Someplease help me to solve this error message I get when trying to download Lightroom from my new creative cloud account.
Message is

Problem with download of Lightroom creative cloud.
I downloaded Lightroom to my iMac without problem. I tried to download to my MacBook Pro, but after clicking the download button for in creative cloud (after login) only the blue square are running, and nothing happens. Where is the problem? !
Has been the problem in Safari.
It has not downloaded with Firefox either.

Creative cloud installer closes without error message
Hello!
I tried to solve a problem with my CC (cannot open the update by all means) and unnistalled application from my Mac (Yosemite 10.10.5). Now, I have spent several hours trying to install back my request so that I could update my Adobe applications and access to newer versions of my co-workers work, but am unable.
Whenever I run the installer dmg and then open the installer, it passes through 3 simple steps:
-He asks me my admin password allow opening an image downloaded from the internet
-It opens and bed "Installer initializing" then quickly changes to 'Desktop download creative cloud. "
-It closes without warning or error messages boxes
I tried some fixes to internet for instalation problems - tried to change the permissions and installing from the root user, so I know that this probably isn't a permissions problem. tried to completely uninstall applications with Adobe cleaning tool (which makes the problem even worse, because now I can not use even the apps that I need every day because I can't reinstall them). tried to change the OOBE to OOBE.old folder. Re - download setup several times; change my internet connection (to ensure that it is not my internet).
I have no newspapers to my problem since there is no error coming. I really hope that I can resolve this soon. My computer specs are:
MacBook Pro
16GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Intel Core i7 2.2 GHz
Intel Pro Iris 1536 MB

Creative cloud update failed - no error message
Started about 01:00 it not start 03:30 by selecting just update. Asked for the password, started the download, disappeared and looking at my iMac Activity Monitor, it says the installer creative cloud (no response). Once again. I think I restarted as many times I used to do in Windows. I'm under El Capitan Mac OS on an iMac. I tried various methods to solve the problem, finally resorted to remove content from the OOBE directory. I can't uninstall. I can not install. I can restart and reproduce the problem. It will not be updated.
Adobe, you are the most beautiful picture I've ever used editing software. You are one of the best pieces of software for editing and especially cataloguing and managing images autour and I love LR mobile!
This cannot be said for the creative cloud desktop application itself. Let us be clear: the app works fine and does what it is supposed to do. But every few iterations of the app I do one of these autour and around and around and around mess trying to get the thing dang to UPDATE. Uninstall, update, delete, whatever.
Once again:
a. I can't restart the CC Office application after a failure to update.
b. the app starts after rebooting my iMac, but that only results in a loop back to (a) above.
c. I can't upgrade to the current version of the CC desktop application.
d. I can't reinstall the CC desktop application.
e. I can remove the OOBE directory, restart my iMac, relaunch the CC desktop application, sign in with my Adobe ID and password, but then, I'm back in (a), see above.
Also, I keep on notice to get the app to work already (when there's nothing by Adobe in my activity monitor) when I try to uninstall and when, oh, I forgot. I am tired.
Finally also a dialogue that:
"The"Creative cloud"application is not open more."
.. .and a little [OK] button.
My iMac is restarted, even once, will solve the problem. Which brings me to (a) above.

I tried several times and even restarted my iMac. I don't know what DW051 error code is about and just helpless. The same error also appears when you Flash and Illustrator cc 2014 cc2014.

Have you tried to screw up the Photoshop preferences.
Steps to follow:
To re-create the Photoshop preferences files, start the application while pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS). Then, click Yes to the message, "Delete the Adobe Photoshop settings file?"

I realized that I had a message to update for a while then when I checked, I found that the app CC was missing. I downloaded and installed the application, but it will not update of software. In the creative cloud Panel, the only options I get are the Home tab to check the activity and the Stock tab. The applications tab is missing. How can I get that back so I can update photoshop and lightroom?
