Downgrade from 9.0 to 8.1 LV LV

Hello to all the powerful LV Wizzards,

First of all I am new to lv.

* NEW *.

Secondly, this program will do some automatic tests, and what you see there probably works 100% as long as its supposed to be since I've not finished 100% but I would rather change it immediately in order to finish here and have even more difficulties.  Without these errors, the program runs.

This will do a few automatic testing and then once a week, it will create reports on these tests.  The test modules are not included but they write even their data files and all, and I just read these files to create the graphics.  That's why you see so many graphics on the main screen and the other modules of report where the other graphics are from a data report file generated after each test (not the same one of the test module created because this has a few calculations in there).

* NEW *.

I have a current problem, I started to apply on labview 2009 trial until they gave me their records official labview and the license.  The problem was that the license for labview 8.1!

I have a couple of things that lv 8.1 does not:

1. I check the file or file a couple of times so I know when to write the headers in a spreadsheet or simply add information

2. I read and write in a spreadsheet file, let me double when I especially strings then I write numbers and titles (if this is not possible then I can leave it as double since I use only doubles and their titles)

3. I have 3d graphics, and one of them is the 3d scatterplot graph.  Appears not to exist! (NO help from land or the graphic 3d itself)

HEEELP PLEASE! I am open to any suggestions you have (linked to the error or my code) and I write all the files on the 2 versions, version 9.0 and 8.1 version.

P.S. I use Machine of State JKI models in both (discovered they had available for 7.0 libraries)

Both versions are in the folder.

There is no 8.1 LabVIEW. I think you mean 8.0?

Basically, you'll need to modify the code to use what's available in 8.0 or request an upgrade. If you can not get an upgrade then here are your options:

1. I check the file or file a couple of times so I know when to write the headers in a spreadsheet or simply add information

You can do it the old-fashioned way. Use the file Info feature. If you get a file not found error then you know that the file does not exist, and you can ignore this error.

2. I read and write in a spreadsheet file, let me double when I especially strings then I write numbers and titles (if this is not possible then I can leave it as double since I use only doubles and their titles)

You will need to do this the old-fashioned way. Make a copy of scripture to the spreadsheet file to a version that works with strings. Open the VI and watch the block diagram for instructions. Make sure you do not save it in the folder vi.lib of LabVIEW, but in your own project folder structure.

3. I have 3d graphics, and one of them is the 3d scatterplot graph.  Appears not to exist! (NO help from land or the graphic 3d itself)

3D graphics are still there. You can try to use the cwPoint style. Take a look at the example in 'sample 3D - fluctuations since the wave Surface' which comes with LabVIEW.

  • Downgrade from Vista to XP for Satellite A210-16F PSAEL

Other users of laptops from Toshiba greetings

I come to you with what I noticed to be a fairly frequent problem for users of Satellite A2xx - downgrade from Windows Vista to XP.

I am owner of a 2 - day old of a Toshiba Satellite A210 - 16F PSAEL (AMD processor) and Vista Home Premium crashes on me during the installation of an application. So I searched the forum and found a full list of the XP drivers for the series equipped with AMD (my thanks for people who have set up their discoveries). I also found a guide to downgrade to XP, but it was the Intel-based and intended for users A200.

My question would be if there is such a guide out there for the A210 series, the AMD-based or could someone please indicate the steps to follow for the downgrade.

    Thanks in advance

Interested, too, that's why push this thread a little, aka a friendly BUMP ;)

  • Satellite L350-170 - downgrade from Vista to XP

    Laptop: Satellite L350-170

Heya I write about the downgrade from Vista to XP.

I play world of warcraft online game, I think that my laptop is good enough to run it, but I get little FPS (Frames Per Second) I do belive Vista drains your computer and is no friendly case like performance than XP. I have Vista Home Premium, I was trolling internet reading how to etc... Some forums said that some manufacturers of computer/laptop can provide a Vista 2 XP disks. I was wondering does toshiba? If this is not the case, how it would be difficult to downgrade from Vista? Is there a risk of bricking my laptop? could u do a list of things that I would need and a guide step by step on how downgrade but remembering I'm not a computer very know how nobody so keep it very basic =)
Also - what is void your warranty? I would be able to send my laptop for toshiba and they do?

Take advantage of my wall of text
Thanks in advance for the help

    Hello!

Downgrade from Vista to XP isn't very difficult and it should be possible that you can do yourself.

You need at least one drive in Microsoft Windows XP with SP2. Boot from it and follow the instructions on the screen. But you need the SATA drivers, the computer can recognize the HARD drive. For drivers, you need Intel Storage Manager, which can be downloaded on the site of Toshiba and this is workaround step by step how to do this:
    http://APS2.toshiba-tro.de/KB0/HTD9401AN0000R01.htm

If you have installed XP, you must install all the drivers and tools for this. All what you need you can find on the Toshiba site:

  • Downgrade from Windows 7 to Windows XP Professional?

