  • Double connection monitor with HP H8 - 1360T

Just got a new HP H8 - 1360T with a Radeon HD7570 video card. I have two monitors with DVI and VGA inputs on them. They were both used with an older Dell dual mode. Unfortunately the double with the Dell adapter cable has a male end LFH59 (all pins) that will not connect the HP H8 - 1360T.  Is it as simple as getting the right cable? I see some references/DVI-I single and double as well as DVI - D single and double. I want to extend my desktop on two monitors. Can what adapter cable I get? Thanks for your help.

    Hello

You said that the monitors DVI so use a native DVI cable to a monitor, and then a DVI cable to HDMI to the other monitor.

To eliminate any problems check each monitor, one at a time on each port to make sure everything works before moving on to the next step.

Go to the AMD Catalyst Control Center and set up a display EyeFinity group.  You should be put in place a group of 2 X 1.

If necessary, go to the AMD web siteand download the latest driver for your video card video card.

  • I want to get caught in charge double external monitor for my MBP with Win7 on Fusion, what should I buy?

Forgive me if this is clear somewhere in the communities.  I have indeed searched it in addition to Google and I can't find a clear answer.

I have a 15 "MacBook Pro (aluminum Unibody 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo w / 4 GB RAM with backlit keyboard black) running VMware Fusion 3.1 and Windows 7 x 64 as a guest in Unity Mode operating system.  I have two screens beautiful external LCD on my desk.  I want to be able to run both of them with this software/hardware configuration.  To do this, I bought a USB to DVI DisplayLink solution by Diamond (as the MBP had only a single mini-DisplayPort port) in order to be able to control the 2nd external monitor.

I noticed that when I added the USB to DVI for mixing with the latest DisplayLink drivers (it is the time where I was running VMware Fusion 3.0), it works, but not very reliable and it would break my Win7 x 64 VM or cause other weird problems too much.  I have had no other problems with this configuration in addition to VMware fusion.  As long as I wasn't trying to run a virtual machine with the merger, the USB to DVI external worked very well.   However, given the choice to have a 2nd external monitor or VM support, I had no other choice than to loop and choose VMware on the adapter.  Well, I took it on the mixture so I went back to the adapter.

I got the notice that VMware Fusion 3.1 is available with tons of bugs and it whet my appetite again for the glory of two external monitors, so I upgraded to it yesterday.

Is someone can you please tell me exactly what I need to buy to get the reliable support of two external monitors in this environment?

And please don't say no double or Triple head to go by Matrox.  I don't mean for this set of compromise.

Besides solutions Matrox, my only choice seems to be somehow supporting this additional monitor via Ethernet, Firewire or USB.  I want to know what are sanctioned for this solutions are supported by VMware (i.e. you tell me what to buy...) I'll buy it... and it works... works very well).

    Thanks a bunch,

    Ted...

Almost all laptops, dual support external monitor and are VERY easy to configure.

I support Mac and PC systems.  It's a complete joke that anyone would try to convince me that Mac has better bi-ecrans support.

To the extent where what is the best solution for businesses.  The need to install a virtual Mac on a PC machine was never even considered because it is not necessary in the world of business.  I can't say that on Mac.

I'm the guy who went to take care of both in a business environment.  Your brilliant mac sounds really cool, but it is a major pain in my butt and should be confined to a domestic environment.

Screwed as far as home users, my Mac friends never call me on the East of their computer from viruses.  I like this very well on Mac at home.  But which probably has more to do with the fact that it is not profitable to write a virus for the Mac platform.

  • Connection Manager for the Office of blackBerry Smartphones

I hope someone can help me with my Desktop Manager. I can't it connect with my BB "BOLD".

I downloaded the Desktop Manager 4.7 version (I already got 4.6, but could not get it to recognize the BB) and I downloaded the USB driver software.

When I connect the BB to the USB I know it connects because Adobe will light up and the photos appear.

But I can't connect the device in the lower left corner of the Desktop Manager away from the connection of the device (PIN) NONE. Frustrating, it's only once or twice during the 3 months, it is connected, but most of the time does not and will not at all now.

I also tried Bluetooth. The BB and the pc recognize each other but still no connection to the Desktop Manager.

    I use MS XP

    Thank you

Binge, it worked for me as well.

  • How to connect an additional monitor for the gateway all-in-one?

Hello you all, I have a question I hope you a lot more smarter computer people can help me with. I have a friend who has a gateway all in one model #-ZX4931. It has a VGA port on the back. It has been also updated for Windows 10. I'm house sitting and dog looking for her in a few weeks

I want to plug the additional monitor which by the way, it's a Dell (sorry) to work on a project I'am doing right now. I try to use the screen that she has on the All In One and I didn't like how my project came out looking

I see on the back of its All In One, it has a VGA port. I Google several times and different words from Google, which told me that you cannot plug an additional external monitor for all in one PC, so I'm confused as to why there is a VGA port, if you couldn't plug the external monitor

in any case, can someone please help me and give me details on how to connect an external monitor, in addition to its gateway all in one model #-ZX4931

Looking at your specific model, I think you can try to connect an external monitor via the VGA port.

Once you have connected the secondary monitor using the VGA port, press control + p and main Windows logo if you are able to extend or clone your desktop.

