I have no idea how I did all this and come back to this computer from the place of the computer because the old hard drive died on me and they put in another. It was working fine until I felt the need to clear up disk space and delete some old programs. I'm sure I messed up and deleted a file that was necessary to open others. I don't have the XP disk to try a fix and nothing in the pages of microsoft download will run. Oh please I don't want to take that back to the computer type that will charge me an arm and a leg.
