  Why remove such a fundamental feature of iTunes as drag a playlist from the music section - drop on the iPhone icon?

  If you have iTunes game, you can't manually manage your music. This iTunes game and if you want music to play in offline mode, you should download your playlists on your iPhone.

  The alternative is to disable the iCloud on your iPhone music library and synchronize manually.

• Impossible to copy/paste or drag/drop of files. Cannot copy and paste text, either.

  The operating system would prohibit me files copy/paste and drag and drop files text copy and paste all of a sudden. No error message; the right operating system does not respond to my 'stick' and 'slide' actions; 'paste' is grayed out in the menu. ('Copy' seems to be black if I remember correctly).

  If you drag an item between folders that are located on the same hard drive, then the items are moved so two copies of the same file or folder is not created on the same hard disk. If you drag the item to a folder that is located on a different hard disk (for example, a network location, for example), or on removable media like a CD, then the item is copied. In this way, the file or folder is not deleted from its original location.

  I have an application where the user creates a 'follow-up' layout by dragging the desired data from the tree. In the front panel, I have several sub-panels allowing users to drag & drop data to any as they wish. Attached VI indicates similar stuff.

  However, deleting data, I can't filter what school must be used (in the vi attached, I try to move the data to the two sub-panels but even couldn't handle success that is) should be used to determine what school should show the Subvi (in this case, it is a waveform graph)? Filter mouse events? If I use the mouse enter, I can't use the event filter to drop at the same time.

  How can I feed the data, that are generated inside the second loop, while in these sub - VI that I loaded to the sub-panels? I have to do in case of timeout I suppose, but how can I join the Subvi from there then?

  Well Yes, there are many different options to pass data to the slot - loaded VI. At some point, you need to store the reference to the loaded VI and use this reference to manipulate the VI. Here's a quick and easy way to make using a local variable of the table:

  

  It is not very scalable and it certainly has a disadvantage right off the bat. This table will always grow and never get more small, so you'll get overlap VI references. It should still work, but if you kept Drag and drop you would possibly have a memory problem. With a few adjustments, you can solve this problem (specific table indices may be designated for each school, so clear you always the current reference to this specific location of table before loading the secondary).

  Are you aware of any hardware or software changes, prior to the beginning of the question?

  You cannot drag, drop or move the pictures in windows photo gallery, but you can do a right click in the empty space of the image window and use options such as group by, sort by, etc. to organize photos. You can even mark photos for storing photos

  In Windows 95 and 98, it was possible to make a shortcut to the "CF" MS-DOS command on the desktop, and then compare two files by drag & dropping them on the shortcut.

  I just upgraded to 8.1 on Mac OS X 10.11.3 Fusion "El Capitan" on a new iMac 27-inch 5K retina. The guest operating system is a new virtual machine Windows 10 Pro. I have two user accounts on the virtual machine, my local administrator account and another account local standard user. When I am logged into my account, I am able to drag and drop files to and from the guest to the normally Mac OS. As the mouse moves freely between the guest OS and the Mac. However, when I connect using the standard other account, I can't drag - move to and from the guest for the Mac OS. Also once I click into the virtual machine the mouse movement is limited to the virtual machine until I have press the buttons on the Mac to free the movement of the mouse to the Mac. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the vmware tools but the same behavior persists. Any ideas on a solution and why these two users accounts would act differently?

  Just phone with the help of VMware. They solved the problem in uninstalling and reinstalling VMware tools and change the following VMware Fusion preferences-> preferences-> General-> Gaming: to 'Never mouse optimize for games '. It has been set to 'always optimize the mouse for games '.  After that drag & drop, mouse movement works smoothly and perfectly now. Thank you VMware support!

  Is there a way to show the right answers for a drag and drop exercise if the learner chooses wrong?  My problem is that I have an evaluation with different types of questions (Multiple, Matching and Drag & Drop choice questions).  When the test ends and the click of the learner "Review Quiz", they can view their errors on Multiple choice and matching questions but not answers for fiscal drag-and - d├⌐poser.
  
  I tried to add a failure slide so that when the learner chooses bad, they jump to a slide of failure which shows the good answers/layout for drag / move.  The problem I have is once that the learner reviews the results of question Multiple choice and matching, there is no next button on the last slide of the question, if the review stops right in the middle.

  I was hoping there is a way to let the learner to make two attempts to the drag / move, and once the learner has used all attempts and is always incorrect, the learner can click a button to auto-submit to see the D & D response.

