Download purchased Photoshop elements editor 12 of Apple App.  It does not work now.  I - tunes and Apple App blame Adobe re: lost certificate or something and to advise me to communicate with you.  I have no serial number, buy only program information.

Have all the news of the purchase of Photoshop elements editor for i - Mac 12.  I - Mac had no disk drive, it is a download online with no serial number or other information of identification other than the command ID.   I contacted Apple App and i-tunes and they say that Adobe can solve this problem.  Then, on the other hand, they say that Apple is working on!  Online research indicates that many of those who got the Apple App Photoshop software are now stuck with impassable programs.  Now, what can be done to restore this software.

A blogger recommends it trashing and reinstalling, but without identification codes or serial numbers, I am afraid that everything would be lost.  It seems nuts to pay for a program that suddenly becomes useless due to... everything that happens!

Please provide a solution!

I do not post twice or mark this message as 'resolved' help with the number of positions, you get these days...

I would start by the last post by Barbara Brundage in his blog:

and the ongoing discussion on the feedback forum which is monitored by Adobe personnel:

12 items: no more opens on MacOS 10.10.5 (AppStore Mac expired certificate)

It seems there is hope now.

I'm not a Mac user, but in my experience, this is a delicate situation because you have the same problems of time with the new OS of El Capitan and the problems with the case of the obsolete certificate for versions of the Apple Store. This is why the solution to your problem when you browse dozens of apparently similar messages.
