  This grid is part of a display which will be destroyed and re-created potentially several times during the session of a user of the application (there's a great dynamism to the app and views are created running). Destroyed by I mean the view that contains the DataGrid above will be is more referenced in some circumstances and a whole new object view is created (which means old datagrid is more referenced and a new one is created).

  Let's be careful here.  It is true that the cleaning is not necessary, but in the

  provided code snippet, outerDocument is implied to be a .mxml that

  contains the DataGrid control and its components online references because of

  the rendering engine are a function in a script that is not defined in block

  the DataGrid control.

  We have developed a few EventHandlers that triggers events RoleUser (MODIFY, CREATE, DELETE). An eventHandler does the following:
  -Gets the role that have been added to a user
  -Detects the role information
  -Updates the user with the role to some UDF information

  This feature works fine on its own when only an EventHandler is defined - there is not when having several of the handlers defined in the same time. This seems very strange for us, as some features do not work when this unfortunate error occurs.

  Newspapers are populated and APPARENTLY the IOM user is updated (populated UDF and our own newspapers and oracle logs shows that the user object is updated [using the UserManager]), but when you look in the database, nothing happens. No update after all the UDF. It's quite strange and we do not quite understand the EventHandlers point if they cannot live together like that...

  Anyone who has experienced similar problems? Its quite frustrating and chasing a fake bug as it's pretty boring.

  This has been resolved now. It seems to be related to this Bug:

  As indicated in the bug, a new orchestration runs and causing the initial EventHandler that triggered, say UserManager.modify (), to stall PENDING - even if there is nothing to be waiting on. The fix pertains to adding the following lines of code:

  How can I access the Page/Open and Doc/open event handlers using the Javascript Debugger?

  I have a number of post-processing-event handlers defined for the creation of the organization. They all work fine and do what they need to do when I create an organization via the web interface. However if I create an organization that uses the Java API, managers of events do not run. They are not supposed to run?   Try to use OrganizationManager service class in your java code instead of the tcOrganizationOperationsIntf inheritance. Which should trigger the event handler.   If this is not the case, use the backtrace function.  for example, place trace functions in your event handlers to see if these functions are called.

  We created an access policy to configure the AD resource to the user.
  We had used the cards to prepopulate to fill in the form process AD.
  
  Now, as a user is created through reconciliation:
  (1) user is created at the IOM.
  (2) handlers process events post generates fields (name common example seen on balls)
  (3) access policy triggers and using prepopulate adapters process form is filled
  (4) fields like first name, last name are entered on the form of courses
  (5) the fields that are generated by using common name event handlers are filled under vacuum in the form of courses.
  
  Reason is that, before the common name is saved on the user (generated by the event handler) form access policy is drawn and prepopulate the recalled adapters and resources is put into service.

  I have doubts about the application of rapid Clone on 12.1.3.I the latest patches have applied the fix using adpatch. After that, it must synchronize directories appsutil

  Is there a reason why do not use the old file context? What is the difference between the context file that will be generated by adbldxml.pl and the old file context?

  If there are updates in the application, it will be updated in the new xml file generated by adbldxml.sh, but he's not in the old file.

• Doubts about RAC infrastructure with a disk array

  I am writing because we have a doubt about the correct infrastructure to implement RAC.
  
  Please, let me first explain the current design we use for storage Oracle DB. Currently, we are conducting multiple instances in multiple servers, all connected to a SAN disk storage array. As we know that it is a single point of failure so we have redundant controlfiles, archiveds and Orde in the table and in the internal drive of each server, in which case table has completely failed us 'just' need to recover cold backup nightly, applied hoops and Oder and everything is ok. This is possible because we have autonomous bodies and we can assume that this downtime of 1 hour.
  
  Now, we want to use these servers and implementing this table to a RAC solution and we know that this table is our only point of failure and wonder if it is possible to have a RAC multi-user solution (not AS a node) with controlfiles/archs/oder redundant internal drives. Is it possible to have each written full node RAC controlfiles/archs/oder in drives internal and applies these files systematically when the ASM filesystem used for CARS is restorations (i.e. with a softlink in an internal drive and using a single node)? Maybe the recommended solution is to have a second table to avoid this single point of failure?

  Fix. It is the right solution.

  In this case, you can also decide to simply use the distribution on both tables and mirror of the array1 array2 on table data using the ASM redundancy options.

  Keep in mind that the redundancy is also necessary for connectivity. If you need at least 2 switches to connect on two tables and two HBA ports on each server, 2 fibers running, one to each switch. You will need driver multichannel s/w on the server to deal with the multiple I/O paths for storing same lun.

  Similarly, you will need to repeat this step for your Interconnect. 2 private switches, 2 cards on each server which are pasted. Connect then these 2 network cards on the 2 switches, one NETWORK card per switch.

  Also, don't forget to spare parts. Spare switches (one for the storage and interconnection). Spare cables - fiber and everything that is used for the interconnection.

  Bottom line - not a cheap to have a redundancy solution. What we can do is to combine the layer of Protocol/connection of storage with the interconnection layer and run both on the same architecture. Oracle database machine and Exadata storage to servers. You can run your storage Protocol (e.g. PRSS) and your Protocol (TCP or RDS) interconnection on the same 40 GB Infiniband infrastructure.

  As well as 2 switches Infiniband are needed for redundancy, plus 1 spare. With each server running a dual port HCA and one cable for each of these 2 switches.

• New in AS3: stupid question about event listeners...

  Hi all

  I am a newbie in Flash and have a question about event listeners. I have a site I'm developing with a movie clip navigation which is composed of several buttons. What is the right way to write the event listener?

  Here's a sample of what I have:

  I have a clip called 'buttons_mc' that contains the symbols of individual button with various names such as "btn_history". So far, I don't have an instance name for the clip of the film itself.

  My event listener:

  btn_history.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, history);

  I have to put something before the "btn_history" which refers to the video? I get this error message:

  1120: access of undefined property btn_history.

  Yes, it is preferable to have at least one layer dedicated to actionscript.  I often use a couple... one for code shared (functions and variables) and a level of the frame code (stop(), etc.).

  The code must be in a scenario where the button is directly accessible.  If your button is accessible in frame 1, which means that it does not animate in place such that it is not really intended to be used until you get somewhere near the bottom of the timeline, then you can target the button of the timeline that holds the buttons_mc movieclip.  So as I described earlier, if you give this movieclip an instance name of "buttons", and then to assign a code to the button on the inside you should use...

  Buttons.btn_history.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, history);

  But if the button exists somewhere down the timeline inside the buttons_mc due to the animation of the button, which means that there is more than one key image for the button, then you must place the code that you have initially shown in the last keyframe to the bottom of the timeline where he set the button in place.

• problems with event handlers

  Hello world. I have a problem with the start of the event handlers in InDesign CS3. The example code I wrote the tutorial book, will not work. The message that I get when I open a new document is: "error string: the requested operation could not be performed because the object no longer exists." Here's the code I used:
