Double charging-adobe has charged double my annual cancel the membership is not possible online. They prevent deliberately and they dio not give any customer service phone number
I wanted to cancel the following product subscription, it was impossible. Please help, they have even doubled instructed me on my credit card. I'll buy another pdf program. I ha enogh with them

My subscription has ceased, even I made my last payment on 22.03.2016. My Plan marked as expired. The system is not providing any other solution but only update my payment information, I did. I installed 4 ADE on a second PC under windows 7. Despite the fact that the authorization of the machine shows my Adobe ID I can't open my books. When I try to erase this adobe authorization tells me "unable to cancel the authorization. Please as later". What I've been doing for 3 days without result.
If for some reason you cannot withdraw the authorization of ADE, follow the steps below:
Windows:
Click Start > run.
Open, type regedit in the text box and press ENTER. The Registry Editor opens.
In the left pane of the registry editor, find the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adept
Right click on the key to the follower, and then choose Remove.
In the dialog box confirm the key deletion, click OK.
Your permission is removed.
ADE will be cancelled now.
Now allow ADE new.

Hi, I think it is completely bad customer service in time of need, it is never possible to cancel a subscription. Especially if you get it wrong in get a free month. Major complaints. Anyone with financial problems should be heard, most companies have this goodwill, not Adobe. It's sad to say. And this discussion will probably end up answering standardized and locked. Very discouraged. Even if Adobe has been kinder than that.
Nobody is likely to block this discussion as you have not broken a policy forum. These forums are not a place to resolve matters of business with Adobe, however. For this, you must contact Customer Support and see if they are willing to work with you about your financial situation and the terms of the license agreement that you signed when you took on the subscription.

I am a student (online) for 21 months by an institution and received by establishing a prepaid card (for 12 months)

Below: I have an Acer laptop with Windows 8.
I have all the instructions according to the description properly.
I have recorded in Admisy.de and entered the prepaid card code and obtain a serial number.
The next step was to activate the product, so I entered and confirmed data and serial number.
While acknowledging... my Internet is slow and crashed! Important step! I couldn't use the Internet during few days.
I thought: the product has been activated yet. But later I saw, the product is not in my Adobe ID account!
Also, I have no email confirmation.
This product should be in the ID of the account, if the activation would have folded.
In my account ID Adobe is only shown the "30 day trial", I used earlier.
So, I tried several times to repeat activation and downloading. But after entering the serial number, I get the notice:
Code has already been used.
What can I do? ! I need the program to work.

Adobe typekit javascript added in html, but the fonts are not loading/display on browser
I have a set of fonts selected in adobe typekit, after that I used the code embedded in the html file, I still don't see the fonts displayed/shown in the browser. That's the fluidlayout working on a website using dremweaver.
The "boilerplate.css" has his own fonts mentioned, but this has got something to do with the fonts using adobe typekit?
To see a preview of the Typekit fonts locally, you should use a local test such as wamp, xampp or mamp server and configure it in your DW site definition. See screenshot.
