  It seems that you are going to the Help Menu and selecting 'Elements Inspiration Browser' which should be the Aggiomamenti that put you in your screenshot. Keep out of the way. If you go as far as its connection dialog box, quit just there. This seems to be

  I guess you mean "Export with previous. If so, open the export page. It will be defined as "precedent".

  Barbara, what version of operating system do you use? / Applications (Mac), you can check and control panel > programs and features (Win) to check if it's installed on your machine.

  You should be given the opportunity to upgrade your licensed software or buy the software when you open it.  You will want to choose this option that should give you the option to enter the serial number.
