The case that adobe had promised was a free upgrade to CS6 as soon as it became available to do, if I bought the package by a given date, I did and installed. My question is how (or when) I can access my free download of versions the software content in Creative Suite Design Premium CS5.5 CS6.   I did some digging around and found an article that stipulates they will send you the upgrade to CS6 e-mail ten days after his expedition starting.

  But I couldn't find the upgrade email... until I tried my spam folder and there it was.

  PROBLEM SOLVED!  Am trying to download my upgrade.

  I am trying to download the files for Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium CS5 from Adobe online, like my new Mac is not a CD player.
  It allows me to download the files on my computer.  The question arises with the installation.  I click Download and then install it and it says:

  "'Install' is damages and cannot be opened.

  I think it's more creative Cloud as Creative Suite.

  Language switching in Cloud applications is a preference setting. Switching language non-Cloud has always required contacting Adobe, as the license is tied to the language. Language files must be included with the installer and the legacy versions are archived with different groups of language files.

  For the Suites and standalones inside each suite - I have always understood that the languages listed next to each link are the only ones to be included in this specific download.

  Very few languages listed for CS5 Design Premium. No Dutch so I do not think the OP won't get a Dutch version of one of the links below.

  I had a copy of Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium on my Macbook Pro but had to run on it's own installation as I was running into problems in software.

  I'm currently trying to re install the software on the MBP but its throwing an error when you try to install.

  The file I downloaded Adobe has been DesignPremium_CS5_LS1.dmg

  I guess its with OSX compatibility online because I didn't have this problem in the past...

  Can someone please advise?

  Not true. It can be disabled, uninstalled and reinstalled on any compatible Mac at any time.

  • It can be installed on Mac as much as you want.
  • It can be activated for use on a maximum of two Macs at any time
  • It can only be used on one of the Mac activated at the time
  • The activations can be displayed/hidden on and off between computers provided, no more than two are enabled at any time

  your cs6 is an upgrade from a previous product (qualifying).  Select the product calling precedent that you have from the drop-down list.

  If the installer locates it on your computer, installation will pronounce.

  If the installation program is unable to locate the previous product, you will be asked the previous product serial number.

  Enter the correct number at the right time, and the installation is complete.
