  Please perform the below mentioned steps that should solve the problem.

  • Double-click the printer icon. HP printer help window opens.
  • Under the section of the ANALYSIS, are looking for to manage scanning to computer and click on it.
  • Then click on the button ACTIVATE.
  • Now try scanning using the front of the printer, it should work.

  I'm confused, I have two audio drivers in my drives C: and D: (D: is a SSD) Please help I really like this laptop but I had a number of problems with it.

  Problem solved. for someone else who has the problem, as soon as you install the MS UAA, it allows to detect certain hardware. Instead of having it go online to find the drivers, tell it to search in a specific directory on your computer. Even if you have the window "select a directory" open, run the sp45044 driver. The installation program will fail, but it puts the driver on your computer. return to the window "select a directory" and have it searching for C:\SWSetup\SP45044\WDM\WinXP. It now allows to install your drivers and audio will start to work immediately!

• Downloaded first CS6, but can't find it.

  I bought the whole package and have successfully downloaded and ran the first Pro CC 2014 after effects CC, CC SpeedGrade, CC bridge and CS6, CC and Encore CS6 prelude.  I need first CS6 in order to edit the film in class because that's what use my college.  I followed the instructions here on this site, to what my teacher sent me a link.  CS6 download creative cloud applications.  It shows that it downloaded successfully and updated in my creative cloud Manager and even downloaded bridge and still with her but now I can't find Pr CS6 anywhere, only the bridge and again.  I use this on a mac pro mid 2012 on Yosemite.  Can anyone help please?

  I finally found it.  I had to go to the Finder and then in Applications.  There was a separate Pr CS6 file which I had to open and that's where I found it.  Although I can't delete the folder and place it in Applications, because it is not.  So the only way I can throw is to save it on my dock and learn of it this way, or go into Finder-> Applications-> Pr folder-> and then open it from here.  If anyone knows how I can get it in applications so it appears so when I use my Key Launchpad would be great.