    Hello

Based on the following link, you can have 2 monitors, 1 uses the VGA connection and 1 uses the connection DVD

    http://www.shopping.HP.com/shopping/PDF/h2m53aa.PDF

All you need is to buy 2 monitors (can also have good analog & digital connectors) and 2 cables. Normally the cables should come in boxes.

  • Connect the TV (with sound) and monitor for Optiplex 390

    Here is my system info:

    OptiPlex 390 small footprint

    Windows 7 64 bit

    Intel Chipset H61

Intel HD 2000 (with HDMI and VGA) graphics card

Map of AMD Radeon 6350 512 MB video (with 2 DVI splitter)

I need to connect 1) HD TV with the sound via HDMI and 2) monitor via VGA to this system (no sound).  I did a lot of research on the Internet but can't find a definitive answer if my system will support both views.  Can anyone confirm if one of the three options below does not work, or any other ideas?

Option 1: remove AMD card, connect the HDMI TV, connect the VGA monitor.  I've seen conflicting information if the HDMI and VGA ports can be connected at the same time.

Option 2: Connect TV: dispatcher--> DVI HDMI adapter DVI-->--> TV, monitor connect a HDMI cable: dispatcher DVI DVI VGA adapter--> monitor-->.  It should work, but if someone can confirm if the AMD Radeon 6350 supports audio through DVI to TV?

3rd possibility: buy another video with HDMI and VGA card.  I'd rather not spend more money... I have six systems to connect!

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hi Ozone72,

Intel HD Graphics 2000 which was shipped with OptiPlex 390 supports two independent screens. Which means that you can connect TV for VGA and HDMI monitor, so that AMD card must be removed from the computer.

Please try it and return back if it worked.

  • Which connection double connection NAS use?

    Hello!

I need my NAS (Synology DS415 +) to be double connection due to the fact that I use an ethernet port to connect to the router (so he gets the WiFi connection that is needed for the office camera) and another port to the wire to the iMac, which is my main editing station (Adobe Premiere). How can I check which connection my iMac using right now? Is there a way to force my iMac to use wired instead of WiFi? There is a big difference when you have all of the media files you use when editing on the NAS (speed cable > wifi speed)

    Kind regards

  • HP Desktop in constant reboot without connection monitor

I have a recently purchased office of p2-1317 c model HP with Windows 8 and Office 2010.  I don't know if this is a related cause of my question or not, but that's my story.  The other day I was software activation for a connection device of Netzero high speed.  In the middle of downloading the software, I received an error message on a pilot, but don't remember exactly what the message says.  The installation seems to be okay, then says to reboot.  When I did I have more communication works for my monitor.  The Office seems to turn on okay (hear the fan, the light goes on).  Opening of standard desktop image appears on the screen, but in the lower left corner, there is a small icon that looks like a computer screen with a red circle with an x in it. My keyboard and mouse do not seem to connect with my computer more either.  I'm NOT tech savvy, but I tried everything what is obvious: checked the connections - removing all and install plug it back into the original.  I did CTRL + ALT + DELETE and can't open the Task Manager. On or off the unit.  Held in the Start button to try to force a reboot.  I can control the settings of the monitor by pressing the buttons on the bottom of the screen, but that doesn't seem to put anything or even move any communication.  I plugged my old monitor to the new Office Tower and get the same image with icon and no possibility to communicate to the computer.  It seems that the download is something that will help my computer communicate with a monitor.  I also noticed that when I arrived the night last House that has the power of the tower was on.  I turned it off, then this morning noticed on again - it seems to start itself!  Help!  This is a brand new computer, we barely had a chance to use!  I called HP support and unfortunately is NOT well...  If you can offer a suggestion in the non-tech language I will offer prayers to the top in your name for life!  Windows 8 was preinstalled on the computer, so I do not have a disk to reinstall.  I have discs for Office 2010.  I have no recovery discs - and when you go to the HP site to download a copy, it's too complicated, because there are all kinds of warning messages that scare me on 'make sure you download the correct copy.  I put in my model number and come from several choices, so which one to choose?  Sigh... anyone, anyone, Buehler...

  • X 201 and an external monitor for dual display config.

    Dear all,

I use a 201 X in conjunction with an external TFT display in extended desktop configuration. The X 201 screen is used as a main. My OS is Windows 7 Enterprise.

There is a problem that was so irritating and I was unable to find a solution. The problem is that when running in this double configuration monitor, the desktop icons move if I place the mouse pointer close to the edges of the screen. The move off the screen in some cases such as only a few of them are still visible. This will not occur when you use only the X 201 panel without a connected external display. I know that this is no longer a problem of Windows 7 but I was wondering if anyone else with this configuration has noticed this rather strange and irritating behavior.

I've had the same problems for a few months now on my x200s.

I have just finally resolved by disabling the option "Enable automatic scrolling" in the view tab in the advanced settings of the display screen.

I don't know if it's the same as your option "animate controls and elements inside windows' well or if it is two different things.

    Hello

This isn't a problem of OS (Windows).

Most laptops have an output to connect to a monitor outside to view the computer laptop outside introduced on a larger screen.

They do not have a video input that may be connected to the video output on another computer.
