  Click on the Apple icon and select Preferences system option:

  Open security and confidentiality:

  Under the general tab.

  Find the section allow downloaded applications.

  Set it on Anywhere temporarily try to install Camera Raw patch even once.

  

  If the problem is resolved, you can revert back 'Mac app store and' settings identified developers once again

  Images II 7 d would be directly supported in Photoshop CS5 as requiring a new camera raw.

  So, you must download the free DNG Converter to convert these images to DNG and then open the DNG converted in Photoshop.

  Can you open Reader by itself?  If so, try to disable the Protected Mode [Edit |] Preferences | (Improved) security].
