Drive DVD Toshiba says to change windows settings

How can I change the color scheme of windows 7 standard parameter
When I try to use the toshiba dvd player, I get a message to change the color scheme of windows 7 standard setting.

I don't know what that means or how to do it.

Can you please tell us which model of laptop you have and that you use the original preinstalled recovery image?
I use a Toshiba DVD player with resolution + on my Satellite P500 and so far I didn't noticed any problem with any type of parameters.

Try to follow: right click on desktop > customize > try to turn into Windows basic theme. In the past, some people have reported similar problems, and there was a compatibility problem with the Aero feature.

Can watch you movies with the help of other players, such as WMP or VLC?

  • Drive DVD Toshiba x 64 for Windows7

    Hello.

As in the title I initially installed Vista Ultimate x 84 and in this system, the Toshiba DVD player program. It's ok because it converts the videos in HD. On the second partition 2 installed Windows 7 Ultimate x 64.

My question is if anyone knows where I can download this DVD Toshiba x 64 drive in Windows 7. In 84 of the line DVD player x when you install the x 64 line displays an error.

    Hello

If you would simply upgrade the Win Vista to Win 7 then Toshiba preinstalled applications would be repries by Win 7.
Where the drivers or tools are not published for Win 7 it s better to make an upgrade instead of clean install.

Right now, you have two options; You can download the player out to Vista or you will wait until this player would be released for Win 7

    2. which antivirus program is installed on your computer?

The question seems to be as a program is blocked.
I suggest you perform the clean boot and check if the problem persists. Clean boot helps eliminate conflicts of software that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows. You can also troubleshoot or determine what conflict is causing the problem by performing a clean boot.

  • Windows cannot load driver DVD - RW - Code 39

Accidentally, I messed up my cd-rom drive. Just recently, I bought a toshiba as100-s40dt and when I tried to play a dvd, it says that the DVD cannot be read because the region is not supported by the drive of cd-rom. I realized I can do only 4 changes so I thought maybe I could just download a software that can help me play the DVD without change the region settings in my laptop. I downloaded a software named DVD UnlockerDriver64 and as I restarted my laptop, I can't find my dvd drive in Explorer as well.

It all started with the code 52 so we are trying to update the driver, it changed to code 39.

Windows cannot load the driver for this hardware device. The driver may be damaged or

(Could not load the device driver)

    Error status is 0 x %x

I checked my driver and it says that I still have the best driver installed in my system.

  • My DVD/CD drive has suddenly stopped working under Windows 7

Ive been using Windows 7 for about 6 months now with on any trouble until recently my DVD drive has suddenly stopped working. Windows detects the drive but when I double click on it in my computer it says please insert disc. I find the drive in Device Manager and windows recognises that there is an error that says:

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might be installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or maybe it's a malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)

I tried to uninstall the drivers in Manager device and rebooted the computer to let auto windows find the driver and reinstall it but to start, I get a message that says:

    Device not installed driver software

I know that the drive is fine because it works fine in Ubuntu Linux system he worked great in windows 7, so stopped. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Go to the Web site of the factory, download the driver appropriate for your device. Uninstall the driver that is currently installed and uninstall the device in Device Manager. Reboot... After you restart, you have 1 of 2 options depending on how the software is packed from the manufacturing. (A) put an end to the automatic Windows installation feature and use the downloaded software to take care of it for you... If that's how it is set up to operate or (b) wait for windows to auto-trouvez and try to install the device, and when he asked the pilots to open and extract files downloaded to any location you choose and point the installer of windows in this direction.

    Hello

It is not uncommon, in fact more expected than a question as this affects both drives.

19 code means there is a driver conflict such as two devices attempt to use the same resources.

Having too many CD/DVD programs can cause strange problems, especially if they're loading of parts of them.
Selves at the start because they will be competing for resources. This does not mean that this problem was caused by
These however is a possibility depending on which and how many you have installed.

    After the foregoing:

References to Vista also apply to Windows 7.

Step 1: Please do all the same underneath if you did some before as is often total
a process that solves the problem.

Try this - Panel - Device Manager - CD/DVD - double click on the device - driver tab.
Click on update drivers (this will probably do nothing) - RIGHT click ON the drive - uninstall.
RESTART this will refresh the default driver stack. Even if the reader does not appear to continue

Then, work your way through these - don't forget the drive might be bad, could be a coward

Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both

Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers so check with the manufacturer of system and
manufacturer of device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.

    ===============================

Step 2: You have disc problems as the CD/DVD is actually 4 discs in 1 case (CD & DVD
