  I see that you get a secure page and that you are unable to print black on your HP Photosmart 5520 e-all-in-one printer. I'd be happy to help you with this.

  I like that you get the login screen for the Built-in Web server for the printer. Is this correct? This seems to indicate that someone has put a username and password on the printer, for security reasons. If you don't know what are the connection information, the only way to remove this is to do a factory reset on the device. I can send you this information in a private message. In the forum next to your handle name simply click on the envelope to see.

  That being said, I would like to start here. Please, try the steps in this guide, the printer prints blank Page or fact not printing black or color ink for HP Photosmart 5520 and Deskjet Ink Advantage 5520 series e-all-in-one printer.

  NOTE: This problem may be caused by problems with the ink cartridge print head or with the printer ink system.

  If you have completed all the above steps and your product still has a problem, the printer service.

  I've been using Firefox, now all I get when I click on the shortcut (Firefox) is MSN.  I don't want MSN!  I tried to delete MSN is going tto Panel; Add/Remove.  Whenever I try to delete MSN, I get a message that it cannot be done; Maybe my connection to the net is not active.  It IS - I can see the indicator.

  This message also said if I couldn't access to remove it, go to the support.  -Here I am.  After hours of trying.  Not sure, at 86, I have much more time to try to get this straightened out.

  It seems that MSN.com has been on the home page in Firefox.  Here's a site with good instructions on how to set the home page you prefer: set your homepage in Firefox.

  You can uninstall MSN as a component of windows like Andrew said, but it is not necessary if all you want to do is change your homepage.  If Firefox is the only browser that you use once you change the homepage you probably won't see MSN again.

  Place the cursor over an image and a pencil appears on the side. Click on it and you will get the options including one to change the width and alignment. This seems to be the only option currently.

  Problem solved by session connect. Thanks a lot WENDY for the logon session. I appreciate really.

  The reason was "Duplicate fonts" that have been installed on the machine and fix policies duplicated using the application book fonts from MAC OS solved the problem.

  im getting really upset not being able to stop the 2 pages open when I click on my firefox browser. a page that I want to open is my page of yahoo.com , the other is your new mozilla Add ons page. its boring and im about to stop using Mozilaa because of this. its ridiculous that we can stop him to load everytime I open my browser.   Do you mean the page modules ordinary (the one that opens when you press Ctrl + Shift + a) or a page for a specific module?

  You get the unwanted page when you launch a new window (Ctrl + n)?

  If so, which may indicate:

  • Your settings for list of two home pages. These items will help to clarify that:
    • Startup, homepage, tabs and download settings
    • How to set the home page
  • One of your modules displays the new page.

  If the extra page does NOT appear in a new window, could test you using your Firefox desktop icon a second time without closing Firefox? This should launch a new window.

  If THE new window has the unwanted page, your shortcut of Firefox can be hacked. You can check by right clicking it > properties > Shortcut tab. The goal for 64-bit Windows 7 should be either not less the following:

  "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"
  

  If THE new window does NOT have the unwanted page, Firefox may show a 'one time' page and failing to mention that he showed on the page, so it keeps only once the action at every start.   The preview area is called the messages pane. You can activate the message on and outside pane using either:

  • F8 key
  • Press the Alt key to display the classic menu bar > View menu > page layout > the message pane

  It looks like the upper part may be in a State reduced - the line was pulled up.

  Just of the cursor on the line that separates the upper and lower sections, and drag it to the bottom.

  Firefox on Windows is now after display, scaling options that can make the biggest text on screens at high resolution.
  You can adjust the resolution of your screen.
  To change it follow these steps:
