  Hi, I'm sorry if I am double-posting. Because so many topics do not have descriptive subjects I gave up the search.

  I bought a pair of A3 - A10 for my children and they packed with games and videos. The videos are all works well in other facilities here at home while they are ok.

  It's a mixture of .mkv and .avi files. They all play on the machines, but the problem is that only some of them have sounds. It's the same on the two tablets. Anyone know anything on this subject? Is this a compatibility problem or is it a problem to update or not?

  Well, since some videos work I tell myself that it is a software compatibility problem, so I downloaded an alternative player and of course, it works very well.

  iCloud is a synchronization system, not a storage system. If you delete photos/videos on your iPad, they are removed to iCloud. To increase the available space, go settings/iCloud/Photos and select optimize iPhone/iPad storage.

  If you use a desktop computer Windows 7 without iLink connection then you have to use a firewire card installed on the computer. If you use a laptop without an iLink connection then you can buy an adapter or an analog digital converter device to transfer the video to the computer. These devices are sold at your local electronic stores or online.

  1. did you of recent changes on the computer?

  2 when was the last time it was working fine?

  Method 1

  Check and make sure that you have correctly configured the audio device by default on the computer.

  (a) click Startand then click Control Panel.

  (b) in the Control Panel, double-click sounds and Audio devices.

  (c) in the Audio tab, click the audio device you want in the default feature list which is under audio playback.

  Method 2

  I also suggest that you download and install the latest audio drivers on the computer by visiting the sound card manufacturer or computer manufacturer's website and check if it helps.
