  I recommend you try to clear the cache and cookies of the browser and then try again.

  If this does not help, try using the Chrome browser.

• No display of download buttons

  I'm having a lot of trouble. None of the download buttons are appearing for one of the Adobe programs except for reader, flash, etc. I lost an hour and a half to try to understand this.

  I tried to download on safari and google chrome. I deleted my cookies, off pop off blockers, disabled antivirus and firewall and still nothing shit.

  The adobe Downloader is not still appear in the ADA folder in the library.

  I have a macbook pro, it is only a few months, and all software are up to date.

  Beyond frustrated and want to throw my computer out the window. Any help would be appreciated.

  Go to Finder and select your user folder. With this Finder window as the windshield, select Finder/display/display options for presenting or order - J.  When the display options opens, check "show the library folder. This should make your visible user library folder in your user folder.  Select LibrarySafari/Extensions. Remove it from there.