I have a question - is there anyone who knows if downgrande (double) is possible as the subject? I heard it's true, but is there anyone who has done it and is sure that it is legal and possible?

    Hi Anj,

What double downgrade you mean exactly? I never heard of something like that

Generally a downgrade from Windows 7 to Windows XP is not possible. That's why it of necessary to make a clean and new XP installation.

  • Error message appears during the downgrade from Vista to XP

I'm trying the last days to downgrade from vista to xp.
    Whe I try to do a clean installation Ikeep error 0x0000007b (0xF7A8A524, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000).

I also tried through the back (which I am not good at) repeat me something on the partion, which it is not.
When I go through the windows if it says that the version is newer than the one you want to install.

    Hello

If you want to use the Win XP instead of Vista, then you must do a clean install!
The downgrade will not work because Vista is newer than XP.

I put t know what laptop you have, but most of the new laptops support a SATA HDD controller and you must include the SATA drivers to install Win XP.

In addition SATA drivers are a part of the Intel Storage Manager which should be published on the Toshiba page as well.

Just a hint; Use the option search advanced this Toshiba forum there are a lot of discussions about this theme!

This Conexant posted to Skydrive is the same as the file Mediafire post by Mariza... which is, btw, his own personal discovery and seems better to work for a microphone. Get it if you have problems to Mediafire, like that sometimes.

I think that Mariza said the Install.exe can be executed from it rather than having to use the Device Manager.

    Hello

If possible, try to update the BIOS first, and then reinstall the operating system.

  • Downgrading from Vista to Windows XP Home in Satellite P200-16 b

    Hi people!

I wonder if someone has already tried to downgrade from Windows Vista to Windows XP. I have a Satellite P200-16 b.
I was check in the support Web site and I found most of the pilots it but I think not all.

    Please post your comments here.
    Thank you

    Hello

I used the search option and found many threads on the downgrade from Vista to XP on Satellite P200 PSPB0E

All Toshiba drivers are published on the European driver Toshiba page.
Of course, you won't find additional software and programs like WinDVD, etc. insofar as these software are only a part of the Toshiba recovery image and as I guess are not to free them.

An important note; you need to install XP drivers as mentioned in the installation instructions txt file. This doc is also found on the Toshiba driver page!

Then you should not get any trouble of installation.

Best regards and happy new year 2008 :D

  • Satellite U400 - Downgrade from Vista to XP

    Hello guys,.

I recently bought a laptop Toshiba Satellite U400/03 s with a pre-installed version of Vista business & do not like. It came with a recovery disk for Windows XP Pro product. This confused me a bit. Can I downgrade Vista Business with XP Pro?

My next question is, if I can downgrade to XP Pro I need registry XP with Mircosoft?

Also, if I do not need to register with Mircosoft XP, where can I get the registration key of?

    Greatly forward a response.

    Thank you very much.

    Normand

    Hello

A downgrade from Vista to XP is possible. Why not?
But as far as I know, so you need to reinstall the full specifications but in my opinion, this isn't a problem because you have the XP Recovery disk. Just boot from it and follow the instructions on the screen.

But before that, you you should burn the Windows Vista recovery disk. How do you know this? You need to start only the Toshiba recovery disc creator and you need a blank DVD. Then the Vista recovery disk will be created, and if you want new Vista, you must start only on this disc. That s all because it contains the settings factory and if all the drivers and tools of Toshiba.

If you have installed XP you must register it on Microsoft. It is not necessary.
AFAIK, you must enter a product key. It of already on the recovery disk.

    Welcome them

  • Downgrade from Windows 7 to Windows Vista

    Hello

I want to ask something about the downgrade from Windows 7 to Windows Vista Edition Home Premium!

My laptop is Satellite L510. When I bought it, it came with Windows Vista Home Premium as its OS so I already created a recovery disk.
Now, if I update to Windows 7 and if I want to downgrade to window Vista... often I just use this recovery disc to format to Windows Vista everything as before?

Because they do not have the Windows Vista installation disk when I bought this laptop.
And I want to ask now the window Vista already got a healthy recovery partition in my right HDdrive? If I update to Windows 7 then did the Window Vista healthy recovery partition is still there, or only the restore disc that I create before you reformat Windows Vista Home Premium box?

Thanks to all who try to answer my question!

All new laptops are shipped without DVD upgraders and everyone must create one. This is why Toshiba has designed small Creator called Toshiba Recovery tool. With this tool you can create recovery DVDs and use them for the installation of the OS more far.

Whenever when you use, you'll have to factory settings and it will be like on the first day when launch you for the first time.

When you have this recovery media, you can do whatever you want and, of course, install Win7 with HARD drive. One day, when you want to have Vista again just use created recovery DVD and you will have factory again.

When you bought your laptop recovery image was recorded on the second partition of HARD drive in the folder called HDDRecovery. This image can be used to install Vista with the factory only settings. When you install Win7 these files can no longer be used and Vista must be installed from recovery created DVDs.
