  I'm trying to backup VMware clients using Netbackup for VMWare 7.1 using the type of transfer to san, and the forum NBU told me that my vm-admin user has no right of access to the VMDK file.   I have Windows XP SP3. 4 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, Intel Core2Duo processor. I have Sony Handycam DCR-HC54 with USB streaming. Until a few months back, I was able to transfer videos from Handycam to Windows Movie Maker and could change, to make the film. The last few months, I am unable to transfer the same. When I click on "Capture video from the device" WMM detects the device by clicking "Sony Digital Imaging Vedio 2' and 'next' theresfter... and after finally clicking on video menu setting the message poster"Class not registered"after trying again the message says"the video device is currently in use. " Close any other application that uses this device and try again "I guess this problem happens since I was insalled SP3. I tried to remove the SP3, but in vein. The final message shows ' specified fie not found. can't uninstall SP3' except this problem, the system works very well. What I'm doing. Plese Guide.
