  Print 4/page, go to Edition > Print > Picture package (#4 drop-down menu)

  were you on the website of Olympus and the down loaded the latest drivers for your camera.

  also, go to the MS Update site and run custom it can give you an update.

  Millie, you can use paint dot net (see my previous answer) to clarify/change

  3 - is the mobile not detected in Device Manager?

  4. have there been recent changes to the computer before the show?

  5. What is the exact error message do you get?

  This could be a problem with the installation of the software for camera Argus file or disk from which you try to install the software. Sometimes also due to the fact that you may need to install the driver with the software application for the camera to install the software from the disk does not install necessarily pilots.
