Download a digital copy of DVD for laptop

Hello
I recently bought 2 movies who also have the digital copy so that I can put on the laptop and watch if I don't have to pack around the DVD. The problem I have is when I chose to transfer to Windows Media Player, it sends me to a window that wants me to 'Upgrade' of DRM. I'm not able to access the button "Upgrade". He clicks not on. For this reason, I am not able to download the digital copy. What should I do, or else to whom should I contact?

Sincerely,
RubyRedFish

    HII,

    Where can I download the "Hotkey" to WANT software for laptop - 15-k201tx?

    I already ordered the computer, and it will be delivered over the next 48 hours.

    I have download all the drivers and save them to a disk exernal hard.

    My current laptop (probook) will not allow me to use the shortcuts 'fn' at least I have the software 'Hotkey '.

    I guess that's also the case of jealousy?

    But if I go to the page "Download drivers", it does not show me the possibility to download "Hotkey Support".

    Where can I go?

    PS: I know hotkeys will work right out of the box, and if I recover using the recovery partition.

    I always want to keep a version ALL the drivers in a backup location - in general, I don't use the option 'Recover' for recovery, I reinstall from scratch using my own DVD of Windows and not having a key driver will be a major setback.

    Hello

    If the key Action is enabled in the BIOS, you don't have to press the fn key in combination with the shortcut key F to activate or deactivate the appropriate key feature in consumption like logs.

    If you need fn + f key to work instead of one F key, disable the Action key

  • Installation problems using the .img download Microsoft Action Pack on DVD for Windows 2012 Server Standard x 64

    I tried to install Windows Server Standard edition 2012 x 64 who got burned on the delivery of download Microsoft Action Pack DVD.  Download of the ISO image is a file .img, site Web de Microsoft Action Pack.  I have downloaded several times and burned each image on a DVD.

    When I try to install Windows Server 2012, after that select install, I get a pop-up message indicating, "a media computer driver needs is missing."  It could be a driver DVD, USB or HDD.  If you have a CD, DVD or USB flash drive with the driver on this subject, please insert it now. »

    However, I don't know which driver it needs.  During my tests I initially wanted to install Windows Server 2012 on our VMware ESXi v5.1 environment, but got this error.  I then tried to install it on a physical server that I am able to install Windows Server 2008 x 64 and Windows 8 Pro on without no additional driver needed.  The system's hard drive is a standard IDE 120 GB drive and the DVD drive is an IDE drive as well.

    I called Microsoft Action Pack support and they wanted me to pay for support to get this resolved, which I do not think that I would have to evaluate the software at this point.  They guarantee me that the download available for Action Pack Subscription holders is the necessary "correct".img file.

    I also downloaded the eval FREE for Windows Server 2012 version, but not what I need for my tests.  This download version is a .iso file real vs file .img but won't install Windows Server 2012 Standard Evaluation (Server Core Installation), (with a GUI server) or data center evaluation edition.  This version will install, but isn't what I need and is very limited in functionality.

    Someone else has had problems like this with the Microsoft Action Pack Windows Server 2012 Standard multimedia software installation process and found a solution to this?

  • I bought and downloaded a digital copy of Windows 8 and I had to format and reinstall my computer - no E-mail order or code of the product, only Paypal purchase information

    Hello

    I bought and installed Windows 8 as a digital downloadon November 13, I had to format and reinstall my computer in order to correct a hardware problem and now I can not re - download Windows 8.
    I don't have the original email from Microsoft with my product code I can't find my order number to complete the form at: http://www.mswos.com so that I can not retrieve my product code in order to perform an upgrade of windows 8.
    The only evidence of the purchase that I have is my paypal invoice that does not have a valid order number contained in the details of the Bill.
    This question makes me wish I had ordered a disc like this would have included a product code label. Any help or a number I can call to retrieve my order number (or maybe I'm filling out the form at http://www.mswos.com incorrectly) would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

  • DRM for digital copy movie

    I am trying to download a digital copy of a movie that was recently PURCHASED. It says I need to update security for Windows Media and sends me to a link of Windows. The "update" button is not available to click. How do I put security update then?

    NOTE: We consider the free trial Norton is NOT already expired by the time wherever you installed AVG Free!

    Applications, (Norton and McAfee) are notorious for not to uninstall (or upgraded) themselves.

    1. download the Norton Removal Tool, save it to your desktop: ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe

    2. close all open applications (that is, anything with an icon on the taskbar).

    3. If the Tea Timer of Spybot is enabled, temporarily disable & leave this option disabled until I tell you otherwise. See http://aumha.net/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=32409

    NOTE: If you don't fully understand what Tea Timer does and how it does, let him permanently disabled.

    4 uninstall all Norton software (including LiveUpdate and everything Norton Add ons) via Control Panel | Programs | Uninstall a program (or Control Panel |) Programs and features, if you are using the classic view).

    5. right click on the file that you saved in #1 above and select run as administrator to run the utility. DO TAP not your keyboard until the race ends, then restart.

    6. open Internet Explorer (only) to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737 & run the difficulty.

    7. open Internet Explorer (only) to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971058 & enforcement that fix in modes AGGRESSIVE then by DEFAULT. [1]

    8 restart a last time & test.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    [1] full Disclosure: the difficulty operating in AGGRESSIVE mode will remove your update history but not the list of installed updates.
    When I'm on that page web that I see the place where is the 'upgrade' button, but I can not click on it. What is a web site problem? I use vista and windows MediaPlayer v. 11.
    Can you help me?
    Hello Irfan,
    Yes the upgrade option is gray when I opened the link. I'm trying to get my copy digital DVD that I bought (it came with a second dvd with digital copy). When I put the dvd in my computer tells me the following
    You upgrade the Windows Media Player security components to play the files on your computer. Upgrade, please follow the instructions below:
    • Step 1: Click here for the upgrade of security.
    • Step 2: After the upgrade is complete, click on the button 'Next' below.
    the link sends me to the next site http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp
    and I try to run the diagnostic tests, I am sent to a microsoft search page http://search.microsoft.com/?mkt=en-ca when I click on 'start the diagnosis '.
    I didn't update for windows media player 11 or windows vista. My laptop came with vista and I don't remember the windows media player upgrade. I am not redirected to a web page when I try to play back content protected by DRM. I'm unable to download an upgrade from microsoft, so I can get my digital copy.
    I'm sorry that I was not expressing the problem better in my original post. Can you give me more advice?
    This is the message that I faced when I tried ti a watch a DVD I've seen countless times in y HP laptop.  I read some answers here, but I do not understand something they are trying to say.  I'm not technologically minded so pleaaaase can someone tell me what is happening?
    Hi Abigayi lMcFadyen,
    To prevent the illegal creation of digital copies of DVD, information on most of the DVDs are blurred. Your DVD decoder and Windows Media Player have software to copy protection that decodes the information on the DVD just before posting. If this software does not start successfully, you may receive this error.
    Method 1: You will have to perhaps download and install the latest plug-in to do this, see the link below
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/downloads/Windows-Media-Player/plug-ins
