Download Google earth, but when I try to open the screen freezes and he says he's just GE initialization are not open

I tried to open Google earth for months it downloads, but when I try to open the box with half the globe top freezes saying it's initialization. I press control/alt/delete and it says that the program is not responding

Google earth used to be on my computer, but it disappeared. I tried everything suggested by Google forums burt without result
