  Well, this isn't normal behavior.  The first thing I would say is to update your graphics drivers, because that can help fix the problem.

• I burned a dvd using windows dvd creation, when I watch it, after the first 20 minutes, that the image becomes almost black and white with pink exaggeratted shadows. WHY?

  I am compiling my football teams game film.  I created a dvd using Windows DVD Maker.  Each game is a single video file to AVI format.  When I preview the video, no problem. After having carved, (2 trials) when I watch the DVD, the menu screens look good, the video of the first part looks fine, but from second game, or of the stage, the video quality changes.  The video becomes almost black and white.  The shadows and the highlights of the video seem to be exaggerated and that they are pink color.  It seems to be an effect of video editing, but I did no changes to the video features.  Help.

  If I understand correctly you are facing a problem with the DVD created in Windows DVD maker.

  I see that you have used the Action of molten lead, and it is supposed to perform as in the screenshot.

  So if you wish, you can reduce the opacity of the most recent layer which has been created, it is layer 1.

  I don't see too many images in grayscale the site you mentioned. It would be better if post you an individual or two.

  You can attach a photo specific to a post using the small "camera" icon just above the edit box, when you type your text in the web interface of the forum.

• ITunes screen keeps flashing on and off since the last update on windows PC.

  Hi, since the latest itunes update, my screen flashes on and off whenever I am in itunes.  ITunes crashes regularly.  I am able to download music without problem.  The flashing light does not occur when I'm in my own music, just at the moment when I am on itunes.  Any suggestions?  Thanks for the help!

  Download iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ 12.3.2.35 and reinstall.  Apple have eliminated a update in the last 24 hours (which very badly, they identified as a separate release or generation) which sets store flashing screen which affect the initial version (9 December) of 12.3.2.35.

• surf to Propelleheads.se using Firefox causes the screen to go black and PC unresposive.

  My PC works fine and no problem, recently upgraded to widows 10 - no problem. All of a sudden (and oddly enough) I have this error. I need activate the new software of reason on Propellerheads.se site. The site loaded and I saw the image for about 2 seconds and then the screen went black. The music I was paying more (so I knew that Windows was still running) but the PC was insensitive - Alt.Tab, start, Control/Alt/Delete non of them worked. The Sleep button worked but when I woke up Windows screen remains black. Only has a hard reset. So I tried to access the Propellerheads.se with Microsoft Edge - it worked fine. So I uninstalled Firefox, made default client of edge and made the activation. Then reinstalled Firefox, but still the same problem. I have reset the default user agent, delete all the cookies/history etc., Firefox update, run in safe mode, disabled plugins. Yet Propellerheads.se will not load successfully. I'm not running edge - my preference is Firefox - BUT!

  I have tried every trick on this site that I think! I did im sure not high contrast, I chose themes different, supported all the way to 2008... IM on a computer laptop btw...   Hello Sisterseeth,

  Thank you for your message.  Uninstalling and reinstalling the video driver will be the best first step in getting this issue resolved.  Before you remove your video driver, you will need to make sure that the manufacturer of your computer has your driver available for download.  Go to the Web site of the manufacturer of your computer and download/save the latest video driver for your computer.  Once you have saved this driver, you can proceed with the removal of the driver that is currently installed.  Below are the steps to remove:
  Click 'Start' > right click on 'My computer' > select 'manage '.
  Select Device Manager.
  Click the (+) sign next to "display adapters".
  Below, you should see your video card information, right-click on the video card and select "Properties".
  Select the "Driver" tab > click on "Uninstall" (this will remove the current driver)
  You restart the computer > when the computer restarts, install new drivers > restart and test.
  Please let us know if it did or did not solve your problem.

• Acer Aspire V5 - screen keeps going black - and the PC is not asleep

  Hello Acer community

  I experienced a few problems recently with my Acer Aspire V5, I made a return to factory settings (full erase).

  I came home today and maintaining the current black screen, even if the computer is not asleep.  I move the mouse and I see the office, but then after less than a second, it goes black again.

  There is no applied screensaver.  It's probably user error, but someone else knows this before and if so, how can I fix without having to go to the repair shop.
