belonging to me in the Middle, and the screens of my iPad on the right.  I chose one of these apps, Devonthink To Go, you click the button install, what has changed to "Install", then clicked on the Sync button.

Which brought up the following error message:

This same error message appeared quite a few other apps uninstalled:

Can someone explain what is the problem and how it can be solved?  I paid a lot of money for a number of applications that no longer want to be part of my iPad.

    Thank you

    Hello, Tod! Quick questions:

    What iPad is your new?

What iOS it works? Update you the most recent 9.3.1?

Have you tried to go on the App Store on your actual iPad, looking for the desired application and then install from the App Store?

You try to reset your device?

This will not erase your data stored on that device.

    • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
    • Press and hold the Home button
    • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

  • Don't let me download apps

Good name is Zeyda, lately I had problems to download apps and I don't know why. But whenever I try, he'd say "unable to download" Please help as soon as POSSIBLE. Thank you!

Hi there, Zeyda! Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

I understand that your iPhone is getting the error "Failed to download" when you try to download apps from the App Store. I'll be happy to help you!

Apple Services, stores and iCloud - it's the first thing I check. If the service is 'green', the issue isn't with the Apple servers.

The next thing to do is to log out of the App Store, restart your iPhone, and then reconnect and try again:

1 log out by clicking on the app from the App Store

2 scroll to the bottom of the screen, enter your Apple ID and choose "Disconnect" (you will be asked your password to confirm your intentions)

3 hold the sleep/wake button (power) button until you see "slide to power off".

4 turn on your iPhone once it is completely shut down

    5. tap on the App Store app, do scroll down and reconnect

    6. download a free application to see that the problem persists

Onward and upward by all means!

  • iPad will not update/download apps or update of iOS

I use an iPad Air 128 GB. A few weeks ago I opened to see 80 + waiting for app updates. It will not be to update all apps more, it seems. When I type "Update" next to the app, it will sometimes go to the Pan then immediately back "Update." Other times it will go to the loading circle with the "stop" square in the middle and stay there forever, without making any progress.

It will be not as download apps from the store. The other day, I bought a new app on my iPad. The purchase went very well and the app is immediately available for download on my iPhone. But on the iPad, it had sat for always with a circle of empty progression. A gray icon on the home screen, but that's all.

She can't do as iOS updates. When I check the updates, it breaks down after a few moments with the message "cannot control upgrade: an error occurred when checking for a software update. It also won't let me go back to iCloud. Well it's not quite true... When this all started, I got a backup to work once. But he has not worked since then.

All this stuff always works through iTunes. Can I update iOS through iTunes (it started with 9.3, and I spent 9.3 - > 9.3.1 - > 9.3.2 via iTunes). I can install apps/updates via iTunes, and I can back up on iTunes. The other stuff related to internet on the iPad seems to work very well (web browsing, etc.). I also had none of these problems on my iPhone using the same exact account.

I tried the standard things: reset the iPad, signature and in the AppStore, etc.. I tried to turn on all the app store/iCloud bells and whistles repeatedly. Nothing has worked. Any suggestion is appreciated. Thank you.

  • How to move my music and new video files in iCloud after wrong download first to the iPad? Have no local on iPad now and cannot not even update all apps!

How to move my music and new video files in iCloud after wrong download first to the iPad? Have no local on iPad now and cannot not even update all apps!

iCloud is a synchronization system, not a storage system. If you delete photos/videos on your iPad, they are removed to iCloud. To increase the available space, go settings/iCloud/Photos and select optimize iPhone/iPad storage.

  • There is no content in my app with I don't test it on my iPad?

I was wondering if someone could help.

I create my folio in Folio Producer, I've created certificates and build my application in DPS App Builder.

I downloaded the development .ipa file to test in on my iPad. I sync it and see the app on my iPad but when I click on it it shows on the content, just the name of the application in the top in the black bar.

Is - not, does anyone know why? Did I miss a step?

Should I click on publish in Folio Producer to publish the folio I created?

    Thank you

    Michelle

Yes, you must publish the folio as 'Public' of the same id that was mentioned as the title id in the DPS App generator. Use an id of one product (such as com.publishername.month.issue) to publish the folio.

    Hello Bulseye36,

Most of the applications on the App Store using a new version of iOS - that's why you have problems to download apps. The only way to download these apps are updating your iOS. If you have any questions, feel free to answer me!