  I use 8 Captivate and my ratings are based on the web so I'm not using an LMS System.

  Interaction in D & D, even if configured as a question slide, has still not all of the features of the normal question slides. If I find a solution to your problem, will post as soon as POSSIBLE.

• Drag drop files always in temp\VMwareDND which is a symptom of the problem?

  I realized for the first time as the files that are Drag'n dropped from OS X to Windows VM apparently first go to ~ \Appdata\Local\Temp\VMwareDND.

  I noticed this only because:

  I dropped a WORD DOC file on the WINDOWS desktop.  I then opened it in MS WORD.  When I tried to make a BACKUP-from Word, the target folder that appeared in the Save dialogue was... \VMwareDND, no office!

  This DOC file is still in VMwareDND.

  Out of curiosity, I tried to drag / drop files more. These files later are NOT now in VMwareDND. But the first file I have slipped and fallen still exists in VMwareDND.

  Why does the first file in VMwareDND like the rest of the files?

  Was there a problem that the file has been copied from OS X to WINDOWS?

  Should I be worried that maybe the file was not copied correctly? This file was only a 5 page doc, but I am concerned about large binary files.

  As the files that are drag ' n dropped go via the folder %TEMP% windows is by design.

  It also means that if you try to DND a file that is larger than the space available on the unit that contains only your temporary folder will fail to copy.

  If I remember correctly you can get around this by changing the file folder in your installation of windows to use another drive.

  In regard to the original not getting file not deleted, it is difficult to say. Don't have youby accident registered there in MS Word?

  It could be a bug that animates its not deleted in the temporary folder after copy successful using DND, but it is not a great problem because the temp folder is deleted when you select 'Disk cleanup' in the context menu properties under.

  There are also opportunities under profiles to delete the contents of the temp folder when you restart your guest.

• Drag / drop several files in lightroom 3 with Windows 7

  When I select multiple files in a folder in the library grid view and try to have them drag it to another folder (for example, I'm moving the file), it does not work.  Similarly, when I try to do the same to publish photos on smugmug, I have the same problem.  The only way to do is drag-and - drop individual files which becomes painful when you want to move or publsih 100 files. Does anyone have any suggestions?

  If I master also discovers grid to select all files in a folder in the grid view and then try to click on the files selected for drag and drop them, the program immediately selects a single file rather than keep them all selected.  Any thoughts on how to work around these issues?  Note him drag / drop works fine in Windows and many other programs.

  A student is wrong with drag & drop functionality when used in an external SWF.  In fact, in our drag & drop section, we have a sheet of paper ('book' MC) and an object drag us in it ('object' MC).  When the object is released in the paper area, we go to frame 2 of the 'paper' MC, who therefore has an animation.
  
  It works very fine and dandy in the said drag & drop section, but once the section drag & drop is loaded into our main SWF via a space reserved MC, the feature drag - move no longer works.

  Excuse me, but that's another newbie question. Programmatically, I added 20 occurrences of a clip named "Token" for the stage.  Token consists of a small rectangle and a dynamic text field.  Each instance of token was named "tkn".  I'm trying to implement drag / drop to these clips.  In the drag function that is called by the event Mouse_Down, I traced e.target.name.  Instead of getting the name of the clip, ATK, I get the name of a field of text contained in ATK.  After much research I found the mouseChildren property and in the code for the video, I now have the statement "this.mouseChildren = false;  This change fixes the problem of the name.  I no longer get the name of the text field, but the movie clip name has changed to "instancexxx", where xxx is a 3 digit number.  Since I want to just drag the ATK movie clips I test e.target.name. How can I get Flash to keep the name of the clip as ATK?  Thanks for your help on this.

  How are 'naming you' clips. My guess is that you are doing something like this:

  In this case, you are not to name the clip 'ATK' you reuse a variable called 'ATK' to refer to a movieclip. In AS2 that would name, but in AS3 the name is a separate property. You get instance # because all elements have a name property, but if a specific, it is not affected, just flash tracks and give them their number. You must add a line like

  TKN. Name = "TKN"

  After the construction of your clips. However I think you're likely to encounter a problem, it's that all clips have the same name. Especially if you try and refer to the element by name. Instead, you might want to 'Add', 'type' or something property for each clip as it is created. In this way, you can check the type and see what it is.
