I have a Pavillion equipped a6327uk for vista 32 bit. I had similar problems before and remove all cables, hold the button to boot without the power connected, reconnect the and then turn on solves the problem. I suffered a blue screen, where I was told the computer was stop and spills of memory. Then I rebooted the computer froze and since then it will not start. I led on the power supply/process button cable about 30 times more than three days without success. The computer does not go to the HP logo screen, it just stops. It could be almost anything that prevents your computer from starting to start to eliminate things. If the computer under warranty? If this is not the case, unplug everything including the power cord from your computer. Unplug the keyboard, monitor, mouse, readers flash and all other connected outside of the machine. Open the unit and unplug all the devices connected to the power supply except the motherboard. Disconnect the hard drive cable and power supply data connection, disconnect the connection cable and power supply of the CD/DVD data, disconnect any drive card reader or floppy drive. Therefore remains connected to the power supply should be taking 20/24 pin to the motherboard and 4 or 8 pin 12V for the cpu power cable. Remove all cards that may be in the slots, as the video card, modem, network card (if they are not built in to edge of devices.) Just the cards that can be inserted into the slots. If you have a video, keep disconnect power, adding another device such as the keyboard and the mouse until you arrive finally to your hard drive. Do your last hard drive because there all your important data on it and you do not want to expose to all this test.

Click the icon for the USB drive and click on "Actions > Change the read/write mode" so you can write to disk (it is read-only by default for security reasons).
Now to find the files you want to back up, just drag and drop them on the USB. When you're done, shut down the system and remove the USB key.

My office has gone through a few microsoft checkdisk thing today (16\11\2010), and after that it's over, my com could not start more.

HP Pavilion g6: HP Pavilion g6 Will not start after Windows regular updates
This problem actually happened for at least a year now, but it became much more common. Whenever my computer performs an automatic Windows update and rebooting, it does not go back to the desktop. I'm stuck on screen of HP with a spinning wheel.

The first thing you should try is the Windows Update utility. Download the file from the link and run it. This is for Windows 8.1.

Satellite 2405-201 will not start a windows
It's a very strange problem. Well everything worked well until I have shut it off. After turning the power on I had a Toshiba screen with the start menu for a few seconds and after that I got is a black screen with blinking cursor. Keyboard does not work. Once I get to windows, but that's just my guess that after emptying a battery everything returns to normal.
Anyone have any idea if it is fault or some settings I don't know / and one last question how to get to BIOS in this laptop?

DST-short failed: Windows 8 will not start after windows update.
Hi, hope you can help.
Laptop does not start (just goes to blank screen, not same logo).
Start-up then F11 I get F11... Lower-left system recovery
Finally, it goes in the HP logo and prepare the AutoFix and then clears the screen after awhile and then crashes.
Commissioning market then F10, I get ESC... Start to break down on the left
Finally, I get into test extended to the system and get:

Is there a quick glance upward for these error codes?
I've seen similar errors, but different failure of id, most say replace the HARD drive.
I reinstalled and reconnected the hard drive, does not.
Powered off, removed the power cord and battery and drained (hold down the power button for 30 seconds) and reboot to anything will do.
I have now no functionality on this pc. If I have to replace (1 TB) HARD drive, should I get HP, a set of recovery/usb disks (Web url?)?
Any help/advice welcome