  • Unable to download apps

    Support team good day

    Help, please

Again, I am unable to download any app on my iPhone this time 6. This has happened before on my ipad and I had to wipe my ipad and reload all to solve the problem. I was able to download apps without any problem until May 27 - no changes to my device. I tried to download an application on Monday, June 6, that was when I identified the problem again. At this point my ipad still works but my iphone no longer works when you try the app store downloads. No errors occur, remains purely as the download button or wobbles in return. The real decrease of load or update of the application does not place. I can download music, access safari etc has simply not download or update applications. I see that common denominator of the problem which can be experienced and common complaint triggered during the search of the forum and on google!

I tried a softboot, signature of my account, change the date on my phone (delete automatically update date) etc etc nothing works. It's extremely frustrating.

When this happened on my ipad earlier this year that the apple store was advised that this is due to a bug on the version of the software and the only way to solve the problem is to do a complete cleaning on the device, and then restart the installation. It's a huge impact, because I have to constantly save data lost, but all downloaded content and then pay to download content and pay data charges to download content that is extremely expensive. It is simply not acceptable. Software version 9.2

    Please help and assist

    Thank you

    Anne

    Hello Annech01,

I know how it is important to install apps on the iPhone as well. I suggest you start by updating your iPhone to run the latest version of the operating system. It is best done by following these steps: update the iOS on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch software

I'd do the update via iTunes so that you get a new version of the operating system. Just be sure your iTunes is up to date with this article: get the latest version of iTunes and see if that allows you to install applications once it's done.

    See you soon!

  • Can't sync apps or allow iPad Pro

Don't know if I have a real problem or just confused on how the applications store works.

Key goal - don't want to have to pay for the same app twice, first on my iPhone and one more time to get it on my iPad.

    Scenario:

My young son put up our new iPad Pro using his Apple ID. Cause problems because I had to send me a request to install applications. I removed him and connected under my Apple ID. I'm now connect the iPad with USB to iTunes (12.3.2) on my iMac. Under my iPad I have a bunch of applications already in iTunes from my iPhone, mostly free, but a little paid.

I want to add some of these apps for the new iPad. In iTunes, it shows for each application if I want to install or remove them from the iPad. I checked all those I wanted to move. I then hit sync down, but received an error message "the iPad couldn't synchronize as this computer is no longer allowed for items purchased in iPad.» A note below this message says to go to the store to authorize this computer. I can sync music from my iMac to my iPad, so some things do not work.

When I looked to manage devices in my account it shows my iMac and iPhone. When I now look under summary for my iPad apps have all the ones I've already ticked to install now is not downloaded to my iPad the show 'Delete', but they.

    Issues related to the:

I don't know if there is an error or if I'm just trying to do something that cannot be done. I thought if I bought an app that I could use it on any device I want, up to 5 devices. What I buy apps for each device that I would like on? I don't know why I can't sync the apps on my iPad or even if I need to (if I can't share apps between devices).

Initially, I thought that my iPad was not properly authorized, but from what I've read, you can't allow an iPad at the store, so the message that I received for the problem of synchronization is to allow my iMac which is already permitted. Yet once which is a real problem I have to solve or I'm trying to do something that he is not supposed to do?

If I can't share apps between authorized devices so why iTunes shows all my iPhone in my summary iPad apps?

An application can be installed on all iOS devices you have (and that support the app for example iOS version and if it's a single application iPad or iPhone). The applications that are on the iPad, and that are in iTunes from the computer, they are multiple iTunes accounts (you say that your son has an account) and are all these accounts are allowed on iTunes from the computer?

(The "manage devices" section shows that the devices and/or iTunes from the computer that are associated with an account, or not, a computer or a device watch shouldn't affect being able to synchronize content. And you're right about the iPad and cannot allow it, it's only the iTunes from the computer that has an account may be authorized on)

  • How to print from an iPad? What I need to download SW to the iPad?

How to print from my iPad to my Photosmart 6510? I need to download a SW or App for the iPad? If so who?

    Hello Luke - P,.

You don't need to download apps or SW to print from your iPad. There are actually two ways to print from your iPad: use ePrint or on a local network using Airprint wireless.

To use ePrint, you would find your email address printers by enabling Web Services on the front of the printer and sending an email to this address of the printer print your message and/or attachments included

To use Airprint, you make sure that your printer and iPad are connected to the same wireless network and that your iPad a iOS Version 4.2 or later and use the print function integrated included on the iPad software. You can print from an application, Mail, Safari and pictures in this way.

You may need to perform an update of product make sure airprint works.

If you have other questions you can reply to this message and I'll try to find an answer for you.
