  Check system preferences/App Store (can be updated software in 10.9) and see if it is set to automatically download updates. There was an update to iMovie recently.

  I have a movie made using iMovie 9.0.9 running El Capitan on a mini of 2014 (same problem on my Powerbook). He plays clips from photos. I can see the clips shown, but the title plays on them with a black background. If I try to open my library to see if I can add a picture, I can only access Photo Booth, which is useless. If I try to open the files using iMovie 10.1.2 (latest version), the entire order, titles and stills is gone and only clips appear. How can I download the iMovie 9.0.9 film the latest version of iMovie, and how is it possible to copy the photos in the new version?

  If you open your current version 10.1.2 in El Capitan and click file/update of projects and events, your iMovie 9

  projects should play in 10.1.2.

  Well, apparently this must be a problem of Windows 10 because I tried to download the iMovie to my PC using Windows 7 and the movies play fine on the QuickTime Player.

  I am trying to connect my APPLETV using iMovie 4th generation.  However, after I downloaded the iMovie application and launched the application, I get the error message

  "The App is not available - this app is currently unavailable, try again later".

  I tried again later, and it still does not work.  I deleted the app and then redownloaded it, which didn't work.  I don't know what else to do, maybe its because I'm operating from the Apple TV in South Korea?  But my older apple tv charges iMovie Theater very well.

  My iCloud storage is almost full.  When I go in managing storage in System Preferences/iCloud, I have 1 GB in iMovie.  When I go to iMovie on iCloud.com, it has no icon in iMovie.

  How can I find on what is stored in iMovie.  I can't determine the iMovie application and since there is no iMovie on iCloud.com icon, it doesn't seem to be a way to know what are the files/folders.  I don't want to delete the documents and data until I know if it's something I want to discard or save.

  You can find which movies you downloaded from iMovie to iCloud in iMovie himself, using the above article.
